Merrill Gardens

It is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and outgoing. The employees seem to love their jobs. We picked this community because of the affordability and all the services offered with that price. The friendliness was a wonderful bonus!

This place was very convenient as my company is just down the street and other things are also convenient. We are extremely happy with Holden.

The people that work there a wonderful they're always making sure that they're entertaining have things for them to do and their food is wonderful. My dad loves it. The staff is incredible. Very clean place! You may use my name. My father said he feels alive for the first time after my mom has died four years ago.

Merrill Gardens at Tacoma is very welcoming. The facility is clean and beautifully maintained. They take very good care of my parents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

I am very pleased with Merrill Gardens. Very clean, nice environment, the food is very good. My aunt has maintained her weight and tasks about the food always in positive way. The supervisor contacts me in case of anything. I have easy access to text them too. The staff is very nice. They notify me when I go every week is my aunt is not following orders or she gets upset. But I remind her they are there to help her. I do know that it's a bit pricey, but what can I do. I like the diversity that they have person wise.

My loved one was previously a resident at Truewood by Merrill Georgetown and overall the experience at this facility was great. The staff and communication with the family were both great. I have no idea about the food, so I cannot rate that. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services were good. I would recommend Truewood by Merrill Georgetown to family and friends.

The experience has been better than I ever imagined. Every single staff member is unfailingly friendly and helpful. Within a week of moving in my parents were greeted by name anytime they passed by a staff member. There are a ton of really well thought out activities for residents, including movies every night, Happy Hour Thursday, painting, games, outings, etc. I'm delighted my parents are living in a place that gives all the support and help they need AND has so many fantastic opportunities for socializing and enjoying life.

Everyone and everything about the Truewood by Merrill, Vancouver community was great, and that was because everyone was so accommodating. They don't offer medical care, but since they were so accommodating we still give the quality of care services a 5.

We love Merrill Gardens at Rancho Cucamonga! My mother-in-law is so happy here. The staff is so loving and helpful. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, activities and food are also great. In fact, I now have my mother moving into Merrill Gardens at Rancho Cucamonga this week. We will now have both moms in the area, one in a studio apartment and one in a one bedroom apartment, just a two minute drive away from me. I would recommend this facility to others.

I am very happy here at Truewood by Merrill West Covina. They make it very comfortable and [name removed] is very professional, thank you. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, meals and activities are also great. Additionally, they are pet friendly and we have a dog park here. I would highly recommend Truewood by Merrill West Covina to family and friends.

We toured Merrill Gardens at Madison when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. We were completely impressed with this facility! My loved one would have gone here, hands down, except she chose to be closer to home. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Everything at this facility was great!

My loved one is currently a resident at Merrill Gardens at Auburn. The staff is incredibly helpful, super nice and very knowledgeable. The logistics were well coordinated for the move in process. I recommend bringing an extra hand truck. All of the hallways are wide. Communication with the family is excellent! The staff is very proactive and responsive. The entire staff is over the top nice. The food is fantastic; fine dining. The chef does a wonderful job with the menu and there's many options to choose from for all meals. I personally enjoy the wine selections. They have daily activities (Mom especially enjoys the daily movies, bingo and a visit every couple months or so to get her hair and nails done). There's always something to do and plenty of companionship. This facility is a fantastic place and is the perfect home for mom! I would recommend this facility to others.

Truewood by Merrill, Modesto is a beautiful facility. It's a great place and my friend is so happy to be there. The residents are friendly and free to have their small dogs. What a great gift for anyone, much less a single elderly person. The place smells fresh. It's always clean, spotless. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's just perfect. Moving in was no problem. I rate this place top shelf. I would recommend this facility to others!

What we like the most about the Merrill Gardens at Auburn is the staff, they are very nice and professional. The residents living there seem happy which helps her during the adjustment period. The community is also very clean!

Everyone at the Truewood by Merrill, Keller, community is so friendly and based on the experience we have had so far with this community, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My mother is currently a resident at Truewood by Merrill Charlotte Center and overall things have been great. However, personally I don't think they have good communication with me. I'm there every other day usually and some things I've had to call and ask several times before getting the answer that I need. I would recommend this facility, but I do think that you have to keep on top of things there.

I've been living here for 13 month's; and basically it's been a new experience for me! Most of the staff here are friendly and very helpful! Sometimes they are not on the same page but most of the time it is runned very smoothly! The food is good most of the time; and the activities are plenty with lots of choices! So far in the month's I've been here it's been a pleasant place to Live!

Although I am a fairly new resident, I have had many personal experiences with retirement facilities through the care of my own parents and in-laws. Truewood by Merrill, Roseville, is one of the best retirement communities I have met. The management personnel and staff members are a very informed and supportive group. The servers in our restaurant style dining room are eager to please with their friendly smiles and helpful personalities. Menu choices are varied, meals very appealing and portions are generous. Activities and special events fill each day of the month. With our dedicated bus service, we can schedule medical appointments, shopping, church services and special scenic trips. Our activities director is another great asset to Truewood; being very talented and energetic we enjoy creative craft projects, Happy Hours, live music and many celebrations on special holidays. Truewood is, needless to say, highly recommended.
