We recently place mom in the care of The Peninsula. Mom was in very poor health and passed away quickly. I would like to express our gratitude to the staff of The Peninsula for the excellent care, kind help and quality attention they gave my mom. In particular, we thank [names removed] for all the extra services they provided. We recommend The Peninsula to anyone looking to enhance the living environment of their family members in need.

Finding a good place for an aging parent can be a very challenging experience. From our first exploratory visit our experience with my 85 year old mom at Pine Grove Crossing was great. They welcomed her into their community with open arms and she was able to make friends quickly with other residents and the staff. Her apartment was new when she moved in and always kept meticulously clean. The staff were always friendly and very welcoming to Mom, and as her needs grew, they checked in frequently to make sure she was okay, The ywere also exceptionally good at communicating with me and my sister all that was going on that concerned Mom. If you are looking for a place that will partner with you and help you care well for your aging parent, I highly recommend Pine Grove Crosssing. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Was on waitlist...cancelled re Mom's now on hospice and I now want a smaller place for mom now that she is clearly at end of life phase. Cypress Place is lovely and feels good to me. I toured 14 places before settling on my top choices. Cypress Place was one of them. Other than mom now needing a different type of care (she's very shy and very internalizes now as a result of entering into the dying phase, I would definitely have considered this place for mom. I will consider it in the future when my in-laws need assisted living. Recommend you tour it.

[Name removed] was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the process of transitioning my mother to a new way of life, and very hands on. also helped with questions on funding the cost, and is always there for questions or concerns.

Symphony is the Ritz Carlton of. assisted living facilities, it’s also pricing that way! My parents are very happy there and luckily they have long term insurance that cover 95% of the bill. Great care and great staff especially [Name removed] in sales in Boca Raton location, she is the best!!!!!

Our third place this year; this one's a keeper!

The residents at Merrywood are friendly, outgoing and very interesting. There is much lively conversation at meal times! Staff members are always outgoing and positive. There is a lot of laughter! We're called by name frequently. I stay very busy with the numerous activities-exercise class, art, crafts, movies, musical programs, book club, etc. When I need a hair cut, I need only to call upstairs and make an appointment...never leaving the building. I particularly enjoy the various outings and trips to special programs! I could not be happier!

Where do you begin with how amazing the Glenwood is? There are so many amenities for such a small town. The towns people come in and visit and the place is alive. Activities are just as enjoyable as meal times. It’s like a visit to grandmas house. Everyone visiting and laughing. Really enjoyed taking our youth group there.

A beautiful place with Memory Care available. Great location. The only drawback was it didn’t fit our budget.

We had a wonderful tour of Brookdale Cumberland with [Name removed]. She explained everything to us. We immediately put my Parents name on their waiting list. I know my Mom & Dad would love this place.

I did the tour and it is a really nice and clean place. I liked that it was secluded and bright and when you look out of any window you see trees/nature.

This facility appears nice, very clean, modern, bright open areas to relax. Administrator, marketing director and staff were professional, yet friendly and sincere. I would recommend taking a tour of this facility if you are looking for an assisted living place for a loved one.

I absolutely loved this place. It is definitely on "The List" of possibilities. The place immaculate, didn't smell, and very cozy. I like the fact the food is made from scratch. I also like that they can do some testing, i.e. for UTIs without having to take the person to the hospital. The number of personnel for site is really good.

The Country House is excellent. The care and personalization the staff gives to the residents is exceptional. The community itself may not be the fanciest, but it is clean, neat, and safe. It is set in lovely, country surroundings, but it is still very close to shopping and other conveniences. The community is not overwhelmingly large, and I like that the staff check up on my loved one often. Meals here are fine, and with their good portion sizes and flexibility, my loved one is eating much better than he was. He is very happy here. I couldn't think of a better place than Country House, and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

My Father-in-law is very happy here, everything is on point. The medication management, the food, the cleanliness, all of it is immaculate. The staff interacts with him fantastically and you can tell that they are who they are; they aren’t putting on a facade. They seem to be great at working with the elderly and with people with dementia. Even the cleaning girls are wonderful. You can just tell that everyone is helpful. I’ve found that what I’m paying for here is more so the staff in addition to the accommodations. They’re proactive in interacting with the residents as well. They’ve even come to my Father-in-law’s apartment to make sure he’s interacting with everyone and getting the socialization he needs. It’s a very fraternity type of environment, everyone is always coming and going and I’ve never seen anyone just sitting there in atrophy. They also allow pets so you can see people outside all the time walking their dogs. They always have croissants out with coffee and there’s a place where you can sit and visit with family. They had a residents meeting recently where they invited the families so they could talk about what the residents want with their food and things like that, so you can tell there is an ear to the ground to make sure everyone is getting what they need. If you can afford this place, it’s really top notch.
