It has been a great experience for my father here at this community. They have a good staff here, I know my father is being cared for well. I would say the cleanliness could be better. They are trying their best with everything. Overall he is safe and in good hands here.

My grandmother has been here for a month and it is still going well. The community is a nice looking place. It is in a good location and the community is close to where I live. It is the best location and I would recommend this community.

When considering an assisted living facility for our mother, my sister & I looked at many options. Once we walked in to The Pines we immediately knew that we had found the right place. We met with Kristine, who was extremely helpful and patient. She took the time to answer all of our question and addressed all of our concerns. The tour revealed a first class facility that was extremely clean and well designed. It has proved to be the right place for our mom and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend The Pines.

Loved their "intake coordinator" Sandra. Everything explained well and explained again to our parents. Great amenities. Our parents say they are really happy and glad after checking other places to go with them. They had a 1 bedroom. Other facilities wanted to separate them into their own studios. Thank you!

As I was taking a tour through Sheldon Park I noticed that the staff was very friendly and quite attentive to the residents. The activity room was just buzzing with two different activities going at the same time. Looks like they keep the residents very busy. We were also offered lunch while we were there. The wait staff was great. They were fast and had a lot of fun with the residents as they took their orders and then delivered their meal. They were in the process of redecorating but still kept things lively without bothering the work people.

The Willow Park has been extremely flexible and supportive and very helpful through the entire process. They made the transition very easy. I would recommend to friends.

I have had the opportunity to be involved with the staff and residents at Willow Park for the past 4 years. It is a welcoming, beautiful home for Seniors that have different levels of care needs. The residents are happy and the care provided is excellent. The food is delicious and there are always fun activities going on. You will always be greeted by a friendly face when you come for a visit! I would recommend Willow Park to anyone looking for a new home for themselves or a loved one!

I have a family member who has been a resident at the Gardens for over 3 years. I highly recommend the Gardens as the staff and management are extremely professional and friendly. There are plenty of activities for the residents as well as great meals. The facility was recently expanded so many rooms are fairly new.

The staff here is really accommodating and helpful. They are compassionate and professional. The building is always clean and the residents are so friendly all the time. The level of care here is excellent.

The Bedford has two couples that live in house that are caretakers. They are extremely caring and conscientious. They know all of her concerns. I am very impressed. The people that work in the dining room are very accommodating. When we did our tour they had shown her an apartment they told her she had a week to decide on the apartment they showed her. The lady said she had another couple that was interested in the unit. It was a pressure sale. I called her before the time she even had told me we had to make the decision and she had already given the unit to that couple. She said they had a larger unit that was more expensive. I was really mad at this lady and lost all respect for her. They need some help with their sale staff. The gal that we made the appointment with didn't even call me back when I tried to verify the appointment. Sure enough I showed up and it was her day off. The beginning was very rough and unorganized. At this point mom is happy and well taken care of. She can come and go as she pleases but should she need the help, it is right there.

The staff takes the time to know their residents. Particular attention is paid to how a resident is faring in this new and sometimes confusing place they are living. In our case, the entire staff came together to evaluate our loved one and to make recommendations for their future care. We thank them all for making our decisions much easier.

Looking for a place for Mom or Dad? Consider the Pines of Newmarket, I doubt you'll be disappointed. My mom who is 97 is going on her third month and she is being taken care of by some very fine caregivers. Mom is one who speaks her mind, to me anyhow and my probing always brings a positive response from her. Of course she would rather be in her own home but this is her home for now and she is adjusting a day at a time. This caregiving staff works with you, anxious to please and do what is right. Well we had a rough start at the beginning with getting the schedule with the medication because it was a quick move in, but after that everything seems to be going very well.

My father-in-law moved in about 6 weeks ago. I can not say enough positive things about the Pines. The staff is always kind and helpful. They pay attention to the residents and are very respectful. They have events to which residents families are invited. I am told the food is restaurant quality. That from a man who is pretty picky. We are very happy with our choice.

I'm a caregiver for a couple who lives here at Sheldon Park. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help with anything we need. I have really connected with all the staff and love them all. I recommend it to anyone I can.

I spent 3 months at the Bedford. The facility is lovely, clean and not at all institutional. It is like a fine hotel with tasteful decorations. The setting is beautifully landscaped. I was in a weirdly shaped studio on the second floor with no balcony. This was the least expensive apartment but still a budget stretch for me. Not being able to afford a more appealing option was the reason I left. The management at the Bedford is first class. Professional, caring, and effective were my observations. I did use the care services while there. The food was good and attractively presented. There were always many meal choices that could be ordered. The food servers are great young people. Dining room seating is not assigned but most people tended to seat at the same table most of the time. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The activities program has a great new director and is expanding. Bean bag baseball is a big favorite.

I was very impressed with the immediate response I received from the personnel. They were both very caring and concerned about my situation. My husband is very happy there and the one-on-one contact stretches far beyond the immediate staff. From the PA's to the nurses, recreation people to the cleaning staff and administration, everyone goes above and beyond to meet the needs of my husband. They also care and ask about my needs as well, both mentally and physically as I was sole caretaker for him the last four years. I am so pleased with my decision to place my husband in The Legacy at Georgetown. The facility is very clean and the meals are gourmet. My husbands accommodations are excellent as well. In my opinion, it's a truly wonderful place.

Staff is very professional. Clean, food is well above average. Nursing staff always is on top of my mothers issues. I feel very comfortable of them taking care of her.
