The community was so accommodating to my dad after his stroke. They truly cared about him and encouraged him work on improving where he could. It was such a relief to know there was someone there 24/7 if he needed anything.

Everything a 5! Mom back in rehab right now praying she be able to go back to Mahomet. Love this place and would highly recommend it.

Overall it was a positive experience my uncle is still there and doing well. I have recommend Gentry Park to others because I consider the cost so far to be reasonable for the service . They were very helpful to us when moving in they made everything much smoother and also when he had to move to assisted living they assisted every way with the paperwork and gave him grace to get his financial situation settled

My sister was there as a respite patient for one month. It is a clean place with friendly staff. I picked this community because I live nearby.

Facility is welcoming and clean staff is hard working and kind. Most of all, they are easy to talk to and always follow through on any concerns we have.

Very well satisfied, have very kind people working with me.

They are all very friendly and yes I have recommended The Meridian to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The place is wonderful with a caring staff that truly love what they do. It was so refreshing to finally have my Mother in a truly caring facility. I have not seen her truly happy and content in a very long time, I cannot that the staff at the Peninsula enough.

We just moved in but we are very happy with everything from staff to food and management.

First and foremost, both of my parents are happy at MerryWood. I trust the staff who truly care about their residents and provide a high level of service from the front desk to the dining room to planned activities to managing medications. I'm lucky to be close by and can drop in at any time. I can see what it's like at MerryWood day-to-day, and am thankful my parents are there.

Ate lunch twice so far with my mom. She is very anxious to be a resident there. The food was very good. The staff very nice. It's a place where my mom will be happy and comfortable. So she won't have to be alone.

The facility is very clean. The CNA's and med tech are very kind and helpful. They follow my moms request carefully.

I would say the food was VERY good at [community name removed]- but everything else wasn't good. At Hidden Springs everything is great and the food CAN be good but it's not consistent. (My brother eats with dad on weekends)

We have been here since [date removed]. All is going well so far. They are short-handed but still able to maintain good service. Wish they had a re-cycle program but know that would be difficult.

Brookstone is an amazing assisted living "home". The staff is friendly and helpful to residents and family members. Family bingo night is held once a month with always a huge turnout. So much to me and organization are put in all the activities.

I recently moved in the building. It was the best decision I made. Everyone is so nice.

The staff at Brookstone of Aledo is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is loving and caring and makes a deeply personal relationships with the residents. The food is great. From the front desk and marketing director to the executive director, nursing staff, food service staff, activities director, facilities and transportation, … everyone clearly cares deeply and becomes the residents’ friends and support. There are great response times for nursing or facilities. The facility is clean and bright and there are many activities available for residents within the building and out in the community. There are also regular events that bring the people of the town to Brookstone for special events. They have gone above and beyond accommodating medical appointments as needed. We could not ask for more for our loved one!

No major complaints. Like everywhere, a little short staffed on weekends. And since my mother is deaf, most of the activities don't interest her. But they do offer to include her. Haven't met any staff that's not helpful. The meals are great and mom eats every bite. They help her dress and undress every day, so she doesn't wear the same clothes twice in a row. They do laundry about once a week. I'm pleased with the place and very glad she's there

Though this was a touch decision, the quality and professionalism of the staff made it so much better. Plus, the facility itself seemed to be designed for what my wife needed. They are quick to respond to questions and are always supportive.

friendliness of staff, clean building, smells good appealing very welcoming when you walk in, food is great Tour was great and [name removed] is amazing & was an great listener & I was put on a waitlist and [name removed] visited me all the time bringing in and helping me. I'm so glad I'm here.
