I like that this community is caring. The community staff are outstanding with a healthy meals that are servied. They do offer her activities and I like that the staff try and assist her with the small acitivites. I recommend this community for excellent care and a good value to other families.

This is a very nice community, and my father is doing very well since his move here. Everything is working out very well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. He is safe, and being cared for well at this community. I have no complaints about this community. All is well so far, and I would recommend this facility.

Best place, being like my own home. Can't really complain about anything

I have lived here for 9 months. I came on my own and have never regretted it. I am content here with the service I get. I think this is the right place to be if you can't stay at home

The staff is very helpful at Assisted Living at The Meadowlands. They offer an activities calendar so she knows what going on. They offer a happy hour with live music. She thinks the food states okay and they accommodate her preferences. We chose to move my Aunt here because she was alone and wanted more interaction, she seems to be much happier.

My father-in-law is getting care that is good and he lives in a community that is clean all the time. He has options for his meal that taste good to him. They do plan activities but he has made friends instead. It has been good for him so far.

Everyone (staff & other residents) are just like family. Meals are just like home cooking. Activities are for older people. The time of activities are at times that are achieved at the time that are appropriate for us. Well, lets say this facility is just great

I like the care that is received from this community. The staff really show that they care about all of the residents.s The community is clean and maintained. The menu is very good. They do offer activities for the residents. We would recommend this community to other families for the great care and the value that is received from this wonderful community.

Brookdale offers a lot of activities and my uncle seems to be enjoying most of them. They have a swimming pool and many other amenities. The food is good and they offer a good selection. The community is clean and well taken care of. The staff are good and this is a nice friendly place. I have already recommended it.

My tour of the facility with Howard was wonderful. He took his time and I given that our appointment was at 4pm I did not feel as though I was being rushed out the door so he could go home at a normal time. He gave me a tour of the facility, we even took the time to talk with residents that I felt was not pre-planned. The facility was spotless. He was upfront with availability and regards to dietary restrictions. He gave me additional information I had not thought of in order for me to search other facilities. I mentioned he was my first stop and he full heartedly agreed that I should visit other facilities as well. He was very thorough with answering my questions along the way and at the end of the tour sat down with me to discuss options available for my father.

My father is doing very well at the Villas at St. James. We really like the community and are very appreciative to A Place For Mom for helping us find it, it has been a good for for him and the staff are taking good care of him....

I touched this community. It was very beautiful and the staff was nice The community smelt really good and the activities were wonderful. We were needing a community closer to home, but this is a place family would enjoy for there loved one to received great care.

My mother is doing great and has settled in very well into this community. They have many activities and they do a very good job of encouraging her to go. I like that the place is all one level, and there are no stairs or elevators. The staff is all very attentive and the food served it is great. The place is $2000 less a month than other places we were looking at, I am very happy with our decision to chose this one.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting in this community. The staff is outstanding. The community is always clean and she is very happy with the meals. We like the activities for her. We would recommend the care of this community to other families.

Felt more like living at home vs living in a hospial

The staff is doing a good job with mom. For someone that is 97 to like the place says a lot. She has started getting involved with some of the activities. Whenever mom needs something she rings the bell and they come promptly. The meals are super and the dining room is nice. Mom really likes the community because it is in the same community that she has lived in. Also she already has friends form the parish there. She enjoys when the Deacon comes in for communion.

The Atria MerryWood has been amazing. I cannot think of anything bad about this place. The staff is wonderful, they are very friendly. The community allows pets so my mother was able to take her dog which made her happy. The overall look of the community is beautiful. The inside and outside are maintained very well, there are always new flowers being planted outside of the buildings. My mother is staying in a large studio apartment with a walk in closet, she is very happy. The neighbors are very nice she is making a lot of new friends. They even have physical therapy on site. I am very content with our decision to choose this place.

Lovely, lovely place. My tour guide Carol was so friendly. She was so respectful of the "neighbors" in the facility.

I was able to go on a tour here and i fell in love with this place. The staff was helpful and very nice. They answered all my questions and showed me everything. I would have loved to send my loved one here, but the price is really expensive. However, it is well worth it. I would recommend them to others.
