Lane Park is clean. The rooms are arranged where it's convenient for the patients & visitors. And comfortable to play cards, etc. I have no complaints

I fell in love when I walked through the community. I said this is the place for my mom. The people are fantastic when meeting them. At this point, it has been a very good experience for my mom. She loves the community. I like how they make good meals, plan enjoyable activities during the day, and I see how much the staff care for the residents. It is definitely always clean too. I appreciate A Place For Mom for helping me, I recommend them to everyone who are in need.

Of the facilities I have visited, this is the most favorable at this time. [Removed] was point on, the location is great for me, the grounds and facility were clean, staff nice and the residents we saw were very happy. We left feeling like we know the ins and outs and were very satisfied.

My dad is at the Peninsula. I like how everyone on the staff knows the names of the residents. My dad loves the place. He feels at home. I appreciate the level of care from everyone at The Peninsula. It's like living in a 4 star hotel. Keep up the good work!

I like the care at this community. The staff is friendly. I wish that they would communicate with me on her progress. My mom really does like the meals. A clean community and they do offer a lot of good activities to help her stay involved. I would recommend this community to other families for care.

I liked this community when I had my tour. The staff were good to meet and helped us look around the community. They answered our questions and knew what they offered. It was a one level community but overall it was not in a good location for us. The A Place For Mom Information was helpful to have when touring.

My father in law is doing well since his move to this community. We have been very pleased for the most part with all they have done for us. The only issue I have had, is I wish they would inform us when the doctor visits with him, and what he says. Other than that. they have a nice staff. He is being provided with good care. It is a nice, well maintained community. The residents like him, and he seems to like them. We have already recommended this community to our friends and family. It is a nice community.

Parents have been here for over three years. Minimal complaints, lots of compliments. Let's get the negative out of the way. Parking is inadequate. Moderate staff turnover can be difficult on this population. **Annual price increases are too high, even for the high level of services provided. Food is above average in quality and variety. Beautifully manicured landscape, centrally located to shopping, medical care, and uptown. Pets are welcome to visit or for a fee, to stay. Active resident council. Wide variety of activities offered from Wii tennis and bowling to Bridge and Tai Chi to performances from various community groups. Holidays are celebrated with the glamor of New York City and families are invited to attend almost all events from picnics to German Polka bands, to a cappella groups. Valiant efforts are made to contain the inevitable viral outbreaks within the facility. Wish they had room to offer all levels of care instead of just independent and assisted living.

We were able to take a tour of the community. It was okay. The staff were out and doing things with the residents. Also the person that took us on the tour was helpful and accommodating. The community was just to far from us.

My mother is doing very well, and I could be happier with her move to this community. They have lovely staff, they are very responsive and helpful. The community is very well maintained, they a very good job with the cleanliness. Surprisingly she is very pleased with the meals. I know she is receiving good care, and is in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend it has worked out very well for us here.

The staff is good, they have been helpful and kind. They have activities available for the residents. They serve home cooked meals, the food is really good. I know she is being cared for well here, and I would recommend it.

This community is nice and it is kept clean and neat. The staff when I took my tour was great about answering all questions that I had. The community was well maintained and kept clean from what I can see. This just was not a good fit for my loved one.

Many of my family members toured the facility and were very pleased with everything we seen. We didn't see any of the residents engaged other than watching TV and sitting around the Dining table ready for another activity. We must have came to the facility between activities. We did notice that the furniture was old. Otherwise, we were all impressed with the work the staff does with the residents.

This is a nice community. We are happy with this community. She is happy with the food and the variety. There are activities available to her. I would recommend this community for families wanting good care for the value.

The community was very clean and well kept. The staff that took me on tour was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. We had the opportunity to try the food and it was really good. We were invited back to partake in one of the evening activities which was amazing. They provided a big band and had a special dance.

My mom was staying at this community and during her stay she was very happy with the food. The staff who cared for her are caring and attentive. Gene was so wonderful helping me out with anything I needed. My mom did not participate in activities but she did like to walk downstairs to watch T.V. The community is also well maintained. With the only exception of missing briefs, i am happy with the care that was provided for my mom.

We met with Mike and were advised that their facility isn't within our budget, so we didn't end up touring. Their common area was very nice and Mike was gracious to me and my brother, even though they were far higher than my dad's budget will allow.

My step father is doing well at this community. He has adjusted well to it and seems to like it here. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. Overall this is a nice community and everything has worked out very well. I have had no problems with this community and I would recommend it.

I like it a lot. The food is good, but it's not always good. So the food would probably be about a 3. Everyone seems very friendly and cordial. I would recommend this place to a friend.

My mom is here, the people are nice ... there was a issues in the beginning however, things are panning out now.
