The sales team has been great to deal with and they made moving my brother in to their community so easy. Highly recommend The Meridian to all families looking for a community.

I have lived at The Meridian for 4 months now. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Everyone knows me by name. The dining staff know what I like to drink and bring it out when they see me sit down. The nursing staff is great. [name removed] the wellness coordinator goes above the call of duty. He has a great heart. The administrator comes by almost everyday to sit with me. We work out any issues there may be and its taken care of right away. The communication is great! I lived somewhere else and I moved because the communication was horrible. Im grateful I made the move and I am very happy

Pleasant people knowledgeable beautiful grounds and staff, reasonably priced. Have lived in other places and The Peninsula is by far the cleanest, honest, down to earth. {name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic!

All of the staff is readily able to talk to and assist. Much help from all of them from President on down. And nursing and staff is excellent. Love this whole place. Couldn't find better. So many activites.

I toured today looking for a place for my mom. What a warm feeling from the beginning. From the concierge to the housekeepers. Everyone stopped and introduced themselves. I met a few residents who seem happy and told me there has been some positive good change. They love the administrator. She met with us as well and is very knowledgeable and was very down to earth. We ended up putting a deposit before we left. Excited to see what else Meridian can do.

My father asked us to support his decision to move to Assisted Living and he has been VERY happy since being there. He loves the staff and the friendliness of the staff and the other residents. He wishes more of the male residents would join into the activities, but he does go and loves the activities that he participates in. I have found the staff to be friendly, approachable and helpful. The cleanliness rating part is my personal rating due to having joined him for a few lunch meals. I noticed the dining tables feeling sticky, in spite of looking clean. The structure, support and predictability has been wonderful for my dad, who has short term memory problems. I feel that him having access to support when he asks for it has been a big relief for him and for us as a family!

Navigating through placement options for a loved one is overwhelming. Claremont Place was exceptional with providing guidance and support through the entire process. The facility is welcoming and feels like a home. My parent moved into a studio apartment, which is nice and spacious. The park, garden and patio in the back of the facility are wonderful places to spend time. There are also areas indoors, such as the Bistro and Library, where you can spend time during visits. Each staff member that I have interacted with has been friendly, helpful and patient. I've observed their interactions with other residents and can see that they genuinely care for their well-being. Claremont Place excels in the area of communication. I receive mail, phone calls and emails regularly from staff members, as well as the on-site medical staff. The activities calendar is always packed with various events. The residents are kept busy during the days and have the opportunity to join clubs such as the Gardening Club and Walking Club. My favorite time to visit is during the Popcorn Social Hour. Choosing Claremont Place has proven, time and time again, to be the best decision for my parents. I would highly recommend Claremont Place for anyone looking for a home for your loved one.

We toured for our parents and loved the community. The resident's were very welcoming at the front entrance and the floor staff that took the time out of their day to show us around, knew her residents and the building well. We are hoping to move our parents in as soon as we work through a few more kinks.

My mother moved to Chapel Hill from another assisted living facility. It was a fast turnover, but thanks to the entire staff at Chapel Hill (administrative, medical, housekeeping and maintenance), it was seamless. Residents can easily get involved in their community, and the resident ambassador program is a big plus.

Ratings - 1,2,3,5,6,7 are all outstanding . Due to my stroke I need extra care, not just the usual assistance. I am being charged an additional [fee removed]. monthly, for extra care. However it is not being passed on to the employees. They are resentful due to the fact that they spend so much time with me and have other residents to help, with less work. I've been told more than once that I don't belong here but in a nursing home.. As in many places, they are short handed.. One aide has the entire floor.. My biggest complaint is trying to get someone to help me to use the bathroom. I've been told been told numerous times no one wants to help me because it's to difficult. My brother wanted to move me closer to him, 8 miles versus 40 to coral springs from north Miami. Others may not have that problem. All the other staff are great, friendly and courteous. Only the few aides spoil my residence here.

What a significant change! There is a new team in place who are amazing. My mom moved in during Covid and it was a tough time for sure. Everyone is so nice. My mom is so excited for the positive change. I am too the communication has improved a thousand percent.

For the two years that my Father has been a resident at this facility we have been hemorrhaging money, with no resolution in sight. But thanks to the concise and caring work of the business office director we were able to find the source of the problem, and rectify it. I have renewed faith that my dad is in a safe, healthy environment with compassionate, capable staff.

What we like the most about this community is the number of staff members they have to the amount of residents living there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend The Meridian at Brandon to other families.

My siblings and I moved our mom in here about 4 months ago. It was a tough decision to make as my mom lived with my father for 60+ years. ALL the staff at Meridian have made this already difficult and emotional decision very easy to navigate. The managers are very easy to access. The administrator is very involved. She has came to moms room almost everyday to make sure she is happy. She also sends out a weekly update of what's going on in the community which is a great idea. The communication is top knoch! Thank you everyone for loving my mom like I do.

They truly care about their residents. The food is wonderful. Our questions are always answered in a quick manner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have awesome activities for the residents too.

My parents have been at Cypress Place for about 14 months. They have meet some wonderful friends and enjoy the community at Cypress. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the planned activities are great. Food is always available and the dining room at dinner time is always full and vibrant. Cypress Place is happy and welcoming.

We moved mom into Cypress Place in Sept 2022 to be closer to my family. She lives in the Independent housing. Her one-bedroom is so cute nd absolutely perfect for her. It overlooks the garden/Koi pond and she loves it! The staff is exceptional- all lovely people!! The directors, concierge/front desk, the housekeepers, cooks, maintenance people and hair dresser treat my mom with such care and are so friendly! Mom get's OT and PT in her room 4x's a week too. She's doing so much better than when she lived by herself. It was the best decision to move her to Cypress Place :)

I can't speak to meals or activities since i dont participate, and my mother hasnt commented on them. Her room was a 4 out of 5 when we moved in. I found a peanut in the sink, and i suspect the cleaning crew didn't have time to clean it after the previous individual moved out. He had been using it temporarily while the carpet was replaced on his unit. The staff has been absolutely wonderful, and i think her nursing care is better than her previous location in MD. They are completely accessible to me and have supported her through what has been a difficult transition. I'm also pleased with the coaching I'm getting as I learn the new systems.

I walked into this facility with a negative attitude and came out in such a great mood it's beautiful. Everyone is so nice cheery. I had lunch there and the food is delicious. They have activities which I loved.

This is a very nice facility I toured and was very impressed. The people are very Helpful. Made me feel like family. All my questions were answered. Their food is very good. They have activities which is a plus. I left that facility very satisfied
