Mom is here. Satisfied with room, services. Unfortunately, too expensive for our budget. [pricing removed] She doesn't require all the amenities; she doesn't express any interest in enjoying them after regular, gentle encouragement.

I have no complaints at this time about The Legacy at Georgetown. Things are going really well there. The facility is clean and the staff are really friendly there.

They have settled him in well and they also support him well. The communication between the outside nursing services and Fig Garden at the start needed a little help, but everything has been great so far.

I am not crazy about how they do their billing at Willow Park. I have had some issues with that. The administration just seems to need improvement there. Other than that things are going good so far.

The staff has been exceptional towards my family and most importantly my father. As my father has no immediate family living in Florida the administration there has provided necessary accommodations to make him comfortable until we can visit and fulfill our responsibilities. They are truly working "from the heart" to make him accepted and happy. His greatest hidden concerns were to have assistance with personal hygiene and daily dressing. They have provided him with comfort and compassion. There is not one person on staff that I would replace. Everyone of them have surpassed normal anticipation. Some have provided their own personal time and funding to assist in his startup needs and have refused reimbursement from my family. Unfortunately they are understaffed. However they are undertaking a campaign to hire additional personnel . The uniqueness of their floor plans which provide individual communities really makes it homelike or like having their own neighborhood. The meals have been better than average and plentiful. Parking for visitors is poor as availability is six parking spots.

It really was pretty great. They were really welcoming. The only problem was with the toilet backing up, and I didn't think they cleaned it up very well, but it was just a one time thing and nothing has happened since, so it's better.

Mom hasn't been at Legacy at Bear Creek very long. In the time she has been here I would say they could definitely improve on the food. It doesn't even look. The snacks provided are not very healthy. I would like to see some fruit at least offered. The kitchen staff is very friendly friendly though. They deliver the food to moms room which I really appreciate.

They have been very inviting to the family. We have a large family and they have been warm to us. The dining room has been a very good experience, my mother enjoys it. The staff is pretty good at getting her involved. The place is tidy.

They have a very friendly staff; there have been a few frustrating issues but they've been able to be resolved.

In general I think they do a good job at Village Place Retirement. It is a clean, nice looking facility, and I like that it is all on one level. The staff here is friendly, and they do a good job looking out for the people who live here. They provide a few different levels of assistance, and my loved one is in their assisted living wing. I will say that I was a little disappointed that each section doesn't have a designated caregiver, they usually have to cover two or three areas which makes me worry a bit.

I am pleased with the food mother's getting .Very clean, well kept building and grounds. She is getting more attention than I expected.

I think so far things have gone well for my loved one at Standiford Place. It is a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the staff have been friendly and accommodating. It is primarily an independent living community, but they do have an on-site aide service you can hire, and they have been doing a good job seeing to my loved one's needs.

They have really great amenities and wonderful staff at Sunshine Villa. I have had a few small issues with their billing, but they have been able to get worked out ok. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would recommend them.

The managers at Fig Garden are very friendly and a part of the community. The staff also is really very exceptional. The food is great as well. If there is anything where they might could improve it would be to have a little more staff on hand. The staff they have are all great, but they do seem to be stretched thin. They do a great job with what they have though and overall it has really been a great experience.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The Pines of Newmarket is a very nice looking community! The facility is well kept and clean, the staff are friendly, and it seems like they have a lot to offer the people who live here.

However, they did not offer the level of care that we were searching for for our loved one, so it was not an option for us.

Overall I think things have gone well with Village Place Retirement. It's a nice looking, well kept facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. My loved one is enjoying himself and settling in well, and I would definitely recommend the place to others looking into senior living. My one suggestion would be that they could definitely work on making the move-in process smoother. I don't feel like the billing or medication services were explained well to me at all, it was somewhat of an ordeal.

More or less happy with Merrill Gardens, super clean, staff very friendly. They need to follow up with certain procedures such as assisting with bathing and objectives in general. The food is good and my mom seems happy. The facility is very clean and I would recommend them.
