My husband and I have researched many Assisted Living Communities in the St. Louis / O'Fallon Missouri area. We cannot express enough how thrilled we are with The Assisted Living At The Meadowlands in O'Fallon, MO. From the day we moved my mother-in-law into The Meadowlands, every staff member has known her name as well as mine and my husband's name. The staff knew details about my mother-in-laws life. They are extremely helpful and patient with her in dealing with the early Alzheimer's. The activities are daily with a variety of options for the residents. All residents that we have talked to love the facility. We could not be happier. My mother-in-law stated that she has not slept so peacefully in a very long time. She absolutely loves it there. The staff have been wonderful from the Director and Marketing Director down to the staff in the dinning room. Speaking of which, the dinning room is open from 7am until 7pm which was a big selling point. The residents can eat anytime they are hungry, not just set hours. The dinning staff keeps track of when the residents eat and if they see they have only eaten once in the day, they will go knock on the resident's door to see if they would like to eat prior to closing at 7pm. The attention to the residents is wonderful.

My sister and I liked this one best. The price was lower for the same services. The residents seemed happier and friendlier; some were taking an exercise class. People have said the food is good. They have a large enclosed courtyard in the center with a large fireplace and gazebo. The rooms have enough space and look clean and do not smell. They even have a movie room with large easy chairs for the viewers and a popcorn machine. Their public and private rooms are light and airy with large baths with walk-in showers and adjustable heighth hand showers.

Nothing but high regards for Villas at St. James. The food is great. The cleanliness is great. The staff are very professional and caring. There is nothing they could improve upon to get any better than what they are. This facility is an A+. We are extremely pleased with everything here for my brother-in-law.

The whole staff was very welcoming at The Villas of Holly Brook. They make a point to check on the residents at least four times a day. The food is really good there too. It has been an all around good experience at this facility.

Everything went really smoothly. It just happened that they had a room available and we got a lot of positive feedback from other places about Claremont place. Overall it was a good experience and they answered all our questions and are very helpful and know what they are doing.

We have had a very positive experience with Villas of Holly Brook. The management and all their staff are all very nice. The food is very good too. And the facility itself is really nice.

My mom lived here a few years ago when she thought she was ready. They were great! It was just drop dead gorgeous. A fabulous place, it was big and easy to get around. It's one of the best places in the area, I looked around at about 15 different places.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. Atria Merrywood seemed like a very nice place, overall! The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed friendly and helpful.

It was a nice looking, clean community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. Unfortunately when we toured they did not have any openings, and the wait list was around 6 months. It was a very nice looking place, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Our experience with Emerald Bay Retirement Living has been a good one so far! It's a nice looking place, and the staff are all very friendly and very attentive to the needs of the residents! I've also heard they do a good job with the food, I've had multiple different relatives eat there with her, and they all seemed to like it!

Claremont Place has been wonderful. They have been caring and attentive to Mom, and have been very helpful to us. The staff and the residents have all gone out of their way to welcome us all into the community. It's been a difficult process, but the community has been great at helping us negotiate every step along the way. The cost will vary between 3 and 4,000 per month, depending on her needs. The block below didn't let me put in a variable amount.

Impressed with this location as an independent living option. When we look for such a facility for ourselves, it will be high on the list.

They are very nice, they are very good and have lots of help. They do a very good job. They do have a lot of things going on. The food is okay. They were one of the most competitively priced places. The memory care area was a lot larger than the others that had maybe a hallway dedicated to memory. I just can't say enough nice about the place, everyone knows who he is and they can tell us how he's doing. The assisted living side has a dining room where we can order anytime, and we can take him out of the memory care and eat with him, and he gets a change of scenery. Even the memory care dining room is set up like a diner so he can sit at the counter and eat.

Great tour, she took us at 10:30 but didn't have us down for a tour. Nice Place Thanks Pat

We're very very impressed by what we've seen at Atria MerryWood! The personnel, the programs, the amenities, and the facility itself are all wonderful! The meal plan is great, and they've been nothing but accommodating in working with us. We took our loved one to tour a few that we selected, and she signed up on the spot after seeing this place! She's even got a few friends planning to take a look at it after hearing all the good things she had to say. We'd definitely recommend it to others!

They were very professional. Our stay was very short, but they were really good. MerryWood was wonderful they were very accommodating, and they helped us get furniture for our loved one. We liked how active and social they were, kind of like resort living, with assistance. They really were very sweet and just a great group of people.

Living there now, no memory care.

Our loved one stayed at this facility for a time, until her care needs necessitated a move elsewhere. This is a lovely, albeit expensive, community for those with few care needs. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and the residents here seemed very content. We transferred our loved one here from an out of state Atria facility, and they were very helpful during the transfer and really made that whole process very easy for us, which was a big benefit.

I liked this place. I had sung at this place with a friend for there Sunday Church. I had not seen Memory care before. I was impressed. One fee, no additions except for incontinence.
