The staff members at Chapel Hill Senior Living is the wonderful staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the Chapel Hill Senior Living community to other families.

We toured this community and it is so nice. Residents looked happy and healthy and we saw them participating in several activities. The price is fair for the care we are looking for. The community is in a nice location and everything we saw was very clean.

My loved one is a resident at The Country House in Westchester and overall things have been great at this facility. Any dealings that I've had with the staff have all been pleasant. My loved one's room is always clean and the facility smells and looks clean when we visit. They do not allow us to eat with him at the facility, which I think might be something that they should change. They should let us occasionally have dinner there with him, of course for a charge. The monthly cost at this facility is reasonable compared to other places. The only thing we don't like is that they raised my loved one's rent within six months, which was a little annoying. We complained and they took it down a little, but we still were not happy about it. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others. I already have.

Merrywood was very nice. it was just not chosen by my mother.

We toured with Gentry Park and thought it was a very nice facility. The main reason we chose [facility name removed] over this one just came down to the more convenient and closer location for family.

Smithfield Woods was recommended to us by a neighbor who's mother had been a resident a while back, they described it as homie, welcoming and friendly, like a second family. I was pleasantly surprised on just how accurate that description was even from the very beginning at our tour. We made our decision for mom to move to Smithfield Woods at the last minute and I couldn't believe how quickly and seamlessly they made the transition. We haven't been part of the Smithfield Woods family long, yet we feel so welcomed.

I toured at Smithfield Woods with my mother, the sales director [name removed] offered us lunch while we were there, they set us a table on the spot which was delicious! The servers [name removed] & [name removed] were so accomodationg. Everyone was so friendly, staff and residents!

Attended a charity dinner function and had an amazing spread from the kitchen. The dining area that held the event had the feel of a proper restaurant. The staff we encountered were all delightful in making our evening memorable for a great cause.

Best thing to happen to my friend. A whole new person has evolved since he moved in. Amazing! We love all the staff members, he loves the food and everything about MerryWood on Park community, even the name!

Smithfield Woods is a beautiful building with an extremely friendly staff running it. The facility is always kept clean and offers a number of activities for the residents to take part in. There have also been a number of wonderful events that the staff have put on that allows for family members/ friends to join in with the population of Smithfield Woods. You can tell that they actually care about their community and are always trying their best for them. I can’t think of a better place for mom to be.

We attended a benefit dinner at Smithfield Woods a few weeks ago. The food and service staff were both very good and exceeded what I’d expect for a senior living facility. The facility was very clean, and staff very friendly.

We visited for a benefit dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Very delicious! The staff were also very warm and personable. The facilities were also very upscale and inviting.

Responsive, accommodating and kind staff. Clean, well maintained grounds and rooms. Good selection of activities. Respectful tenants. It's a great spot to put your aging parent for real peace of mind.

MerryWood on Park has been the right place for us. Everyone there has accommodated our every need. And we absolutely couldn't ask for more. Great experience.

I would recommend Pine Grove Crossing. The price is expensive. But the assisted living area is wonderful. I wish memory care was a little more interactive.

This facility exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to moving in ASAP. [name removed] went above and beyond to make the tour as knowledgeable and delightful. She is a great asset to the organization. I look forward to working with her.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Happy residents very clean and bright many activities. Beautiful grounds and community areas. Large dining room and food tastes delicious and many menu choices. My dad is so happy here, he loves it. Makes me smile. Thank you!

5 on everything!! We love Pine Grove Crossing! My mother in law is busy all day long. Everyone there knows everyone's names. We have absolutely no complaints at all! My mother in law loves "her apartment " and has many friends. It like a college dorm for seniors!!

I would highly recommend. The staff are amazing, very attentive to clients. We picked this community, because of the location, staff and price. The building is clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend.

They were faced with the challenges of one construction delay after another but they kept us informed and then managed the move in of many, many new residents in a very efficient manner. Then, with everything and most of the staff new, they responded immediately to any issues or maintenance quirks. They know their residents and definitely provide that personal touch.
