What our family likes the most about the Avenue 81 community is the meals that are prepared, the staff members working there as well as the different activities they have going on. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Homestead of Owasso is a very nice facility and the staff are very nice. The Executive Director is very caring and helpful. The housekeeping is basic and is done once a week. The trash is picked up daily. No complaints. The move in process was very easy and their handyman was very helpful. My friend is very happy there and she has made some nice friends. I would recommend Homestead of Owasso to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Avenue 81 and overall her experience at this facility has been good. I recommend Avenue 81 to others, but as with most other senior living places, the staff changes out. Avenue 81 has had an especially hard time with the Director of Activities and the top nurses. The CNA's at Avenue are really really good. They have a Chef that organizes the kitchen, therefore, the food is fantastic.

The staff is caring, facilities are well kept. They have some issues with the residents getting too friendly with each other. We picked this community because of the proximity to home, facilities and room size.

Compared to other homes in the area they are most cost effective. In regards to my other numbers 3 is average. Could do a little more activity but being a smaller size I know they are limited with staff. Overall experience has been good so far.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we think some areas they could improve on would be more regular cleaning of the residents rooms. More activities for the residents to participate in and to have a lower value for cost.

We picked this community, because of the proximity, overall value of price with features and friendly staff. Best option for the price in the area. Needs some updating and facilities work. Both for optics and for repair/upkeep. Food situation has been unsettled due to inability to hire and keep good kitchen staff. Had a great activities director for a while, but she moved on. No opinion on the new one. Had a nice and responsive director, replaced by a nice but less responsive one. Medicine stocking and dispensing is reliable. House doctor is average at best.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The community has always been clean when we visit our loved one. The staff are kind and helpful. The residents are nice and friendly. There are meals and activities available to assist with socialization of the residents. Overall, this is a good community and we suggest you check it out for your loved one. The staff feel that Homestead is the "residents home" and the staff is there to work for and serve the residents.

My loved one is currently a resident at Vintage Park at Tonganoxie and the experience has been very good, overall. The staff at this facility is very friendly. As for cost, it's a fixed fee for all service levels which makes it easier to budget. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The rating for the overall experience is because we had issues with the phone line and cable. The rating for the meals and dining service is because our loved ones constantly complains about the food, being repeated frequently, tough, just tasting bad but I don't know that is true, she can be very critical and from my experience she complained almost everything tasted bad before we put her there. My sister has eaten with her a few times and she said the food was good. However, the staff has been amazing in helping with any problems we have, corporate seemed to be the holdup in it taking so long for the phone to finally being fixed.

Our family had an in person tour with Homestead of Leavenworth and even with the tour being good we thought it was a little run down and a little depressing. It felt more like a nursing home.

Based on the experience our family has had so far with Vintage Park at Stanley we would absolutely recommend this community to other families if they are looking for a place for their elderly loved ones. Also the good is great! [name removed], the director was so kind to Mom and us.

I work in the Healthcare field. I go into Homestead of Augusta at least 2 or 3 times a month. It is always clean. The staff is very attentive to their residents. The staff seems to have a personal interest in the residents. They don't act like it is just a job like some other facilities. The administration works well with our agency to communicate for the best interest of their residents.

They keep the facility very clean. If there are unpleasant odors they clean them up immediately. Other places I've visited an odor is prevalent and unlikely to go away. They will call me with any problems and willing to work them out. This facility is very expensive and hopefully the service will keep up with the cost!

The care services were good. The food was good. We picked this community because, it was close to our home, and we liked the apperance of the facility. My loved one was here was respite care. They were very friendly. They had a turnover in management. I would recommend to other families, if your loved one isn't very active.

I think they really care about their residents. They're pretty good about communication with me, although I myself initiate communication with them often. The facility itself is very good.

It is a very nice facility in the memory care unit. However communication is not the best between staff and family and could use improvements.

We decided on Stonybrook because of the location and also they were able to get us right in very quickly and it was very efficient. I like that they have a temporary place she could stay while we set up her permanent apartment. It was already furnished so that was a big help. [name removed] the manager has been great. The day we brought her in she was so helpful and very patient and knew how to talk to her to help calm her down. She is excellent. The nurse has also been very helpful in talking with me whenever I call with questions. I would definitely recommend Stoneybrook.

The homes are more of a family style and are for full care for memory care. Some employees have been here several years and are the cream of the crop. Nowhere is anything perfect but this was our choice of facilities. The rules are constantly being changed and it’s hard to keep up with them. It’s a far cry from the old county home type facilities.

I wish at least one of my family had the code to front door. I have a wait to get in at times longer than I should. Employees who change beds should have a class when employed how to change and put fitted sheets on the bed. Food leaves a lot to be desired but I honestly believe they are trying to find better cooks. At one time food was paid to be "best" in area. I understand that is not the case for 5-6 years.
