I thought they were fantastic. It felt like a high class, white glove, 5 star hotel. The facility was beautiful. The staff were very responsive and caring. My mother-in-law needed a lot of extra, above and beyond care, and they did everything they could to help her. She ate the food every day and seemed pleased with it. I was very happy with them.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is very very nice, it was a top contender for our loved ones but they just liked the location of another facility better.

There are a lot of friendly people and friendly staff here. It's a great place to live. It's just a positive environment. They have plenty of activities, things like costume contests, live music, and lots of different events. And the food is delicious.

We had a great tour with MorningStar. The facility is really big, but the staff here were so so friendly. IF they had memory care available, it would have been a strong competitor.

I was very impressed with this community it just was out of our price range for the type of community that we were looking for.

This community was a really nice place. The location was just to far for us and we needed family to be able to get to our loved one easier. The other community we went with just allowed for easier access to our loved one.

I have made so many friendships here in the last six months. I have all kinds of friends now, and I don't eat alone anymore. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner I eat with freinds. It's just a very friendly pace. I have a dog, and they have a little park here for dogs, which my dog appreciates. I think my apartment is great. It's very expensive, but I can afford it, and I know I can't take my money with me, so I'm going to spend it. Housekeeping is included, and they do an average job. I find dust sometimes, but they do clean the bathrooms and kitchens really well. We have to wash our own sheets, but if we lay them out, housekeeping will put the clean sheets on the bed for us, which I really appreciate it.

I like the community, but no availability at the time of the tour.

I think this has been good community. It is new and clean. They have nice open spaces, such as a courtyard. They have engaging activities for the residents to use, and enough space for the residents to spread out and do their own thing.

It is an excellent, caring community that is clean. They have nice staff. The staff are responsive to any my questions or concerns. There have been games, singing, movies, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

MorningStar of Boulder is wonderful. My older sister is happy and she is being well cared for by everyone at MorningStar Boulder. She is treated kindly and with respect, and she feels tended to and cared for while maintaining a sense of independence and dignity. At MorningStar Boulder, it's the people who make the difference. From the front desk, to the customer service and sales people, medical and nursing staff, caregivers, cleaning and maintenance folks, the chef, kitchen, and dining staff -- everyone is fantastic. It is professional care and also feels like family. People truly care about every aspect of what they do to help others, and to my sister, and to me and my family, that makes all the difference.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The food is amazing and they will work with you for specific diets and are really open to feedback. The community is neat and clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are proactive and their communication is very good. The community has independent, assisted, and memory care.

My mother lived at Morningstar (Idaho Falls) for nearly six years. She always enjoyed the outings and special events that were available to residents. She especially loved the live entertainment that is available for residents and sometimes performed the musicians. About a year ago, she moved to the memory care unit where she was an active participant in most activities. She always had post it even comments about the staff and facilities. Since the onset of Covid, the staff frequently contacted myself and other family members to keep us appraised of happenings and health issues. The Reflections staff is the best in the business.

The staff at MorningStar were amazing. Each and every one of the medical and caregivers went above and beyond to make my moms stay pleasant. We could not have been happier we brought her there.

We chose Morningstear because of the cleanliness, friendliness of staff members, and the level of care that they were able to provide. We looked at 8 or 9 places and it was actually not the most expensive yet we feel we got the best bang for the buck. My mother was here about 6 weeks and the 2 ladies that took care of her got very close to her and really cared for her. I would recommend to others looking.
