Enjoyed our time with [Removed] and really liked the Northgate Plaza. However, felt it is too close to the city street atmosphere.

I used to live at this facility and I had to move because I wanted to be closer to my family. While I was living here, it was very pretty. The staff members were nice and seemed to be well trained. The building itself was always well kept and clean. As for the food, when I got there it was really good. Unfortunately, the chef left and it just went downhill from there. I would recommend this facility to other families.

aPfM says $2,350 Tour was good and liked the staff. Seemed like the studio would work fine. Only concern is residence is on the older side, and may be a bit less of a fit for my dad given the small size of the community.

While looking for a place for my loved one it seemed that this location was a better fit with the medical services that they provide. It is a very nice place and it is kept very clean with no foul smell when you first walk in. They also have a courtyard in the middle of the facility so residents are able to go outside to get some air and there are people who are always watching. It seems much secured. The staff team is very competent and knowledgeable. My loved one is doing quite well here.

My mom is in this community and the assisted living side you need to have a lot more independence than my mom has for it to work out here. The staff is lovely and I love them. I think it is just to big for mom. They are good at keeping it clean. The food is good. They try to engage her to get involved with the activities. They are very responsive with my request for changes. I would recommend them to my friends.

We have been very pleased with the care that our aunt has received at Cottonwood Creek. When there have been issues the administration have addressed them quickly and resolved them to our satisfaction. The facility is old but well maintained. Austin the maintenance Assistant is exceptional at his job. He is available when you need him. He helped us move our aunt from one room to another. He has helped us with smaller issues in her room as well. Cottonwood Creek is lucky to have him. It's nice to see a person take his job seriously.The staff seems genuinely concerned about the residents, and our aunt loves it there. The CNA's are overworked and underpaid and this impacts the residents as there seems to be a constant turnover. We are aware that this problem is prevalent in other facilities. All in all Cottonwood Creek is a suitable place for our relative.

The personnel are excellent and on top of things. They communicate well. Dad says the food is fine and he is a little picky. Its nice and clean and always smells good. I would recommend this to people.

My mom and I were looking for a place for her to live and we almost decided on this one. My mother was a little concerned about the cost, but we were seriously considering it. Overall, the facility was very nice. She wasn't pleased with the fact that she wouldn't be able to go into Salt Lake City, though, if she wanted to. I even brought my dog with me to scope things out and they were pretty great about it. We wound up going somewhere else, but this place wasn't bad.

Great community but not a fit for us as they wouldn't handle our diabetes issue. (Sliding scale diabetes-no finger prick or injectable insulin given at this facility).

My mom is doing very well since moving here.She has settled in very nicely and is happy.She is enjoying meeting new residents and she is making friends already. She is doing some of the activities and some of the social events. The staff is wonderful very nice and accommodating. Mom is eating well she enjoys most of the food. I would recommend this community.

Since mom has moved here she has been having some medical issues. The staff has been wonderful to work with through everything. They honestly are doing the best they can with her. They keep her room as clean as she will let them. She had been eating pretty good until she started having problems. The community does offer activities but mom is unable to do anything.

I really liked this community a lot. It was a bigger facility and I was concerned that my mom would get overwhelmed by the size of the facility and the floor plan. She would have had to take an elevator to get to the dining area or the activities and she would have gotten lost and I was concerned that they would say she was having difficulty learning the areas and needed more assistance which possibility increased the price. The staff I met was nice and informative.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this community it has been the best thing for my mom. The community is the perfect size for her the location of her room is great so she doesn't have to go far for meals for activities. She is enjoying being social with the other residents. The staff is wonderful so nice and caring and empathetic. The food is okay some days are better than others. I had taken a look at the memory care wing and it was very nice and the staff over on that side seem to know what they were doing very professional. I would recommend this community.

My mom and her dog are settling in very nicely, she has a real nice 2 bedroom with a porch. The staff here are great their friendly and attentive to all the residence. There are lots of activities and special events for those residents who want to join. Mom likes going to the dining room and being with the other residents but she's not too crazy about the food as she's a good cook herself.

Now that we have sold our home we can start enjoying more of the activities that they offer here. We are enjoying the community very much. We have made friends here everyone is nice and friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful when needed. We find the food to be good. The housekeeping is doing a good job. My wife has already taken advantage of the beautician and was pleased

I enjoyed seeing this community for a tour and I really wanted to select this place for my parent. They were closer to me and there was a hospital and fire station very close by. The community is large with about 40 units and lots of staff, therapist, cook, and waitress. They were just too big and felt they may not give the personal attention that was needed.

I have no complaints of how things had went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. I liked that it was a newer facility and had register nurses available on the assisted living side. It was just not the right apartment layout that we where hoping for but it was defiantly one of out top choices.

My loved one has recently made the move to into this community and so far I am happy with how things are going for him. The property is brand new and was completely spotless during out tour. I liked the open floor plan as well as other great amenities they had for the residents. I like that they have register nurses available at all time because they do not have that at a lot of the other places I had looked at. He has a great apartment that has a patio that has access to the courtyard. It is has overall been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

We really were impressed with this community. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem is the location it is just too far out for us. I needed something that was much closer to the family.

We had to take my mother out of this place it is horrible. Do not make your judgments based on appearances because we thought this was a good place but we were wrong. The staff was not aware and not prepared for moms arrival. The staff was not interested in going over her medications. There is not enough staff to look after the resident's property. They have had an epidemic of flu twice where the community had to be quarantined for 21 days so that tells you how clean the place is. Our personal experience was horrible
