We chose Savanna House because of the activities provided as well as the food. My parents have been really happy with the food, It is chef prepared they have a menu that they choose their meals from and if there is something they want that is not on the menu they can order it anyways. They have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony and they are very happy with it. I have been very impressed with how they have handled covid, they lock down when they need to and open up when they can. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We were able to do an in person tour and the tour was nice, the community itself and people were very nice but it was very dated.

Communication between the staff and the family was good they kept up informed and returned calls quickly. The food was very good and my loved one appreciated the food being delivered during Covid. The variety was good and my loved one enjoyed the food. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff members are brilliant, very responsive and friendly, however there has been a lot of turnovers on every level. Our loved one feel the community is very clean, well kept and taken care of. The food is being delivered to their rooms now since the dining room is closed so sometimes the food is cold, and there pretty much have been no activities since they moved in. They did just have their 60th wedding anniversary so the staff went out of their way to get balloons, wine and flowers.

I think the management is resourceful and smart. They are quick with their processes during the pandemic. They have done a good job at keeping COVID at bay. They have all the residents vaccinated.

We chose The Firs because she wanted to be closer to a hospital, so the location was the main reason. She has been happy with her apartment size, it is great for her needs. I would recommend them to others looking.

The experience of researching and looking into the community was not as bad as we thought it would be. The evaluation of your love could mean your loved may memory care so just be aware. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Right now there are not that many activities due to COVID, however they are trying their best. The most important thing is that they are keeping us safe. We would recommend this community to those who can afford it.

Like most assisted living, they have some issues with turnover and maintaining staff. The rooms sizes are very and they offer a variety of floor plans, The food is very good and they have a good variety I would recommend this community to others

They take good care of the facility and it is always clean, the food is good we enjoyed thanksgiving dinner there a year ago. They work hard to address any issues that we have had. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Citrus Place because of the location, it was closer to our family. Also, just the state it was in, it was very clean. The room sizes here are good, he is in a 1 bedroom apartment. To me, the food always smelled delicious. They have always been very responsive to calls and messages left. Their pharmacy techs here were also awesome, they were helpful. I would recommend the community.

Prior to COVID the activities were good, however now they are pretty much nonexistent. The rooms at this community are fine, and from what we have experience we think they serve good quality meals with a variety.

The staff is very caring, they have worked hard to help my husband. They have been very accommodating to me because of my husband's behavior with dementia. The food is standard cafeteria food, and have a good variety. I would recommend this community to others

The rooms and overall layout of the community are alright. The food is okay, there is not much of a variety to choose from. We would not recommend this community, one being it is to expensive, and second our loved one fell, fractured her hip and they did not notice for a few days.

I like everything here. I have no complaints about the community. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

It has been hard going through this pandemic, but the staff are good. They do their jobs and the caregivers are great.

I'm comfortable here. I want to stay here. The one thing that I could improve here is the dining room. Sometimes, it takes a long time to be served dinner.
