MorningStar Senior Living

We toured MorningStar and really liked the facility. It just seemed too big, fancy, and expensive for what we were looking for.

It is a new community. It is a great smaller community. My loved ones have access to anything they want, and have independence if needed. Due to the pandemic the food has been delivered to the resident's rooms. There can be a lack of variety. A great assisted living community that is flexible with us allowing us to help the transition of our loved ones.

My sister is always telling me what angels your staff is to my parents. My dad brags every time on how nice and helpful all of you are. We didn't know my dad needed more care since COVID shut everything down. He's always ben our rock but of course age changes things. They haven't had care like this in two former facilities. God is good and we are blessed.

They take very good care of my loved one. I was really nervous about having someone else take care of her. And she is so happy here, a lot happier than she was before. The staff love her. They love their residents and take very good care of them. They have a lot of activities that they do. They do her hair and her nails almost every day. She's always very clean. They have different puzzles and a lot of art and music activities. The staff interact with the residents. They don't just leave them. My loved one was severely underweight when she moved in. She's since then gained weight and loves the food here. She isn't very good about putting in her dentures, and the food is soft enough for her to be able to eat it without them.

The staff is very nice. They are flexible, understanding, and the location is pretty good. I would recommend you check the community out. Make sure you check the payment and monthly fee as well. They are currently doing renovations on the community. There was an adjustment period due to COVID for my loved one. The community was helpful with getting the vaccines to the residents quickly.

The director and the care team truly care about the residents. They are always willing to talk about care and improve care of your loved one. The staff are always concerned with the social activities, especially in the memory care needs.

We chose MorningStar primarily for the location and I was very impressed with the facility, it is newer and has a lot of fine things. Even though it was covid, the directors met with me in person and listened to my questions and concerns and addressed my issues. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

During the sales process, they were very nice, but when we moved in that changed. Make sure to get everything in writing.

I would highly recommend this community to others. We have had a wonderful experience. here The staff has shown compassion and care for the residents.

Our experience was excellent, the floor staff on the memory care side was okay, but the staff everywhere else especially the front desk staff was amazing. What made our experience really nice was how easy the made our loved ones transfer. From his previous community to this one, they were very accommodating especially during the pandemic. They were very organized and got us everything that we needed. They coordinated everything, and in regards to that they were fantastic.

My mom spent the last year of her life in the memory care section of Morningstar at Arrowhead. Everyone loved her and took incredible care of her. I could call (or show up before Covid) at any time of day or night and talk to her. I was kept informed of her condition at all times and staff were always friendly and supportive. She was moved here after her assisted living facility couldn't care for her increasing needs after a series of falls. The staff at the previous facility recommended Morningstar as a wonderful facility. After we put her on hospice care, the hospice staff called after every visit to tell me she was receiving exceptional care at Morningstar. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

The employees here are very nice and it is very organized

Being a current resident of Garden Court and a retired Washington state public school teacher with 26 years of experience evaluating people, programs, and facilities, I believe I qualified to recommend Garden Court for your next new home. I highly recommend Garden Court. I personally believe that at Garden Court I get what I pay. And I feel safe here. The security is good. Also, the safety practices during COVID are outstanding. Really strong consistent practices of physical safety on the part of everyone. I want to highlight the wonderful food service staff. Meals are currently being delivered to each individual resident's apartment. These servers are so great for the moral of Garden Court, especially during this time of plague. On a final note, good service starts at the top with the executive director and the administrative staff who are great. There are lots of enjoyable activities with genuinely caring staff. I am happy here.

Our loved one was at the MorningStar Assisted Living community pre-covid for respite care. We would give them a 10 plus across the board, we had the most positive outstanding experience. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

We chose Morning Star Assisted Living because of the convenience of the location, the staff members, and the value for your money. The room sizes are great, very spacious. The best part about the community was the staff members, they were great. Also their open area where all the residents sat together was very nice. I would absolutely recommend.
