I did the tour and it is a really nice and clean place. I liked that it was secluded and bright and when you look out of any window you see trees/nature.

This facility appears nice, very clean, modern, bright open areas to relax. Administrator, marketing director and staff were professional, yet friendly and sincere. I would recommend taking a tour of this facility if you are looking for an assisted living place for a loved one.

I absolutely loved this place. It is definitely on "The List" of possibilities. The place immaculate, didn't smell, and very cozy. I like the fact the food is made from scratch. I also like that they can do some testing, i.e. for UTIs without having to take the person to the hospital. The number of personnel for site is really good.

The Country House is excellent. The care and personalization the staff gives to the residents is exceptional. The community itself may not be the fanciest, but it is clean, neat, and safe. It is set in lovely, country surroundings, but it is still very close to shopping and other conveniences. The community is not overwhelmingly large, and I like that the staff check up on my loved one often. Meals here are fine, and with their good portion sizes and flexibility, my loved one is eating much better than he was. He is very happy here. I couldn't think of a better place than Country House, and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

My Father-in-law is very happy here, everything is on point. The medication management, the food, the cleanliness, all of it is immaculate. The staff interacts with him fantastically and you can tell that they are who they are; they aren’t putting on a facade. They seem to be great at working with the elderly and with people with dementia. Even the cleaning girls are wonderful. You can just tell that everyone is helpful. I’ve found that what I’m paying for here is more so the staff in addition to the accommodations. They’re proactive in interacting with the residents as well. They’ve even come to my Father-in-law’s apartment to make sure he’s interacting with everyone and getting the socialization he needs. It’s a very fraternity type of environment, everyone is always coming and going and I’ve never seen anyone just sitting there in atrophy. They also allow pets so you can see people outside all the time walking their dogs. They always have croissants out with coffee and there’s a place where you can sit and visit with family. They had a residents meeting recently where they invited the families so they could talk about what the residents want with their food and things like that, so you can tell there is an ear to the ground to make sure everyone is getting what they need. If you can afford this place, it’s really top notch.

My brother-in-law is here currently and everything has been great so far. The staff has been very, very good and the facility is clean. Everyone really has been very wonderful. They don’t have cable in the rooms, though, which I thought they would considering the price that we pay. The food is really good, according to my brother-in-law, and the other residents seem to be getting along with him pretty well. We chose this community mainly for the cleanliness but the outside landscaping is so pretty. The people are very nice as well and I would recommend them to others.

Very nice place. This is now at the top of my list, I can see my Mom living here.

I really like living here, my apt is nice, the staff are friendly and there are a lot of different things to do, the grounds are beautiful. The community is safe, nice and clean and I like joining the other residents in the dining room the menu's not bad there are a lot of choices to choose from. I would definity recommend coming and taking a tour here.

The care at this community is really good for my mom. The community is very clean and has a nice enviroment for my mom to live in. We have had meals together and the food is very good and she seems to be happy with the variety. They offer a lot of activities that she is participating in. We would recommend the good care of this community to other families.

This by far the nicest, most caring assisted living facility in Ventura. My mother-in-law and father-in-law went to this facility. The staff are top notch and the facility itself is lovely - feels as close to a home as possible. Bring your parents here - you will be glad that you did.

We found the process of interviewing and getting questions answered honestly and clearly very gratifying. The manager and head of nursing services sat with us at lunch and explained the schedule of activities, the expectations for residents, and the nursing and aide coverage very clearly. Mom was impressed with the care and concern shown by all the staff. We're relieved to have Mom so well taken care of.

The building looks like a home from the outside the landscaping is lovely and inside is very well decorated. The furniture in the common area is comfortable and the dining room is beautifully decorated. My dad keeps quite busy with the activities they offer and he is enjoying the food. The staff is very good here very friendly, and kind.

I like living in this nice community. The staff here are attentive and friendly. I do enjoy the environment and the meals are healthy and a good variety. They have a lot of activities that are offered for the residents. I would recommend this community for the good care and value for others.

The staff is excellent and will help with anything they can. The food for the most part is good. The community is spotless and the grounds are well maintained. They do offer some nice amenities. The cost is all inclusive and I think this is a good place to retire. I would recommend this community.

Staff is great, always friendly and helpful. I am very happy my father choose Claremont Pace for them. Smaller community then others we toured, feel it is a better fit for my stepmother that has onset dementia. The fact that it is an age in place and has a memory care wing helped in the decision. Very convenient for family to visit, near the freeway, near downtown Claremont with restaurants, shopping and a movie theater for outings. The only area I think they could do better is providing more activities to engage the residents.

This place is beautiful! They've renovated nearly the entire building and the residents there seem to really like it. It's very different than a year ago. The new memory care area is really decorated nicely, very beachy and soothing. They did a great job! I'd recommend taking a look here. Everyone is very friendly and offers to help.

I have no complaints at all. The staff is personable, friendly and caring. They treat their residents with dignity and love. I have never seen one negative remark from anyone. All the staff members speak and smile upon entrance to the facility. I need to stop eating at the Villa as I enjoy the food but am gaining weight! The food is very good, hot and tasty. Seasoned very well for senior people. The meats are not over cooked but very tender for the ones with denture problems.

The care at this community is wonderful. We like the staff who are always caring and keep me informed on her progress. The community is clean and always taken care of . We like the good quality of the meals that are available. We like knowing that she has participates with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for the good care and value for a loved one.

We were very happy with the care that we received here at this community. We liked how the staff went out of there way to make sure that she was cared for. The community was clean and it was a nice environment for her. The menu was appealing and she seems pleased to be here. We would highly recommend this community to other families for great care

I have no complaints so far about Claremont Place! The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and receptive to my loved one's needs. So far, my loved one is very happy with the care she is receiving from Claremont Place!
