They have great staff, lots of food choices, lots of activities. It is kept very clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Our family member has been living at Seven Lakes Memory Care for 6 months. They have provided wonderful around the clock Care. Seven Lakes welcomes outside Care providers for the extra special needs of their residents, ours included. The food services is excellent, very tasty. House keeping is excellent. They keep a full fun activity calendar each month. A van is used to transport residents to off campus activities. My family always feels welcome when we visit. Communication with all staff has been wonderful. I encourage anyone looking for Memory Care to visit Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland.

I think almond Heights is a beautiful facility. The food is great. The apartment size was wonderful. Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful.

Everyone was welcoming and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. The residents seemed to enjoy the activity in the Great Room.

The facility is quite clean and they keep my mom clean and her room nice and tidy. She's gained 10 lbs since she's been there because of the nutritious food she's getting. She needed to gain weight! She has gotten close to a couple of the staff members that really like my mom. Her apartment is nice size and she has a very pretty view out to the yard and a water fountain. They keep her very busy with lots of activities throughout the day. She even got to lead exercise class yesterday which she loved doing! Overall it's been a good experience although she's still adjusting to her new environment.

Things were presented to me in a clear, easy-to-follow way. [name removed] was my guide he is very kind to the residence's and myself thanks and I will be back with my mother to share my experience.

It's been a positive experience overall! The care staff is very conscientious and takes good care of me. I think my apartment looks good and the food is generally pretty good. Overall, I think we've got a good group of people here.

The staff is caring and respectful and create a wonderful positive environment for the residents. They have so many activities daily to keep residents engaged and busy, if they choose to participate. The apartment is the perfect size and easy to navigate with a wheelchair or walker and the facilities are always kept clean and tidy.

People here are very friendly and the staff treats you like one of their family members. The apartment size is pretty good considering this is a studio. The food is very good and they give you a lot of choices. there is a variety of choices of activities and outside outings.

All the staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, the transition and tours helped my mom adjust to her new place and the other residents were also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to others.

The staff has been great to work with, including [Name Removed] (who provides tours), [Name Removed] at the front desk,[Name Removed] the nurse, and[Name Removed], the activities coordinator. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and attentive, and [Name Removed] in particular brings a lot of enthusiasm to the activities. My dad is in the smallest studio, which works well for him since he can’t walk. The room was clean when he arrived and included a brand-new TV and refrigerator. He describes the facility as beautiful and really enjoys living there. The food has also been consistently delicious—I've eaten there several times myself and can see why he likes it so much.

I wish that they didn’t have a waiting list. However, that pretty much speaks for itself. I have just started touring, and I am most happy with this place. The rooms are of good size and a living area in those rooms makes it much more pleasant for that transition to a facility. The residents rooms were respected with privacy, and this also was important to me. The staff all appeared to be engaged and friendly. I appreciated that they keep their residents active and occupied. They have food options, which is helpful with picky eaters. All around, a great impression.

The administration and office staff respond to questions in a very timely manner. My mother loves the food, and the rooms are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. From the very beginning, the team was patient and supportive while our family worked through the decision for my mother to leave home. They truly reached out and made the transition feel comfortable. The nursing care is very organized, and communication with the medical providers in the facility has been excellent. We feel very fortunate.

The staff and the respect that they have for the residents. They treat them with care and take care of them like they matter to them, not like its a chore. They provide daily activity schedules available to all which keeps folks active and engaged. I am glad my mom is there and she loves it.
