We recently moved in here, and our loved one has really fit in. She really enjoys it. We are happy with it, and like that she shouldn't have to move again in the future, when she starts to need medicaid.

Second place I had my spouse living in for that dreaded Alzheimers . She was cared for the moment she arrived. The staff was great even though they were young. They really cared for the people they served. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. When hospice was required, the staff was most helpful in assisting to my wife's care. Of all the places I looked at for care and setup, Homestead really passed the test. I wish I had found this place first but was in a rush in the beginning and overlooked here.

I am very happy with Chaucer Estates. The place is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The only thing I can think of to improve is that they could stand to have more of a process in place to get everything set up for a new resident. For example, it took several weeks and several phone calls for the laundry service to get where its supposed to be.

We have been very pleased with Homestead Olathe. My mother-in-law moved into Homestead 14 months ago. She tells us each time we visit her how well she is taken care of, how nice the people are and how many activities are available to her. We could not be more pleased with the cleanliness, friendliness and genuine caring atmosphere we see each time we have been there.

They are pretty good. I've been pretty impressed with them. They are clean and very friendly. They do a pretty good job, they are attentive and responsive. I've had some of the food, and it's not too bad, I'm really surprised it has good flavor.

The pricing is comparable to other communities. The staff is very caring. My loved one says the food is really good. There is enough parking. There are outside areas for families and residents to enjoy. The staff is just very caring and professional.

My Wife's stay at Homestead of Leawood was brief, only a few months, but the care she received was EXCELLENT! The staff, without exception, done everything possible to make her comfortable and as happy as possible. They were always smiling and checking to see if either of us needed anything. Both my Wife and I were always treated with the utmost respect at all times. I would highly recommend Homestead of Leawood to anyone.

We are very happy, when it comes our time I certainly hope to find a place as nice as Homestead. They mark every single item of clothing so we won't have mix ups. We don't really have any complaints.

My loved one was not at this community for long before increasing health issues necessitated a move, but during her time here I thought they did a good job overall. The facility itself was nice, and the staff were all very friendly. I do think they could have used a few additional caregivers, but that seems to be the case at many of these places.

The adjustment of my dad to assisted living has been awesome. The people at Homestead are fabulous and make my dad feel cared for and important. I also appreciate the valuable advice I received from A Place for Mom. I heartily recommend anyone going through this process to start with them.

It was good, if we hadn't gotten in where we did this would have been a runner up. I was just more impressed by another option we were looking at. The staff was friendly, it was clean, everything was there.

Toured rooms, met some residents, had lunch. Positive experience overall.

There is honestly nothing here that we are dissatisfied with! Their friendliness and thoroughness is amazing! There's a marked difference in how my mother physically appears to us because of their care. It couldn't be better! The director always has time to talk to you and everything is just great here! It was a perfect match!

The staff has been very helpful from the first contact. The executive director went to great lengths to provide my family any and all information we needed or asked for to make the long distance decisions and arrangements we had to. Her staff is very friendly and professional and the facility is clean and welcoming. The care is based on the individual's needs and preferences which has made the transition for my father much easier then it could have been. I highly recomend this facility when hard choices and decisions have to be made for oneself or loved ones.

They have been excellent, they have been wonderful, I give them a five plus. From lori to her staff, even the residents everybody has been so welcoming, they welcomed her with open arms just like a family. They are quick to respond. They do light houskeeping once a week. When I go to visit her, things are dusted and they vacuum and they check on her. They always have activities, and they invite her to join. They are very informative, they let me know what's going on. She loves the food. Parking is great, everything is accessible. I love it.

We've been very pleased with the care provided here. The staff in particular have been outstanding, they've been amazingly friendly, and very professional and caring. It's a very nice looking place, and they keep it well kept up. I feel like my loved one is being well looked after.

Rated not on cost but the facility itself. No strong salesmanship that I received elsewhere.

My 93 year old Mother has been here for a little over a month, and she loves it. The food. The people. The staff. The living! We're very pleased.

My mother unlawful tells me each time we visit how nice the people are. We have found them very responsive to any need we have had.
