The caregivers are very good and they really do care about the residents. They do not have a big staff turnover which is really helpful. It allows the residents and staff to form a relationship, which I really like. They have good communication. Before COVID, they had monthly family meetings at the community, but now they send texts and emails to keep families updated. I chose the community because of the small cottage setting. There are ten residents in each cottage which allows for more personalized care.

we did a tour very nice, a private apartment with care can come in every hour to check on her, depends on the care level, answered questions and had lots of information for us to look over.

Very good place, missed a 5 because the range of transportation is only 10 miles period. No availability to pay extra. Additionally, no room medical emergency alarms. Residents are expected to purchase necklace alarm through 3rd party. Feels like resort living. Have villas with garage as well as rooms. Landscaping included in monthly fee for villas. Residents get 1 meal/day. Dining available 11-7. All apts and villas have full kitchen. Facility backs up to a greenway which allows to relax, view scenery or walk.

Been here about 3 years. Caregivers, while my wife was dying, attended to her in a loving and professional way. I feel that I have a good rapport with the staff. They have treated me well. I have no complaints.

We enjoyed the tour with [name removed]. The facility is warm and inviting, from the moment we walked through the door. The apartments are bright and offer nice views of courtyard or street view. [Name removed] provided us with pricing and rooms available now. Oh and homemade cookies were packaged up for us when we left. They are available for the residents all day. (And they’re delicious) Lovely place! One con that I can think of, there is only one elevator.

Although it was a short stay, my wife passed away on [date removed], I would recommend Mountlake Terrace Plaza to anyone seeking assistance.

7 Lakes has better senior/memory care than any other facility I have toured. A little bit expensive, I myself could never afford it.

I love the staff and they are always open to suggestion and keep me informed of any changes my mom goes through. I have peace of mind knowing my mom is being well cared for.

I moved both of my parents to muirwoods and I just love it. The exec director is hands on and cares about the residents. The staff is attentive and very nice to the residents and guests.

Excellent in all respects. I'm impressed with the quality of the food and the management of this organization.

Great place to live. Nice apartments with amenities if desired (kitchenette), beautiful open public spaces. Welcoming staff and residents. Super helpful and compassionate staff. Lovely dining room.

I find this community is well operated. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The food is acceptable. Some days are better than others. My apt is very comfortable. I enjoy the park across the street and enjoy that 3 times a week. Enjoy [name removed] exercise. I would recommend this facility to friends.

I really like the community. It's close to family. I really enjoy the activities, mainly the art classes, exercise, memoirs and poetry and the book clubs. I appreciate the option to be able to go on grocery runs or the shuttle bus. I enjoy the wide range of opportunities on the activities calendar.

Better than most. Most very friendly. Too many changes.

Friendly atmosphere. Good community. The food is good, never have to wait long. Service is friendly.

MLTP is a friendly, cozy place. Activities couldn't be better. Nursing care from CNA's is great. I felt very secure when I first walked through the door, so did my son.

I like how beautiful it was as the room was more like a home rather than an enclosed facility or dorm room. Don't know how the food is yet but would like to bring [name removed] back for a taste or come back for a lunch visit with [name removed]. Would like to talk to them about price also to see if we can lower it a bit. People were active with exercise room, room clean and laundry was weekly. Still pondering.

Beautiful remodel! Had a great tour with [name removed], Directory of Sales--very personable and provided a lot of info. No pool, but a shuttle can be taken to In Shape 1/2 mile away. Facility includes memory care.

Beautiful community and friendly people. It was very clean. It was a hard decision but choice another community

The staff was informative and friendly. The facility was a bit smaller and older than what we were looking for, but sorry to miss out on a great staff.
