Overall staff is engaged and responsive to mothers needs. Always willing to address any questions/concerns I might have.

I am very involved in the resident council for the community. The staff is attentive & listens to our concerns.

The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting has been a great experience for my family, and ultimately our mother, who just moved in 3 weeks ago. The support they've provided with such a huge transition has been amazing. The entire staff that we've had the chance to interact with have been wonderful. We're excited for the future and all that The Pinnacle has to offer.

My mom just moved in about 3 months ago. Everyone is so understanding as it took a village to convince my mom to move from a home she’s lived in for 40+ years. The transition has been flawless. We are grateful for the staff at The Meridian!

We toured the community looking for a place for my parents. It was very vivacious. The residents were doing activities. We were there during happy hour. They were serving shrimp ceviche and potato pancakes. The rooms are spacious. We are moving my parents in this month. The whole team is very friendly

Since my stepmother entered Esplanade at Woodmere, I have been able to breathe easier, knowing she has daily care, social experiences, a safe place to live, and a caring staff that stay in touch about her needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are an amazing facility, and really go above and beyond for their residents. The staff is very compassionate, and genuinely cares. If you want to make sure your loved one is taken care of.. send them here

I am not currently a resident of Brookstone. I hope someday to be one. I know from personal experience that they treated me, a non resident, as if I was one. I can not imagine going through my and my husband 's health problems without the help of Brookstone employees. When I first got out of the hospital, they brought me meals so I would be able to stay in my home. I was in contact with them weekly. Checking on my health. Making sure I was ok on my own. My husband is now in a nursing home. Without their knowledge on the paperwork I would need to apply for financial aid. I would have been lost. One day I hope to become a resident at Brookstone. I have been to Brookstone several times visiting residents. It has always been clean and well maintained. The residents and employees that I personally interacted with was always cheerful. We are blessed to have such a wonderful facility in our area.

The staff is wonderful. Brookstone offers lots of activities for their residents. And they welcome the families of the residents to join in on the fun and/or join them for dinner. The food is delicious, too. Highly recommend for seniors who need some assistance, but can still be independent.

The staff is responsive and I feel welcomed and appreciated when I go to visit or pick up my mother-in-law. Everyone knows her name and they are extremely helpful in having her ready for outings or doctor appointments--That is a big help to a working person-me! I also greatly appreciate when they let me know if toiletries or clothes are needed. The only thing I wish is for more staff to take her out to the garden, on more outings and more staff at the front desk at night and on the weekends.

My father was adamant about not going to an assisted living facility, but within one month of residing at Brookstone, he completely changed his mind. He loved everything about it! Most importantly, he said he felt safe there. He continually praised the staff and the food and he loved his room. I recommend Brookstone to anyone looking for an exceptional facility in which to place their loved one.

Our community members who have experienced Brookstone appreciate the thoughtful and loving approach of the staff towards the residents. They emphasize the cleanliness of the place and highlight the abundance of activities available, creating a true sense of home and safety for the elderly residents.

I appreciate the Staff at Brookstone. The facility is amazing but the Staff is where the real value is here. [name removed] goes above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. [name removed] always has a smile and cheery personality. [name removed] is the go to girl for any information you might need and she is awesome. [name removed] knows how to roll, and takes the residents on some amazing day trips. [name removed] and the dietary staff keep them well fed and so polite. There are so many great, caring people working at Brookstone, they are the magic. My Dad really appreciated the fact that he could walk to Walmart, McDonalds, Casey’s and even go fishing in the pond behind Brookstone. He loved watching the Sunset sitting in back in the pavilion. He sent me many pictures of the Sunset.

Mom lived alone in the country for 20 years since Dad passed away. It was where she wanted to be, but then age caught up to her. We talked to Brookstone about having Mom move there and we are so glad we did! The admitting process was thorough and straightforward. The people we dealt with were compassionate and honest with us and did everything in their power to make it a positive transition for all of us! Thank You!

Brookstone is a great place to live. My mom was very much opposed to leaving her house, but after visiting Brookstone, she decided to make the move. It is a wonderful community. You can receive all the assistance you need. You can also maintain your independence. It is a wonderful community to live in. The staff are amazing. The food is good and plentiful, the facility is welcoming and warm, and it is VERY clean.

My age 83 sister starting a fast decline in her cognitive abilities and kept ending up in emergency room constantly from anxiety. She lived alone, no other relatives, and 1500 miles from me. Her doctor decided she could no longer be left alone in her home. He was ready to admit her and thankfully Brookstone had an opening for assisted living. He admitted her on an emergency basis late on a Friday afternoon. Brookstone truly was a haven in the storm. Their staff went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of in that very difficult afternoon. This type of move usually takes days/weeks but they got it done! We were all so relieved to know she was safe. During her stay about, 18 months, she received excellent care and everyone made her feel as if she had a family to support her. My sister loved the food!! Everything that needed to be done and more more more was done and lasted until she was eventually transferred to a memory care facility. God Bless Brookstone!!

Our Mom moved in 5 months ago and absolutely loves living here. There is always fun things going on and different activities she enjoys doing with the new friends she has made here. The staff are so kind and friendly and everyone here has been so welcoming to her. They take such great care of their residents!

[name removed] met with my family in June. She was a wealth of knowledge and patiently responded to all our detailed questions on costs, medical and support care and social life. The tour was perfect and Brookstone of Aledo allowed is to chat with current residence on their experience. No detail was left out. Brookstone reaches out to our parents with meals as we await a room and begins the process of transition slowly. At this time my parents are waiting for a room but we look forward to that time.

The staff is very caring to their clients. Their clients appear to be happy and well cared for. They give back to their community with monthly events that are free to the community to enjoy and mingle with the residents. The food that they provide is healthy and delicious.
