Merrill Gardens

On my tour, I was concerned about the lack of care if my mom got worse and needed rehab or memory care, they are limited. Also for transportation to doctor appointments were minimal. I feel they did not have enough nurse hours there. They have valet parking, its good and bad, you have to wait. It was a gorgeous community from what I saw but when I was outside waiting for my car, one of the residents who was also waiting told me to be careful, the community is not all that it looks to be.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust to this community. Overall I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her with. The staff is good they are trying their best. Hopefully with some time she gets involved in the community, and all they have offer. It is a nice place.

This is a brand new community and they are still working out some of the kinks. I do not think they are at full capacity yet. The staff that are currently there are nice and the food is good. They offer trips out and daily activities. I would recommend this community.

[Removed] the women that gave my loved one and I a tour of the community was absolutely great and was very generous and made sure to follow up with us after we had left to make sure we had found somewhere for my mother to live. The staff in the kitchen was also very helpful and friendly especially [Removed]. She went out of her way to come up to our table during our meal and spend a few moments with us explaining different things about the facility.

Me and my loved one was able to go on a tour and we enjoyed everything. The residents were out being active and we got to see the staff interacting with them. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We just did not like the location. It would have been to hard for our family to find.

This is a lovely community, and my tour went very well. The community is well maintained. From what I saw everything looked neat and tidy. The staff I met was kind and friendly. There were many factors that played into where place my mother. This wasn't the place for us, but it was pleasant tour.

Everything is working out very well for my father. He is doing well, and I'am pleased with his move here. This is a lovely community, and they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. I like the staff, they have been great to work with. Everybody has been friendly and welcoming. He is being cared for well. Everything has worked out well for us here. My father loves it here.

My parents have really felt safe and comfortable in there new living environment. My mother says nothing but great things about the staff and has really built a trust with them. My favorite thing about this complex is they offered double wide bedrooms that where affordable and spacious for my loved ones. My only complaint is that I wish the housekeeping would come in to clean more than once a week

A place for mom was very helpful with all the help they provided us with. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need some help. The community they referred us too is working out very well so far. My mother is doing pretty well here, and I'am satisfied. The staff have been helpful and attentive. The community looks great, they do a good job with keeping everything well maintained. It has been a good experience so far for us here at this community.

A truly beautiful and stylish community, with spacious apartments. We were very impressed by the washer/dryer in each apartment! The only drawback to us is that the lobby, social areas and dining room are so spacious, that it felt almost like being in a hotel. My mother wonders whether it would have the same close-knit feeling that she's noticed elsewhere. But a beautiful community!

The care has been good for my friend. The meals seem pretty good for my friend. The staff are very good. They have activities available and my friend has participated in some. This is a beautiful and spotless community.

When I toured the community I noticed that it was a bit darker. It needed some more natural light. However, the people were great and it was a lovely place to tour. It may have been suitable but the community was not in an ideal location for us.

Just beginning my search, this is a nice place. Well maintained inside and out. Staff seems to know everyone by name, plenty of activities. At the top of my list so far.

I really liked that this place had available transportation for my mother. It would make it easier for her to be able to get to her appointments. I was able to see the beautician that they have available. I thought this service was great. My mother would be able to get her hair done and have some time for herself. The age group they had made sure that the residents would be around the same age making it easier for them to interact with each other. It was a great place with attentive staff.

They offer a variety of activities at Volterra. The staff is helpful, polite and caring. After looking at the menu I see they offer a variety of choices. I would recommend this community.

The community at the Gardens has been very nice. The staff have been very helpful with the move. The staff and everybody there are very friendly and nice. The community feels like home and is very welcoming. They offer a variety of meal options that my loved one is enjoying. We are very pleased with The Gardens!

Legacy at Bear Creek was pleasant. The community is very nice and well kept. They keep It comfortable and updated throughout the community. The staff did a great job caring for my loved one while there. We were happy with the friendliness of the staff.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but everything is going as well as can be expected. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. We know she is safe and in good hands here. They are providing her with great care. The staff is very alert, they always know what is going on and where everybody is at. Everybody has been kind and friendly. Overall this is a community I would recommend.
