After touring this community my plans had changed so this community was no longer a option. It was nice very lovely. The staff was nice and friendly very informative. The community appeared very clean very homey feel too it.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we have no complaints of how things are going for her. All of the staff members have been excellent to work with and I could have not picked a better group of people to care for her. She always is saying how much she loves it and how easy the transition was into her new living environment. My mom has had no problems with the tasty meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall my mom is very happy and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The experience was a good one. Everything I saw appeared to be nice, and clean. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. I did find a fit for my mother, but my tour went well of this community.

I have not talked to my mother too much since she has made the move into this community but as far as I know she has been happy. The staff where very friendly throughout our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I thought the property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents.

We loved the tour of The Commons at Dallas Ranch. It is a very pretty and nice community. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason we did not choose this community was there were no openings.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I was impressed with the presentation they had and how professional they where throughout our visit. It was just not the right location for my loved one in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

We liked this community when we visited. The staff we met were nice and the community seemed well taken care of. They offer a lot of daily activities. This community was our second choice. The community we chose was just a little bit nicer.

So far my husband and I are really enjoying our stay here.This is just a temporary situation until our condo is done but so far we like it here. There are so many things to do here bingo, happy hour exercise classes it's wonderful. The food hasn't been that great but passable. The one thing that we don't like is the inside is under a remodel construction so it can be noisy at times and disruptive. I really like the residents here they are easy to get along with and the staff is wonderful very nice.

Good presentation. Would definitely like to move to this site. But later when I would need the full range of their services. Lovely facilities.

My mother is doing well since her move into Westbrook Arlington. She likes her bingo and it is a newer facility. We chose this community because the room that they had available was more appealing, it has a balcony that looks over the garden area. Also, it is closer to our family. The only things that I wish they could improve on are for one, the ladies that distribute the medication do not seem to be RN's or licensed. When my mother asks questions, they are not able to answer. My mother loves the ladies though. Also, I have been getting calls from the emergency pharmacy which I am hoping will get figured out soon.

When I toured The Creekside, the facility seemed dark and the staff did not seem to be very in tune with the residents. We went in the middle of dinner and even then there were not many people out. It was not what I was looking for.

I am not there all the time but the staff seems to be adequate for the most part. My mother and step-father are both residents. My step-father doesn't like the food in the memory care section. He says it is lacking in flavor. One thing they could improve is the alarm that goes off for the emergency exists.

Lastly, I toured Hillcrest of Loveland. The tour guide provided us with good information and answered our questions. The facility was clean and organized, it was just not the best for my mother. Also, it was not in our desired location.

I toured this community and liked the staff. This community was nice. They do not provide that type of care I needed for my father's care. The community is older, but we found it to me clean. The staff are very caring. Families might tour this community for the care needed for a loved one.

When I toured Northgate Plaza, I thought it was a nice place. The tour guide was on time and gave me a lot of good information. I had a good experience touring, but it did not for my loved one's needs as good as other communities.

My loved one is doing very well since her move to Mountlake Terrace Plaza. The meals are very good. What we liked the most while touring was the decorations in the dining room. It is very formal with white table cloths. My loved one is getting involved in some things, which is a step up from the other place she was. It is a good experience so far.

In my search for the ideal assisted living residence to spend my time remaining, this was my first and only choice for four primary reasons: openness and light, resort vacation style atmosphere, cleanliness and exercise room.

It's been a week today that we moved my Mom in but so far so good from the staff. My Mom was allowed to bring her dog (miniature poodle) with her which is a huge benefit. There was an opening in memory care at the same time my Dad died so poor Mom had her whole life upended all at once. This is bad enough for anyone but for someone with advanced dementia it's been pretty traumatic. She seems to be settling in and the staff has been very kind and loving to all of us. We choose The Commons based on friends/clients experiences, proximity to our home and the ability to have her dog so we feel confident that Moms stay here will be a good one.

The facility was clean and the residents looked happy. I liked the atmosphere and could picture my parents living there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
