Merrill Gardens

All rating questions get 5 stars from me. We are very pleased with Truewood Senior Living Modesto. The facility is in a nice location that is accessible to stores and restaurants.

The facility is top notch, very modern clean, almost like walking into a 5 star hotel. I was greeted with smiles and helpful personnel. Seemed very professional and have not had any issues. My father in law has been moved to hospice which they provide. Very clean and organized, being I'm in another state and have only been there probably 10 time's the staff seemed very nice and most importantly attentive to the patient.

Turners Rock Senior Living Community is a new Facility and is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and there is a feeling of community among the residents. We would recommend this community to other families as well.

Everyone is very friendly and congenial.

My mom is currently a resident at The Pines of Newmarket. I really like it there. The staff is great. They are very friendly and my mom is well cared for. The other residents are friendly, as well. We had a great tour and the move in was a very easy process. The activities are well planned. I hear from them often, so no issues on communication with the family and you can visit anytime at all. I would recommend The Pines of Newmarket to others!

I am currently a resident at Truewood by Merrill New Bern and everything has been great for me at this facility so far. It's been a great experience. The facility and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The meals are excellent. The housekeeping has been excellent, as well. This facility offers Independent Plus, which is Independent Living with separate assistance. I have an aide that comes in for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, which has been perfect for me. I would highly recommend Truewood by Merrill New Bern to others!

I recently relocated my mom from another memory care facility to Merrill Gardens and the staff made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. The living space and common areas are extremely clean and have a calming effect. The program director is very caring and knows how to provide an enriching and enjoyable experience for that type resident. My mom is very happy there and that has given my family great peace of mind. Also, the restaurant style food is fabulous and also enjoy having meals there.

If we could give the friendliness of the staff a 10, we would! Had high expectations for Turners Tock before moving in....after moving in, they exceeded expectations. We made the right choice. [name removed] is amazing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would 1000 times yes, yes, yes recommend them to other families. Seriously it's an amazing place to live and the staff and residents have all been soooo gracious. It made a tough move, actually a positive experience.

The reason we gave the meals and dining a 3 out of 5 is because - a) meats are overcooked and tough at least half of the time. The exception is seafood which is good; b) small vegetables portions; c) no options for seasoning preferences such as offering mild and spicy versions for specials and a la carte entrees. That said, recently the chef(s) have been more experimental with specials and have had success with the Asian/Middle Eastern dishes and the Coq au Vin. Asian/Middle Eastern has been spicier and the chicken legs in the Coq au Vin were perfectly prepared. More of that would be great!

Great people and great facility. We picked this community because of the price and the neighborhood approach.

We moved our mom in a few months ago. There are so many things to do. Nice staff, clean facility. Flavored water in the lobby, holiday decorations. It's just beautiful. Highly recommend. The top outside area is so pretty with all the plants, flowers and veggie garden. And the view!! It can't be beat.

5 for everything! What I like the most about the Truewood by Merrill, Vancouver community is the friendly residents living here as well as the friendly staff members. I would recommend this community based on my experience so far.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Someone comes in daily to take the trash and light house keeping weekly. Move in day was easy. My sister lives closest to the facility and she says the communication is easy, and they will let us know quickly if anything is wrong. My dad loves the meals and enjoys eating with others and has made friends. We would definitely recommend this place to other families.

we moved here Dec 2021. we chose independent living as I am caregiver for dementia spouse. I am so happy here , staff are so caring & helpful. Everything you may need assisted living or independent is taken care of. They bend over to accommodate your wishes & cares like getting help to get hubby on bus, having lab work done on premises, so very sanitary, food is excellent in flavor, sometimes needs to be hotter but they work kindly with you, activities abound and you're almost tired out going to all of them. Movies, therapy on premises. As we progress in our journey into Dementia I am comforted to know that they*staff* are here for me and him & we will be treated with compassion, patience and above all LOVE

My loved one was previously a resident at Merrill Gardens at Wright Park and everything about his experience at this facility was great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to help with anything that my loved one or family needed. The move in and move out process was easy. My loved one said the food was fine, but sometimes cold. Overall, I would recommend Merrill Gardens at Wright Park to others.

We picked this community because of the availability. It's really nice. I would recommend to others, if they can afford it.

Everything about Merrill Gardens at Wright Park is a 5, however I think the pet fees & the use of the car garage is over the top. Based on the experience I have had so far with this community, I would absolutely recommend them to other families. It's a beautiful Community with all the amenities. I did a lot of research of the various communities and Merrill Gardens @ Wright Park won hands down! And if you ever get the chance, they serve great food 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM

We of course love everything about Merrill Gardens at Columbia. The place itself and all the things they offer the best senior home in Columbia and surroundings in S.C. Thank you so much for helping me get a place there

We took a tour of Merrill Gardens at West Chester during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. We loved this facility! Great atmosphere. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Unfortunately, the cost was over budget for us.

My loved one was previously a resident at Truewood by Merrill, Modesto and everything was just great for him at this facility. Walking into this facility was like walking into your own home. The move in process was easy. The food was good. The cleanliness, friendliness, care services and value for cost were great. I would recommend Truewood by Merrill, Modesto to friends and family. In fact, I already have.
