My mother has been at Holly Brook about 18 months. The mgmt and staff have been excellent. Everyone there has been caring and friendly. The only complaint would be the food. We realize you can't cook and make 50 people happy.

All staff is excellent

My mom says she has everything she needs. She has meds 3 times a day, they do her laundry, clean her apt, and she enjoys exercise in the morning and a craft in the afternoon.

5s across the board. They are great to work with and based on the experience we have had with would recommend Chapel Hill Senior Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The apartment's are quaint and cozy, and the overall facility is always very clean. Additionally, they have a wonderful Courtyard area, and have lovely outside patio areas for residents to enjoy. Also, they conveniently offer hair and nail salon services for the residents, as well as, lots of activities like, playing bingo, card games, working puzzles, listening to music, watching movies, and going on outings for shopping, dinner or lunch!

Very happy with the community. They have been helpful at making a transition for my dad. It allows independence but the comfort of knowing someone is close by if he needs anything.

We are very happy with the Esplanade! Staff are friendly, our mother in law is more content than she has been in years (even thought she is deteriorating) place is clean, food is good, they are always doing something when we show up. It's expensive but thankfully we are able to afford - I feel bad for those who are not.

Since day 1 we have been very pleased with the Villas at St. James. Everyone is so kind, caring and patient. Mom is very happy living there. There are many activities for her to partake in if she wants. She really enjoys the entertainment opportunities and church services. We have not used the transportation service for local appointments, but knowing it is available is a plus. We know she is being well cared for and have absolutely no concerns. The staff is truly amazing!!

From day one, everyone at the Villas at St. James was friendly and helpful. Dad was fighting us a bit to stay in his house, but after a terrible fall it became necessary that he have more help. He has gotten the help he needs, yet retains his dignity and independence. He looks forward to staff from management to housekeeping coming to visit him at his "apartment". They always seem to be friendly and have a bit of time to talk. He occasionally complains about the food and then other times says it is good. He's gained some weight. He loves to go on field trips on their bus and visit with friends (old and new) on his porch. It's been a great experience for both of us.

My Mother said that it felt like home. She has been there since the end of Oct and she loves it! She loves the staff, and she loves the residents! She is very happy there!

My husband is taken care of, he is content, well fed, has a clean apartment, the whole facility is VERY clean. Every staff member is the most find and understanding.

Very happy with everything there! Lot of things to participate in. Food is delicious. Staff are excellent with mom and her children. We made an excellent choice with placing mom at The Atrium at Liberty Park.

Entree's could be a little tastier but many other options. Overall care cleanliness friendliness activities everything is good. Very expensive though not sure how long we can keep him there and what will come next. The facility is very helpful in explaining everything in detail and will meet with families and answer phone calls any time. The whole family is very satisfied with my dad's happiness there. He is 97 and has all of his faculties so if he's happy we are all happy. It truly is a great place.

My mom and I have been working with [name removed] for about a month now. He did our original tour and followed up and has been very attentive. During our tour he was very kind and caring. He understood our needs and made my mom laugh more than I had seen in a while. He visited her 2 different times while she was in rehab and made her move in as smooth as possible. Thank you!

We love love love Atrium! What has made it such a great experience so far for our family is definitely the staff. Based on the experience we would recommend this community to others and have already recommended them to other families.

I would say everyone is friendly and doing their best. The nurses are excellent . I would highly recommend it.

Welcoming and caring. Good food, good therapies, nice rooms, transportation and all kinds of activities and special occasions that include family members...and much more for our family resident who loves living there~ great find in SC! Just moved my Dad in recently. He has early dementia but his wife is in and out of the hospital a lot and he can’t be alone. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how much peace of mind we have knowing that he is there surrounded by such great people- staff and residents!!
