I would have to say they are top notch. They truly care about the residents and families. I love that they post activities on Facebook and if you can't get there they will send you pictures. My Mom has really turned the corner since she got there. It took her about a month to adjust. The residents seem to care about each other as well. I heard great things about this place and love the location. Set back off any major roads. Very clean. All the employees seem to participate in activities. The cost is high for me but the rest is amazing

The entire staff is courteous and helpful, housekeeping is top notch, always personable with the residents. Everything is always clean, I have yet to have an issue. The move in was seamless, no issues and everyone was helpful. Good quality meals, but my mom has dietary issues so it's gonna be a little tough. I would definitely recommend The Meridian at Brandon to others.

The staff was attentive and mind of my grandma as a new resident. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I witnessed my grandmother rave about the meals served and the engaging activities. It's clear she is in great hands.

My experience with staff was remarkable. They assisted me and my mother with the utmost consideration, courtesy, above all customer service.

The staff displayed exceptional care and support they have provided patience, and kindness to my 87-year-old visually impaired grandmother and it has been remarkable. They all go above and beyond to ensure her safety, and level of care.

The staff and faculty at The Peninsula are very caring and responsive. They are taking great care of my Mom.

The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. They all greet you when you are walking around the facility. The housekeeping is very good. My father has his apartment cleaned once a week and it always looks clean. Communication with us has been fine- if there is an issue they have reached out. The move was very easy- we had new furniture delivered to my dad's new apartment. We assembled the furniture for him. The meals are well made and delicious-they have a chef and the food has always been good when I have eaten there. My father likes the food very much. I can't say enough how highly I recommend The Meridian at Brandon!!! I looked at six facilities and this one was by far the best, most elegant of all. Price, cleanliness, helpful staff, food, décor, everything! [Name removed], the sales manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is such a wonderful and lovely woman and was so helpful to me and my father. My father has mentioned many times to my brothers and me how happy he is and how he is grateful to have moved into The Meridian.

The staff is very helpful, the food is very good and the facilities are very comfortable. The residents are also very friendly. It may not be home, but I can't think of a better place to be at this point in my life.

My wife had family that lived at The Glenwood in Greenville, all of the staff were very friendly and truly went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The food was very well prepared and all of our questions answered very timely.

We are just starting the transition of a lifestyle change for a parent. The friendly staff has been so attentive. We are looking forward to care and support for my father. These are always emotional times, but we feel that this is right place for this stage of life.

This community was beautiful. They had tons of activities and amenities for residents and family members. Our brother lived there and enjoyed it very much and we know he enjoyed his time there. We have nothing bad to say about The Pinnacle.

I have heard so much about this senior living community so I decided to take a visit. I stopped in without notice and they were happy to have me and show me around. I probably should have called but there was no problem. The community was decorated for all the December holidays and they even had a Hanukkah celebration.

Gentry Park is awesome. I toured it with my mother and grandmother earlier this month and we can't stop talking about it. The food was delicious, the building was clean and smelled good, and the people seemed really happy and active. My grandmother was excited to see the amenities and the rooms we toured were very spacious. We think my grandmother will be moving in sometime in 2024.

My father moved in in September 2023 at the same time my mother moved in to Mt. St. [name removed]. Mom needed nursing care but dad only needed assisted living. Sadly, mom passed away in November. It has been really tough on dad. With her serious health troubles and passing, along with moving out of their home of 30+ years, it has caused some stress and confusion for my father. The people that work at Chapel Hill have been very kind and understanding, and have helped dad a lot. They check on him to remind him of meals if he doesn't show up. They have honored him as a veteran. They were kind and caring when mom passed. The office and management have been extremely responsive to our needs and any questions or requests we have had. They even expedited renovation of a room with a balcony for him at move in time. The accommodations are very nice and he enjoys the meals. He's making friends and settling in. He's happy there and we are as well. Thank you!

The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The dining areas looked very nice, and I saw a lot of activities going on while I was there! I like that they have a beautiful movie theater and a bistro where you can enjoy their delicious food.

Both of my parents are residents at Pinnacle, one in Assisted Living and one in Memory Care. I am EXTREMELY happy with the care both are receiving there. I live nearby and am able to stop in and visit almost everyday and there is always some fun activity going on and the staff are great. The building itself is beautiful but it is the staff that really makes it great. Families and friends are always welcome to visit, even the youngest ones. I am very happy my parents live at Pinnacle. now.

Majority of my interactions with team members has been clinical in nature. They are very focused on individual needs of each resident and develop care plans around those needs to ensure that the right care is in place at the right time. They respect the fact that each individual resident is unique and they develop care approaches that are most appropriate for the resident dependent on where they are in their journey.

My Mom moved to Pinnacle about two months ago. Her transition was such a seamless and positive experience. Surprisingly to me, she jumped right into the social opportunities including the fitness classes! She enjoys the food, coziness, and the convenience at Pinnacle of Plymouth Meeting. I also feel very comfortable visiting her and being a part of the community. Bernadette was so helpful in the decision process. She took the time to understand our needs and worked diligently to find us the best fit overall.

We toured this property and was asked to leave a review after our tour. It was beautiful and they had great programs and amenities for my mother. She is still looking at her options but I enjoyed this community and the food was top notch. I recommend this community to others looking for senior living.
