It's an excellent community that cares for my mom like family. The entire staff is professional and loving and committed to the residents. The nursing staff is exceptional. Given the level of service and care provided, the cost is reasonable and fair.

Very caring staff and helpful. They have a lot of fun activities too. I would definitely recommend them and already have to other people!

Sales staff was awesome! Any questions I had were answered. Provided me with assistance in getting mom's room set up.

Moving my husband here was the best decision! He’s doing so much better physically & mentally than he was in his previous facility. The care he has received at Holly Brook has been exceptional! Every single person, from the Director, PT/OT/Nurses, staff, cooks, to the house keeping staff, have been so kind, caring and supportive. I feel like they ALL go above & beyond their job descriptions to make sure the residents are happy and taken care of. The food has been delicious, with a wide variety of menus. The building is beautifully decorated and kept spotless. I love how many activities they plan, and how they encourage residents to participate. We’ve really enjoyed the live music each week, featuring the best local artists. I was heartbroken that my husband wasn’t well enough to come home when he got out of the hospital, but our experience at Holly Brook has been wonderful. I’m so glad we made the choice for Holly Brook to be our home away from home!

The experience at Peninsula was awesome. Our family felt welcomed and believe this would be a great community for our loved one. We are truly impressed and [name removed] is the consummate professional.

The facility is very clean and smells great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villas of Holly Brook Herrin to others looking for assisted living.

Staff are attentive and friendly. Housekeeping staff are great. Mom's apartment is cleaned once a week, sheets are changed once a week or every 2 weeks... residents choice. We had a couple of move in issues, but communication was excellent and they took care of the problems quickly. The meals are very good and the choices are multiple and varied for all dietary issues. They have Happy hour every week with live entertainment and appetizers. I would definitely recommend. The grounds and common areas are well kept and lovely.

I have referred several people there. They did a great job with my dad. The overall facility, close to family, clean and staff was amazing. It was the Hilton of homes.

I would have to say they are top notch. They truly care about the residents and families. I love that they post activities on Facebook and if you can't get there they will send you pictures. My Mom has really turned the corner since she got there. It took her about a month to adjust. The residents seem to care about each other as well. I heard great things about this place and love the location. Set back off any major roads. Very clean. All the employees seem to participate in activities. The cost is high for me but the rest is amazing

The entire staff is courteous and helpful, housekeeping is top notch, always personable with the residents. Everything is always clean, I have yet to have an issue. The move in was seamless, no issues and everyone was helpful. Good quality meals, but my mom has dietary issues so it's gonna be a little tough. I would definitely recommend The Meridian at Brandon to others.

The staff was attentive and mind of my grandma as a new resident. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I witnessed my grandmother rave about the meals served and the engaging activities. It's clear she is in great hands.

The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. They all greet you when you are walking around the facility. The housekeeping is very good. My father has his apartment cleaned once a week and it always looks clean. Communication with us has been fine- if there is an issue they have reached out. The move was very easy- we had new furniture delivered to my dad's new apartment. We assembled the furniture for him. The meals are well made and delicious-they have a chef and the food has always been good when I have eaten there. My father likes the food very much. I can't say enough how highly I recommend The Meridian at Brandon!!! I looked at six facilities and this one was by far the best, most elegant of all. Price, cleanliness, helpful staff, food, décor, everything! [Name removed], the sales manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is such a wonderful and lovely woman and was so helpful to me and my father. My father has mentioned many times to my brothers and me how happy he is and how he is grateful to have moved into The Meridian.
