The staff are more than willing to help us through challenges. Seem to genuinely care about residents. Room sizes are adequate. Amenities are varied and plentiful.

Definitely 5 for all the categories. My sister, who had a hard time accepting the idea of moving out of her home, where she was living alone with her cat, into Assisted Living, is now happy with her life at Merrill Gardens Tukwila.

What I like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff, and also the other residence. Yes, I would recommend this to others like I say the staff is friendly

I would give 5 to it all but I'm moving my parents to [community name removed] because my dad recently had to have a catheter and they don't do those there! The staff they were awesome!!!! Food was amazing!!! Yes, of course we would recommend this community to others!

The staff is unbelievable. They are really a team, which is rare these days. They are very welcoming and supportive and encouraging. The staff goes above and beyond to provide support and comfort. They are excellent communicators and make all of us, not just the resident, feel welcome. The food is prepared by a gentleman who is an actual chef. He is kind, pleasant, and very accommodating. To say the overall staff is accommodating is definitely an understatement. The environment is clean, well lit, welcoming, and geared towards comfort and socialization. That is a very important element in a living facility, such as this. The activities are well thought out. Well advertised. Well attended and very appropriate given some of the limitations of the residents.

What we like the most about Mission Ridge is The staff and really just everything. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I was very hesitant about moving into any senior living facility. My family and I looked at several places and Mission Ridge was by far the best fit for me. The pricing is fair, comparatively speaking, it’s a new facility, very clean and well managed. The staff has been great, they really treat you with kindness and respect! The food is good too.

The staff and the management are very kind and helpful helping us with all the things we need getting my mother moved in and helping her with her needs . Merrill Gardens has so much to offer her with things for her to do and enjoy she loves the music and has a great time meeting new friends and there company . Mom has settled in better than we could have hoped for and is having a lot of fun . We are so blessed to have such a wonderful group of care givers looking after my mother Merrill is a Great and vert clean place and we are very glad we found it .

We recently moved my mother-in-law from a different senior living facility into the Garden House (memory care). Wow! What a difference this has made in her life. She loves it. The entire staff at MR is truly amazing. They are so in-tune with her needs, anticipating them at every turn. The facility is nearly new, immaculately clean and the food and dining system is creative and second to none. I've had some recent experience with other family members in other facilities in the area, I can honestly say they didn't hold a candle to MR. The facilities are top notch, but it's the kind and caring staff that makes this place special for our mother-in-law. And the management team is top notch and so professional. I rarely complete surveys, especially rating all 5-star but this facility is truly deserving.

I love all the extra activities that are available. The staff are very friendly and professional. I moved here because it’s a beautiful place and I have zero regrets about moving in almost 4 years ago.

It is always stressful and sad to need to have a loved one placed at an assisted living facility. It is not easy when you get to that moment. You may worry about how your loved one will feel or be treated. But Turners Rock was such a blessing for my mother and us. This is a beautiful place. It just seemed very elegant, almost like you're going on an expensive vacation. The staff were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, caring about each resident as an individual and their family members I genuinely can’t say enough about [name removed] , [name removed]and [name removed]are exceedingly kind and give one-on-one attention. The place is quiet, peaceful, clean, with delicious food, and has different activities every single day. We are extremely impressed with this facility! Thank you so much for taking care of our mother. He loves being with you in this luxury resort style senior living community. We appreciate you very much. We couldn't be any happier.

The staff at Murano are the friendliest, kindest of any of the MANY facilities we toured by far. Most more than once. Ask about employee retention. Very important. Murano's is better than others by far. At least in 2025. Muranos memory care a FIND. I never knew that Montessori worked with adults with dementia after his work with children. Having many stimulating daily activities and a sense of purpose is the difference between being taken care of and having a life

This place offers great companionship, great food, great people and makes life worth living. The food is really good and they have extended hours to accommodate my busy schedule .This was best decision me and my wife could have made.

This place is so friendly a there are lots of fun activities to participate in. The food is also delicious. I love living here. I also volunteer in the book club and help read books to those residents who have trouble seeing.

This place is a very friendly and accommodating environment to live in. I just love THE PEOPLE! I have met a ton of new friends while living here and I am so glad I made the decision to move in. I love living in Turners Rock

This is the most friendly place. When my husband and I were 85, we had to think of a place we would retire at. So we began our tours. We were on many waitlist. My husband has a friend who recommended we take a tour. We did and boy were we surprised. We immediately went on a waitlist and we couldn’t wait to get that call when an apartment was available. We saw the apartment and were blown away at how beautiful it was. This was the best decision we could have made, for ourselves and for our family. The staff are so friendly and the food is delicious. I am grateful for all the friendships I have made while living at Turners Rock!

There are lots of social activities if those wish to partake beautiful facility clean and staff is excellent. They take well care of the residence. Food is good.

My parents are very happy there. It is quaint and cozy. Seems more personal than the larger type of places. We have found the staff to be very friendly. They keep a very good "eye" on the residents. The facility has gone through a recent decorative remodel and is updated. Each floor consists of two "neighborhoods" making it more comfortable. Each neighborhood has a dining room. My parents, as a couple have their own dining table allowing them to keep a few things on that table permanently (like peanut butter, sugar free syrup, Splenda). There are plenty of social activities daily for those who wish to participate.

My Mom went to live in Memory care at Pine Rock Manor in May 2024. She did have an adjustment period but now is very happy and smiles a ton! She takes part in all the church services, concerts and activities of which there are many. The staff is very accommodating and you can talk with the nurses whenever you'd like to as there is a dedicated nurse option in the phone tree. They have eyes on the residents all the time and get to know them pretty well. Memory care has very unique challenges with each and every resident as (lets face it) they can do some strange things. For example my mom put her dentures in the toilet. Why? Who knows, bless her heart! Now staff takes away her dentures and returns them in the morning! All is well. It is a very challenging environment for staff but they do a great job! Staff tries hard to personalize care for everyone. I'm sure it's not a good fit for every person that comes to work in memory care. Lots of patience is required!
