Enjoy lots of staff especially nursing. The building is always clean, I do get to request food and they check if I like the food. I enjoys the crafts and enjoy having the puzzle table. The events are always nice and fun even if the food is from another country. They do great with decorating for the events and even the holiday!!!!!!! They try to keep the building very friendly and family orientated……

The staff knows how to care for their people. I was a nurse for years and did all of this back when I made rounds. You can tell that they really care about the people here. The staff makes the patients here feel safe. I don’t need very much help but the others they need the help.

I have my own room with microwave, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, and large TV and internet connection. I have a pager I carry to use if I need help. Meals are served at 7am- 11am and a 4pm in a common dining room and this gives me a chance to meet other residents. I enjoy the bingo with other on Monday and Fridays, the monthly special dinners, the special entrainments events and they daily chances to talk with others.

They are very happy here and love the staff!

The employees have treated me very good. The food is satisfactory. The housekeeping is very good. Thankful that my husband and I can be here together.

Staff is usually friendly. Meals are normally pretty good. Could use more staff at times.

Meals are great. Cleanliness is acceptable. Staff is friendly. The only complaint is that sometimes overworked staff has a problem getting to the resident in a timely manner.

Generally good facility. I would recommend. They treat everyone pretty well. No complaints from me. I really enjoy the dinner clubs they have monthly and I go on a few of the outings as well! Overall I would give a B+.

My mom has been in this community for over six months. It's not perfect but what place is. I can tell you my mom is a person that's very hard to please yet this place has really earned her appreciation in most aspects. It starts from the top, the director and the marketing specialist are always buzzing around, are involved and attentive to detail. They set the high bar for the community. Whenever there's an event, you will see them greeting everyone but also serving food or drinks and speaking to the residents and their visitors. The nursing director makes sure that the caregivers and medtechs put safety and comfort of each and every resident. She is kind and concerned and always willing to help. The caregivers are young, motivated people that have been screened well in hiring. There is some turnover, but it's not great. The food is pretty good with many choices that she can chew easily. Overall, this place is a very good caring community. We consider ourselves blessed to be here!

The location is wonderful and the views of Fort Lauderdale are amazing. The apartments are spacious. The staff is very helpful and patient with their residents. Also the food is tasty and I like they offer additional options if the set menu for lunch and dinner is not something the resident would like to eat. Yes I would and have recommended the community to others

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and yes we would recommend Brookstone of Aledo to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is friendly and work with the residents. Food is good and plentiful along with snacks. I liked that they had a thanksgiving buffet a couple weeks ahead of the holiday, although seating was limited our 4 sons were able to have thanksgiving with their mother. They have plenty of activities for the residents. Take away is a lack of away the residents can call for assistance. There is an emergency pull cord in the bathroom should the resident need help

Love it here. Food is great and everyone is very friendly. Very friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

I am happy with Esplanade and I'm grateful you told me about it. The staff is very caring and will always help each other. The activities are good. Unfortunately my husband is not at this point into most. But he is new to the place His room is a good size and the whole facility is kept very clean. The food is good and you are given a choice between two meals. They care about eating healthy

Loved the sales process with [name removed]. She gave both [name removed]and I confidence in the community and responded very quickly to questions asked even after the lease was signed. This process requires compassion and she was very authentic. For the living situation, I sometimes am not sure who I need to talk to about what but the staff is always patient and kind in responding. I really like [name removed] caregiver, [name removed].

Some very friendly people, nice location. Clean and well maintained. Nice natural walking path around the building that seems safe for elderly. Excellent gym and chair program. Underwhelmed with the food.

Staff were caring and supportive to both Mom and myself. Room kept clean and laundry done weekly. Plenty of different activities to choose from. Food, not, sure. Mom said the fruit and vegetables were not as fresh as she was used to.
