I loved this facility. The staff and residents are friendly and appear happy. The care shown by management in designing the rooms, the food provided, the Bistro, activities both inside and outside the facility, and the cleanliness and attractive decor all made this a five star. The cost is slightly high, with an average of 3% increase each year, but if one can afford it, it's worth it.

My mother-in-law was not always the most cooperative but the staff is super friendly and easy to communicate with and helped encourage her to participate in as much that was available as possible. There were numerous activities to participate in every day such as blackjack night and playing volleyball with balloons. As well they have a list of all the day's activities that was delivered to her room which I loved. It is also always very clean which I appreciated and noticed.

My love one stayed at Morningstar at Jordan for a brief respite stay. They did a good job for the short time he was there. I had an emergency so I had to have someone else look after him for a brief time. We were both uneducated to the fact that he would quickly have to adjust to their schedule. I had spoiled him and would promptly answer his needs to use the restroom right away. He is very impatient and it was difficult for him to get used to the schedules and routines. The staff was wonderful. I never saw a staff member without a smile or a caring attitude. I would suggest that your loved one and the family be educated that they let their loved one know they have to wait for help if they are not capable of walking on their own. I felt we both needed to be aware of that before we arrived. This was a close and convenient community for our family to come and visit. I would recommend it to others.

I am happy I chose the Fair Oaks for my dad. This place became his home and he received a lot of love. [Removed] was the best,[Removed] was fantastic!

Mother has resided since Nov 2013 the facility is very clean. The menu for meals very healthy and service is great and management is very good. Security of facility is great. Quality of life is very good attitude of all staff are very positive and supportive.

MorningStar of Fountain Hills is unlike any community I have experienced; and I have visited over 30 in the area. Not only is the new building and decor beautiful, the food is impressive, and extremely clean; the staff is filled with joy and committed to serving the residents who are lucky enough to reside there.
