We picked this community, because of the price, and the overall apperance of the facility. I have limited in person interaction, but I would recommend to other families.

We were worried about the transition. But it was handled perfectly. My father adjusted much quicker than we had anticipated because of the staff.

5/5 on ALL counts! We could not have picked a better place for our family member. We like: easy access from the highway, support from everyone in the staff, all one level with no stairs or elevators to use (that was a real concern for us), just the overall cleanliness of the place, and dietary needs are met daily with plenty of choices for the residents.

The staff at Gentry Park are very responsive. I think the activities could be more diverse. It seems like the same things every week. Although they are good they should include bingo yard bowling etc. it always says they have something at 6pm and I have not seen anyone there to direct it. Also they say that they have a beauty parlor, but no one is manning it. I would recommend Gentry Park. I really like the facility and the people that work there. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were all great. The nurses. I don't know their names are great. The activity director is super nice and friendly.

The staff at The Landings at Gentry Park is very accommodating. The environment is most comfortable. And the residents are very friendly here. I would recommend it to others for independent living.

Staff is incredibly friendly and invested in resident care. They know my mom well and recognize me by name on sight. Very clean. Highly engaging daily activities. Dining service is exceptional!!!!They are like a family to us.

What we really like about Villas of Holly Brook Chatham is that the staff seem to be responsive to our loved ones every day needs and concerns. He feels safe and recognizes that he is being take care of. That is the best that we were hoping for in his current state. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Villas of Holly Brook to other families.

We picked this community because it was newer, the staff was great and attentive, and I had a nice positive feel/vibe while being on property. Good food. You should definitely give Hidden Springs some consideration. I would recommend to other families.

Assisted Living at the Meadowlands is a great, small community with attentive staff. My loved one loves the meals offered. It would be nice to see some more activities available for the residents to participate in. Overall, my family and loved one would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would definitely recommend Villas of Holly Brook Effingham to family and friends. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Anytime we have asked for something special, such as a malfunctioning door or carpet cleaning, it has been fixed in less than 24 hours. The interior and exterior of the facility are beautiful and clean. My loved one does complain about the blandness of the food, which I'm sure must be due to dietary restrictions for some.

My father has been at Claremont Place for the last 5 years. I looked at many residences in the area before choosing Claremont Place. I was attracted first by the look and feel of the welcoming and inviting space with competent, qualified staff to ensure the care and comfort of its residents. My final decision was heavily influenced by my overall peace of mind that my Dad would be safe and well attended by literally everyone working there, from the director to the caretakers, to the med staff, and to all support staff. The fact that I made the right decision 5 years ago was stated by Dad a few days ago, "I can't believe how happy I am here." That says it all.

Staff has been very helpful. Mom has adjusted well and there has been good communication between myself and the staff. Mom's only complaint has been about the food but there are very decent choices at each meal and she is learning to adapt. I would recommend to others.

My loved one's stay was a great experience for her as well as for the family. The staff made a warm feeling for us. They were great as well. The meals provided were good and there were three meals a day provided to the residents.

My loved one, doesn't do a ton of activities right now, but they seem to have a lot going on. Super friendly staff, so helpful and while I wish he didn't have to be in a long term care facility they give me peace of mind that he is being well taken care of in a safe and friendly environment. I would recommend to others.

I had reached out for a friend, you found him a great place. I wasn't involved in the financial situation. I would have been lost without A Place For Mom's help. Based on our experience so far with The Pinnacle at Plymouth we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Sometimes my mother in law has to wait a little longer than she wants but is always happy with the quality of the food. Also I am impressed with the quality of the food I have had when we visit. I would rate the food a 10 if I could. There are so many amenities that are not found at any of the other communities we visited and at a price point even with or below the other ones. Indoor pool with a lift, on site Physical Therapy office, access to the independent side for socialization, and concierge services for each section of the facility. Although this facility is much farther away than where she had been, which means that we can not visit as much as we would like, I am certain that she is in good hands.

We are extremely happy with the Esplanade. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was. The staff were incredible and my mother in law immediately became more content, comfortable and less agitated than we had seen her in at least a year. One of my family members is there visiting every other day. We can show up at any time without notice – there is always something going on. The place is beautiful and doesn't compare to some of the other facilities we visited. The staff are amazing. They make us feel comfortable and it is obvious that my mother in law feels safe and comfortable around them. They seem to genuinely care for and like their residents. The staff are caring and professional. We spent the last two years with aids coming and going who were not able to engage my mother in law or even get her in the shower. The Esplanade staff make everything look so easy. She was in the shower the first evening. Even when my mother in law gets angry with the staff they take it with a smile and redirect her in seconds. I think the fact that this is all memory care makes a ton of difference. All the staff are well trained and experienced with this population. The food looks great. My mother in law seems to love it. She seems to be engaged whenever we are there. There are question games, arts, lots of singing which they all seem to like. It is extremely expensive. We are very fortunate that we can afford this but not priced for most people. However, this is priced similar to some other programs that we viewed which were far inferior in quality.

I love Landings of Sidney. You get a feeling of inclusion, and it just feels like home. We love the staff. They know our loved one by name, and they're very attentive.

My loved one really likes the food. They have a lot of activities. We are trying to get my loved one more invloved. It's pricey but it's worth it. We picked this community, because of the staff, location, and friendliness. They are so nice, and seem to care. I would recommend to other families. We're very happy and glad we found A Place for mom, who recommended the place. The whole experience has been awesome.

After nearly a lifetime of serving their family and friends, my parents came to Worthing Manor six months ago. The Manor, as we affectionately call it, lived up to even my greatest expectations. The staff is loving, personable and well trained. It’s obvious that they aren’t just doing a job. They truly love their residents.
