They have been great. My dad and stepmom are very happy there.

I am very happy with Esplanade, their very attentive caring, clean and the faculty is beautiful. My mom is as happy as her illness will let her be. I can't ask for better care for her. Thank you for helping me with everything.

My loved one lives here and everything is great! The atmosphere is nice and homey and the décor is lovely. He's more active and social here than he's ever been. He's interactive with other residents and even eats with them in the dining room. Communication with the family is great. They even notify us when he's low on toiletries and other personal care items. He's settled in here very nicely. They also work with VA benefits, which is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Mom loves this community and says we couldn't have found a better place for her. The executive director runs this facility so well, especially for being a new facility. She has an open door policy and is quick to give feedback and address all questions and concerns. The staff is very very attentive and responsive. They sincerely care and it shows. It's important to my mom to feel put together and good about herself. They accommodate that so well, and actually enjoy doing it. They bathe her daily, dress her in her favorite clothes and jewelry, even take the time to do her make up for her. They honor mom's dignity and personalize her needs, which means so much to us. The on site PT/OT has been incredible helping mom with her physical mobility. Her mental clarity and physical stamina have improved so much here. We never expected it to be this good. They go above and beyond. The food is very nutritious and all kosher. That being said, they do only serve food to the residents, which is ok with us. Just something to note. They do welcome family to join residents in the dining area and keep them company while they eat their meals. They also offer healthy snacks between meals. The activities are appropriate and stimulating for dementia patients. They had a live entertainer recently and the residents loved it and would love seeing more live entertainment. This is a wonderful, memory care only facility. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

The facility has a nice layout and the bedrooms are huge and very nice. the staff is friendly and I really liked the Director a lot.

We're very satisfied with everything that goes on there. The staff is responsive, friendly and caring. Everybody knows me. I get a good feeling when I go in there. It's a great place.

They seem to care bout your problems and want to help solve them. Their menu is so appetizing and different every day. The environment is so friendly and open. They really seem to put their residents first make us feel wanted. The staff are exceptional. I am very happy here so far and am pleased with my decision

Another one of many tours we had scheduled in looking for a perfect place for my father. The Meridian at Brandon was definitely immediately to the top of our list. Very nice place, everyone was outstanding that we spoke with, residents were out of rooms socializing and seemed very happy.

They offered awesome activites. They are very accomodating, to familes who want to vist and interact with their loved ones. I would highly recommend this community, it's an awesome place for seniors.

My loved one, seems to likes the food alot. There is a lot of activities provided for the residents. My loved one really likes the community, the other residents, as well administration. It's a good community. I chose this place, over other places beacause it was a combination of location,price and amentities that were included. Overall, it seemed like a good fit for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and it was an excellent tour experience we thought the community was nice and lovely and would of been a great choice. We just so happened to pick a community that was a little closer to our family.

They do alot of activites, to keep everyone involved. The staff is great-, and they always keep me well informed. My loved one seems to like the food, and they serve beautiful meals. I feel safe with my loved one there APFM was great with fining the type of facility that was needed, for my loved one.- [name removed] helped to guide me along the way, and I really appreicate it.

Landings of Sidney is a nice, clean, friendly place. They have activities every day. My loved one is receiving great care. And I like that it's close for our family to visit as much as we like.

I would say, compared to most prices, it is well worth the money. It's a comfortable, friendly and nice atmosphere. It's really good value for the price. I have walked into other communities but this one was clean, and neat. It was like walking into an apartment complex, opposed to a nursing home environment. Overall, I am very pleased with community.

I toured The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting and I want to move in! It was just gorgeous, although the drive would have been about 20-25 minutes. We chose another community because it's location was closer and The Pinnacle has a lot of amenities that my mother would never use, like a movie theater, so it wouldn't be worth it. But, it was gorgeous.

I assisted my cousin in trying to find a nursing home for her 85 year old husband. We were fortunate enough to meet [name removed]. She is absolutely wonderful!!! Not only is she kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional in every way. What impressed us was how she took her time with us and answered all our questions and concerns. We sat in her conference to discuss the placement of my cousin's husband and then she gave us the tour of the facility. We watched as the patients interacted with the staff and you could see how not only the staff took care of their needs, but how they spoke to them with gentleness and kindness.

They have two chefs, one had a medical issue. Went to hospital came back and was there for awhile. The second chef per mom is not as great of a chef as the first chef in house. She said the chicken was undercooked and very rubbery. The Chef asked her what could improve and they working with her to cook what she likes best. According to mom, they don't always provide the activities that are said to be had on the specific day. It could be do to participation but not certain. The exercise program though is wonderful. The doctor had changed some of her medications and the strengths of those. There was some confusion on this change but they are correcting it. The communication is great, they will return any messages or get any messages to her if she is not answering her phone. The only other complaint is the cable will tend to go wacky when we have storms, which is a known issue but they are working on it to get corrected. The staff has been wonderful all around from top to bottom, highly recommend.

My family and loved one got lucky to find this community. My loved one was able to adjust quickly into the community, and the staff are great to work with. The activities are well run. There are lots of activities and a wonderful variety for the residents to participate in. They have different outings available. The activities coordinator is really good at her job.

Great experience
