When you find the right place, you just know! My father has been residing at the Esplanade of Woodmere for about 8 months, and we are beyond THRILLED! The building is beautiful. Everything is new and clean, and the maintenance staff is on top of everything that needs to get done. All staff show empathy and caring, and treat each resident with kindness and respect. You can tell that they want to be there, and they really make an effort to engage everyone. The food is apparently very good, and substitutions are made upon request. The most important thing is that my father says he is happy and that he likes it there very much. When he first got there, he was a shell of himself, unable to walk, sometimes just sitting in a wheelchair, staring, and drooling on himself. Now, he’s very lucid, walking with a walker, and just totally aware of what’s going on around him. It’s absolutely amazing! I feel such relief, knowing my daddy is close by, and being so well cared for, by the wonderful staff.

My grandmother was in a bad situation living on her own. We found the Country House and since then all of her problems have gone away. Grandma is happy and has lots of friends and is much healthier since she arrived here. If you are thinking of bringing a loved one to an assisted living, I would highly recommend this place. It is VERY nice and the workers really look out for the residents.

My aunts are very happy here. The activities they have are plentiful and they love the food. They said the meals are unbelievable and it is served restaurant style. They have been doing so many cool holiday activities and they took them to go look at lights. They have something to do everyday and are always busy. The facility is very nice and has been a wonderful fit for them. The issue I am having is with the billing department. They have had significant amount of turnover in that area so it has been difficult to reach out and get answers from anyone or pay the bills. Overall I would recommend Merrywood on Park to others looking, it has been a Godsend.

Dad could not been taken better care than how the people in the country house to care of him. They kept him clean, comfortable and care for him like he was their family. You could feel the caring of their residents when you walked into the building. I so happy I found the country house for my dad.

The Country House took great care of my Mom. She always was happy, clean, and content . The place is clean, well taken care of and the staff is very caring and giving. Mom was happy and that was the most important thing I wanted from a place

My mom was getting at an age where she just could not live by herself anymore but wanted people around. After checking out different facilities, we decided on the Country House. I must say that immediately we felt at "home" from the sales office to the recreation director. She is very happy here and I am happy, she is happy.

It is great to live here because it is my second home. There are activities to participate in and living here gives me a chance to socialize and be part of a great community (which I wouldn't be able to do if I lived alone in my house.) This place takes me to the world of living.

when i come in here the people are very happy and talking.. the place is clean and kept up to date. the employees are the best.. it was a great to bring mom here.. if anyone asked me where to check out a safe place for there family member to go it is here

I've been to a few places before and my stay there was horrific. I walked into the Country House and I knew I was home. The atmosphere, the care partners and the waitresses... one was nicer than the other. I was almost in shock over how well I was treated. I feel like a celebrity and they do this day after day.

I had a very good tour experience with Villas of Holly Brook. The reason I did not choose them was because they do not offer memory care, so if my loved one needed that in the future, she would have had to move facilities.

This community offers many luxury features you would expect in an independent living. Care team is a wonderful group of caring individuals. Events offered to friends and family are fun and inviting and the food is always good.

They have wonderful staff. They bring the residents on all kinds of trips; to the store, restaurants, etc.. They are always planning fun events for family interaction as well! Love it!!! The truly care about their residents!

Mom has been at the Villa for 3 and a half years. She loves it there! She is well cared for and has opportunities for many activities. Family events are also held. Staff is very caring. Awesome place!

Overall Gentry Park is a nice community and based on our experience we would recommend them to other families. The meals could use a little improvement - the biggest complaint from our loved one is that they seem to take the leftovers and use them for a different meal item so we think they could just have a better selection .

This was a good community. However, they didn't have accommodations for my loved one's dietary restrictions.

I am very happy here. Caring staff and residents look out for one another. There is a great variety of activities. Good Chef. Nutritious and Delicious meals.

We toured several places and Atrium had a very beautiful place with lots of areas for things to do. During the tour every staff member we encountered greeted us and they all had smiles. The clients were all happy and looked good. My parents will definitely choose Atrium.

It's very clean. Everyone is always willing to help the residents and visitors. I feel more activities would help pass time, but, not everyone is on the same "level" of need, etc.

Very clean. I would suggest more beef dishes rather than chicken. Also, to keep pet owners in one section so barking doesn't disturb non pet owners.

Took a tour of this beautiful community for my mom. We were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. This community is very clean, and offers all of the activities my mom enjoys. The highlight was the dining experience Mom spent her career in hospitality, and was very impressed with the menu. The food was outstanding, and the service staff so friendly. The menu was the best we’ve seen out of all of the communities we’ve visited. All of the residents were clean and had a smile.
