We can only give feedback on the overall experience, the cleanliness of the community and the staff. What really stood out to our family at first was the overall friendliness of the staff members.

[name removed] is amazing. I had a big challenge on my hands moving my dad from Chicago to Pembroke Pines and I needed all the help I could get. [name removed] was a great help to me every step of the way. She explain all the paper work and helped me make calls to ensure a smooth transition. My dad is so happy in his new home and I couldn't be happier to know he is under the same roof with such dedicated staff.

I would say that, I picked this community because of their programming and awareness of each individuals needs. I have not had any regrets at all that my daughters and I chose Atrium. We came very very close to choosing a different facility that was very nice and much closer to my home, but in the end it truly had to be about the programming and attention to details that Atrium had. And it turns out their food is awesome. I like good food, and have joined my wife for lunch and dinner many times, and I would have no problem eating their food all the time and enjoying it!

The staff especially [name removed], Director. {name removed], Business Office Manager and [name removed], Maintenance were OUTSTANDING. Wished my uncle could have lived there longer.He loved it there. At least the last two months of his life were spent very happy.We had a wonderful experience there. From beginning to the end.We would recommend The Meridian of Brandon to all our friends who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My wife, [name removed], and I were searching for a senior living community that met all of our criteria, After researching twelve in the Toledo area, we emphatically agreed on Landings of Oregon. We moved here on August first, and have been impressed with every aspect. The staff is no less than outstanding in every respect, friendly and competent. In comparison to others we investigated, the living spaces are clean, modern and spacious. There is also an air of safety, an element provided by the quiet semi-rural setting. Daily activities offer a wide variety of options, something for everyone, and the Life Enrichment Coordinator is loaded with energy and enthusiasm, something that some other communities could improve upon. All-in-all, this is the comfortable place we look forward to spending our "golden years."

I toured Landings of Oregon assisted living last year with [name removed]. I was just starting my research, and she was so patient with all my questions. I called the other day to schedule another tour to move my mom into the community. [name removed] answered my questions and I am moving my mom into Landings. The community is beautiful, the food is good and the activities schedule is very active.

Place is clean and spacious The view of the intercostal is so beautiful and inspiring Good is delightful and everything is suited for individual needs Meridian is the retirement home for retirees who wants a 5 star home I would recommend Meridian to all my friends who are retiring

Meridian is such a beautiful, clean, top quality residence for senior living! The care team is wonderful & goes over & beyond the call of duty. They know everyones name, including apartment numbers! They have several physicians who come on a weekly basis, and will see us residents in the privacy of our own apartment. The restaurant is on the top floor which has breathtaking views of the intracoastal & the Atlantic Ocean! The top floor also includes a bar that’s open daily for socializing, as well as an outdoor grilling area + a private dining room for families to gather together for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef is a fantastic & will cook meals according to special dietary needs or personal preferences. They always have some very fun & interesting daily activities, a movie theater & off site excursions. Meridian acknowledges that FTL is a melting pot of many cultures, ethnicities, & orientation. They celebrate diversity & as a gay man, my friends & I appreciate it greatly!

My loved one was previously a resident at The Meridian at Brandon. My loved one enjoyed her time at this facility and everyone was good to her, especially [name removed], one of the nurses. The food was good and had good variety and freshness to it. As long as you can afford it, The Meridian at Brandon is a great place to be. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I lived in this community and my loved one lives in this community. [name removed] is the happiest and most helpful staff member in the community. She knows everyone and always makes them feel special. If our efforts to solve a problem seem futile, we go to [name removed]

Everything has been wonderful so far. No complaints.We are very happy with Merrywood, the staff and all we have experienced so far. Great choice! We picked this community because of the location and what they offer for the price.

There is always somebody there to answer questions for you, you’re never left alone, there’s aids walking the floor, there’s a nursing station, there’s a reading room, they’re separate dining rooms, food is always nutritious, hot and ready. I highly recommend meridian at waterways
