Meridian Senior Living

What we like the most about this community is the number of staff members they have to the amount of residents living there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend The Meridian at Brandon to other families.

My siblings and I moved our mom in here about 4 months ago. It was a tough decision to make as my mom lived with my father for 60+ years. ALL the staff at Meridian have made this already difficult and emotional decision very easy to navigate. The managers are very easy to access. The administrator is very involved. She has came to moms room almost everyday to make sure she is happy. She also sends out a weekly update of what's going on in the community which is a great idea. The communication is top knoch! Thank you everyone for loving my mom like I do.

They truly care about their residents. The food is wonderful. Our questions are always answered in a quick manner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have awesome activities for the residents too.

My parents have been at Cypress Place for about 14 months. They have meet some wonderful friends and enjoy the community at Cypress. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the planned activities are great. Food is always available and the dining room at dinner time is always full and vibrant. Cypress Place is happy and welcoming.

We moved mom into Cypress Place in Sept 2022 to be closer to my family. She lives in the Independent housing. Her one-bedroom is so cute nd absolutely perfect for her. It overlooks the garden/Koi pond and she loves it! The staff is exceptional- all lovely people!! The directors, concierge/front desk, the housekeepers, cooks, maintenance people and hair dresser treat my mom with such care and are so friendly! Mom get's OT and PT in her room 4x's a week too. She's doing so much better than when she lived by herself. It was the best decision to move her to Cypress Place :)

I can't speak to meals or activities since i dont participate, and my mother hasnt commented on them. Her room was a 4 out of 5 when we moved in. I found a peanut in the sink, and i suspect the cleaning crew didn't have time to clean it after the previous individual moved out. He had been using it temporarily while the carpet was replaced on his unit. The staff has been absolutely wonderful, and i think her nursing care is better than her previous location in MD. They are completely accessible to me and have supported her through what has been a difficult transition. I'm also pleased with the coaching I'm getting as I learn the new systems.

I walked into this facility with a negative attitude and came out in such a great mood it's beautiful. Everyone is so nice cheery. I had lunch there and the food is delicious. They have activities which I loved.

This is a very nice facility I toured and was very impressed. The people are very Helpful. Made me feel like family. All my questions were answered. Their food is very good. They have activities which is a plus. I left that facility very satisfied

She's not family by blood, but in my heart. When I visit, I ask how she's doing. And I'm always told the same thing: I'm at peace, she says. I'm happy, I have everything, and they are very good to me here. What more could one ask?

We took a tour of The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. We loved this facility! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, the cost was out of our price range.

I went on a tour with my Aunt that has been diagnosed with dementia. She knows she needs an assisted living facility and it is important to our family that she maintains as much independence as possible, engages with her peers to decrease cognitive decline, and lives in a place that feels like 'home'. We have visited several places in the Galesburg and Quad Cities area, and Brookstone of Aledo was the first place that I felt I would want to live in when I retired. The facility is clean, spacious, and beautiful. We looked at a studio apartment and my aunt loved the spacious bathroom and quickly started to discuss where she would put her furniture and personal items. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about the residents. [name removed] answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were already part of the Brookstone family.

Villas of Holly Brook Chatham community, was a very good experience for my sister and I couldn't be happier with the facility. A little pricey but worth the peace of mind. Based on the experience we were able to have with this community, we would recommend them to other families.

My parents lived at the Glenwood for almost 5 years prior to my Dad's hospitalization. Following that hospitalization and rehabilitation at a local nursing home, The Glenwood crested a plan for them to receive an increased level of care allowing them to return to their own apartment. The warm and friendly staff were wonderful in helping with all the transitions needed. I can't say enough about their wonderful nurse and care `staff. The bonus of on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy only adds to my peace of mind that they are getting the care they need.

I love everything about the dining experience at the Waterways from the professional staff who also care and show compassion with my fellow seniors. The chefs are very prideful and take take the job of preparing & plating our meals to look like a five-star restaurant. The meridian waterways dining program is made for seniors who love a elevated dining experience all 7 days of the week.

From the first time we walked into Meridian, we immediately were welcomed by a incredibly friendly and helpful staff. [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure our every experience here is wonderful!

Meridian at Waterways truly does all they can to provide the very best for residents. We love them.

I love Gentry Park and my dad does, too! It's a new facility, so that's a plus! They have lots of activities if you want to participate. [Name removed], in charge of them, is very nice! The residents are friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping, my dad seems to like it. The food-DELICIOUS! I love going there to eat with my dad! The move in process for us was easy. Independent Living, in general, is expensive if you own a home and have no rent/ mortgage. But if you don't, it's a great deal for the money too! Oh and [name removed], who gave me the original tour of place, is really nice too! Also, the rooms have views of nature which I like. My dad sees deer outside from his window. I wasn't sure if my dad would adapt, but he's really enjoying the social aspect more than we both thought he would. I'm really happy with Gentry Park!

Active community with caring staff, and a dining experience that gives residents multiple choices. Offers bus services, outings, and special guest entertainment. Clean, safe environment. Would recommend.

My mom has lived here for 2 years. The last few months have been great. My mom is thriving. They have a whole new team and they are doing an amazing job. Grateful for the positive changes happening at The Meridian.

I toured the community with my mom and dad. It was an amazing experience from the beginning. The receptionist had great energy. We toured with [name removed] and [name removed] the sales them, they where very informative. [name removed] , the administrator met with us also. She answered additional questions and offered to drop off resources for my parents. They will me moving in next month!
