Merrill Gardens

It is a little expensive but overall great experience.

5 for everything! Excellent facility and staff. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help to get the residents involved with activities. My mom has been very happy. The one bedroom apartment is very nice and spacious. We love that housekeeping is included!

We have had a wonderful experience at Merrill Gardens! We were looking for shelter after my husband and I loss our home of 35 years in the Eaton Fire. The staff at Merrill Gardens was very accommodating and made sure we were able to find a place to call home. We moved in with no furniture and a few clothing items, but the team at Merrill Gardens, specifically [name removed], worked tirelessly to get us some furniture, essentials items, and a bed to start us off with. The food here is also a big plus! We have enjoyed the various activities they offer in the community and getting to know everyone here!

With my sister keeping me company, we visited Merrill Gardens. When we arrived, we were met by [name removed]. What a very pleasant young man. He had a welcoming smile, was so patient and answered any questions that I had. He sparked my curosity and took my sister and me on a great tour of MG. The entire tour made me want to make a change to such a beautiful place. Everyone that we met was so friendly and expessed their positive feelings about their " new " home. [name removed] played a huge part, in helping me decide about MG. He is an outstanding sales person and hopefully, he is being compensated accordingly. I am preparing now, for my move.

We recently met with Brayan Antunez at Merrill Gardens, in Kissimmee. We had spoken on the phone before our visit. We were given a great tour of the facility, [name removed] knowledge was so helpful. No matter what our questions were, he had an answer right away, we did not have wait for him to ask someone else or go look it up. We found the reality of his descriptions, to be very accurate. It is not easy to move a 90 year old parent to a new place, which will be his home now. [name removed] made the process appear to be seamless, we are confident this will go very smoothly, and our choice will be a success!

I would tell others looking to just talk to staff, nurses, ask questions regarding the care of your loved one. How they handle emergencies , communication to the family, etc.

We found that Truewood had that down home ,comfortable feeling with the neighborhood approach to transitioning into an ALF. Mom felt overwhelmed at first, at the prospect of moving into an assisted living facility but with Truewood and the staff they were very welcoming and it made her feel loved and cared for.

Great experience and all staff and administration very supportive! My mother's placement and care has been a very positive experience! I certainly would highly recommend Mission Ridge community to others!

My Dad went into TruWood as part of the assisted living family. The staff was very caring and it was well managed. He had to be moved to memory care. The staff was amazing. They kept them engaged and busy most of the time. We would choose TruWood again .

It's just very expensive no matter where you go. The facility is very nice. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful. The staff we've meet so far are all kind!

All 8 categories I would give a 5. My mom is SO happy there. She will be there a year this month. It was very easy for mom to make friends and get involved. The dining room staff is so helpful and friendly. The front desk people are extremely helpful at all times.

We put my grandmother at Mission Ridge about six weeks ago and she is flourishing. The facility is incredible. We are lucky to have this as a resource in our community. The cafe has exceptional food. They are beyond helpful, even in independent living. The space is clean, new, and perfectly done.

My mother and father moved in late January. Every staff member here is exceptionally great and friendly. The access to 24 hour nursing staff is also a great benefit. This was the best choice for my parents and the location is amazing.

The family feel is one of the best things about Truewood. Everyone who works there makes my mom and myself feel like family. When she was in hospital and rehab, several would text me just checking in. And all the warms hugs when she returned just totally made her day

The staff is very kind and caring. They treat everyone with respect. The facility is clean and it doesn't smell like urine. My dad was happy there.

After researching several senior communities and visiting many of them, my brother chose Merrill Gardens at West Chester. [name removed] was wonderful - she led us through two separate and comprehensive tours of the community and patiently and completely answered all of our questions. She and the overall community were welcoming, vibrant and friendly and my brother felt very comfortable. While there are a number of good senior communities in the West Chester area, Merrill Gardens stood out. Fast forward a month and my brother is loving being part of the Merrill Gardens community - the staff is great, the amenities are top notch and he raves about the food! We heartily recommend Merrill Gardens for senior personal care and independent living.

Truewood by Merrill in Boise is a clean, friendly, and affordable assisted living community. The staff is caring, friendly and attentive to the residents and their families needs. The facilities and rooms are comfortable and well maintained creating a very comfortable living environment. There are lots of activities and community gathering areas to keep residents active and engaged and the staff is very good at encouraging residents to get involved in provided activities. My Mom has only been there a short time and she really enjoys the place and the people.

Sometimes life requires people to move fast, in our case 10 days fast! We can't express how happy we are with our experience at Merrill Gardens at Glenn Mills.[name removed] was professional, kind and compassionate to our family's unique situation which included a super quick transition to assisted living for our mom. My brother and I live out of state; thanks to [name removed] we were able to set everything up through emails and texts 5 days prior to her move-in date! [name removed] communicated with us daily so we would have a smooth transition, and we cannot thank her enough. The staff at Merrill Gardens are top notch and really care about the residents. Everyone made mom feel welcome right away, she has been living there for only 3 weeks and is happily enjoying her daily activities. Moving to Merrill Gardens at Glen Mills has greatly improved her quality of life and it's a blessing for us to know she is happy and in such good hands.
