The executive director is exceptional, caring and involved. Sets the tone for the whole place.

I have been extremely pleased with Pine Grove Crossing. My loved one is not easy to take care of right now. He's on hospice and needs help with absolutely everything at this point. The staff are very responsive if you ask them to do something. They're helpful, and they all care. If something isn't right, if you talk to them about it, they correct it. I don't think you can ask for more than that.

My parents are extremely happy there.

This has been the best place we could of found for our loved one, it is very ideal. It is decently prices and our loved one gets three good meals a day, laundry and house keeping done. They have a big dining room, exercise room, and a ton of games. The doctors take really good care of our loved one. The staff really make sure that he is getting the proper exercise, he is eating his meals and always keeps and eye on his blood pressure. There is a nurse on stall there all the time and if there isn't then an assistant will stay throughout the nice until the return so there is someone there at all times. If you live near Newton come here you can't beat it.

I can't thank everyone enough who works here for their exceptional dedication and compassionate care during our mom's 5 year stay. As my mom's life was coming to an end, administrators and workers would stop to ask not only how my mom was, but how I was and offer kind words or advice to get through the journey.

My parents chose the Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting and are moving in here at the end of this month. It came down to the location and the second person fee was less than another facility that we were looking into at the time.

Claremont Place is a certainly good place to look into. The overall service we've gotten so far has been good. Communication has been good between the community and our family. They usually contact us by phone call. The staff to resident ratio seems to be good, I haven't seen any issues yet. My loved ones apartment is very comfortable and they offer transportation to appointments and stores. I would certainly recommend Claremont Place to others.

We chose Villas of Holly Brook because the executive director at the time was wonderful. Unfortunately she was terminated a few weeks ago so they are in a transition period at the moment. There has been quite a few changes going on in the last few weeks. Overall the care for our mother in law is wonderful here. I would recommend them to others.

We absolutely love pine grove. My mother in law is so busy with all of the activities! The staff is very friendly and caring. My mother in law's out of town relatives keep up with her activities on Facebook!

Our experience was very good with The Meridian. The communication between the staff and family was very good if we had questions or concerns. They were able to provide medication management, bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance for some care types offered. The dining and food was good all of the time.

My Dad is one of the smartest people I have ever known. Up until April 2021 he had a fantastic memory, not just for someone who is 95 years old. Unfortunately, Dad fell, hit his head and suffered a traumatic brain injury and his memory was severely impaired. The staff, not to mention the facilities, at the Esplanade is fantastic - from the top down. It is rare to find a facility where everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is caring, compassionate, patient and supportive. My Dad is not the only beneficiary of all the great things the Esplanade has to offer, the care, concern and support extends to our entire family and we are so grateful.

I had a wonderful time at Peninsula in Hollywood, FL. The tour was through. The staff was kind, I was able to talk to at least one family member who loves this place! Great work Penninsula!

I love my room! I love that the building is beautiful. I wish that there were more people in my age group. but I have friends here and I live my own life! I'm happy that I moved here 6 months ago.

my mother recently moved into Peninsula and has had a wonderful experience thus far. the staff is kind and caring as well as eager to support residents.

[name removed] gave me a tour and was very friendly with the residents. the building is exceptionally clean inside and out. all of the residents were very joyful as the meandered in the lobby. I noticed a meditation class at 9:30 which me joyful as a seasoned meditator. [name removed] makes it a very welcoming place!

my sister has only been at the facility a few days, but your staff has been very caring and helpful. she is new to memory care and needs extra care and receives the attention she needs.

my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease about three years ago. the wonderful staff at this facility have given my mother a gift of three wonderful fun years of life. it is with bittersweet emotions we are moving her to NY to be closer to us.

The staff have been very responsive to my loved one and very accommodating. The people who take care of her are very courteous and warm. And my loved one has been happy there.
