My mother lived here before passing and they were supportive during that difficult time. It was a positive experience with them overall.

The facility was clean and the residents looked happy. I liked the atmosphere and could picture my parents living there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is taking good care of mom. They cater to you and get to know what you like. The food is good and breakfast is the best meal. This is a very nice clean community. They have transportation available and they offer daily activities. This was the most open and updated of the communities we looked at and I would recommend it.

My 95 y.o. mother is using Northgate Plaza as a short-term assisted living while she gets 6 weeks of medical treatment. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The other residents are open and welcoming. Best of all, the food is restaurant-quality, with many delicious choices.

This was our second choice of communities. This community unfortunately did not offer the amount of assistance mom needed. This was the prettiest one we looked at, however it was also more expensive. They offer restaurant style dining with a variety of choices.

Nicely decorated in the common areas. Looks like a Victorian home.

I liked this community a lot. I did like the staff and they were always making sure that the residents were happy. the community is nice out doors with a lot of trees. the menu seemed. They have a lot of activities for everyone to participate. they have transportation for small trips. I would recommend other families for the outstanding community that offers great care for families

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The tour went well, this is a nice community. From what I saw everything appeared to be nice and clean. Everyone was nice and friendly. They were very kind to my family and I. This is a nice community with kind people.

The staff at this community are extremely friendly ,they have done everything to make sure my loved feels safe and her needs are being satisfied. The only thing i can suggest is that they have more of a variety in the menu that they offer to there residents.

The tour my loved one and I attended at this community was lovely, the staff was friendly and made sure we had all of our questions answered in detail. The bedrooms where well kept and the dinning room had a lot of extra room for the residents. I have no complaints about our visit and would recommend it.

My mother in law is adjusting well to living at Huntington Terrace. The staff are responsive to our concerns and easy to deal with. The food is good and they offer daily activities. She has made friends. The keep the community clean and the location is close to family.

My father is doing well here. The community is under remodeling. The staff is outstanding. Marilyn was outstanding. The food is excellent. They have alot of great activities. I would recommend this community for good care to others.

The facility was beautiful and had a very open layout. The staff was informative and gave us a detailed tour of the community. The studio was too tiny and not very appealing for my loved ones needs and was over priced for what was offered.

The community is very nice place. The staff is nice, but a nicer dress appeal is needed. They have activities available. The food is appealing with a nice variety. I would recommend this for good value and care.

The staff was understanding and very helpful. It was a long time ago, but when I started looking for a place for my loved one I did go there first. The community is well kept and it has a home like feeling there. They answered all of my questions. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

It seems to be going well for my mom. The staff are open to feedback and they are friendly too. The community is clean for residents and guests. My mom says the meals taste good.

We arranged for my sister to move in there when she was found to be unsafe to be home alone. We found it was not a good fit. Her memory issues were not as advanced as most of the residents and she did not need the intense supervision that is required by most folks living there. The staff were wonderful. What I learned was: ALWAYS go and walk through a place prior to making a decision for a loved one, even if you have to take a plane ride! Thanks Seven Lakes Memory Care- we will never forget you!
