They're friendly cheerful. They are varied and well run. The rooms are very nice, convenient, clean, and well maintained.

It is expensive without any assistance package. Administration- I have not had any experience with them except when first admitted. I feel their add on " nursing care is rather inflated with what they do. [Name Removed] pays [Amount Removed] for very minimal care. Check where the extra care will land on their scale of charges

Chancellor Gardens was a very nice facility. Their staff is highly knowledgeable & qualified to take care of our loved one when the need arises.

The facility is beautiful and all the staff went out of their way to introduce themselves to family members. They always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The room sizes depend on the cost. They do have apartment style rooms as well.

Had a good vibe. People I talked to were friendly and I got a good feeling. I heard the food was delicious there and they left me with some delicious cookies. I would send a loved one here.

The facility is very clean, seems very well run, the only issue has to do with cost, other than that, definitely on the list of possibilities for our mom. [name removed]was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thank you

The staff was excellent. As this was my first experience with this type of activity the initial paperwork and checkin process was overwhelming, the staff walked me through everything and made it easy. The care staff, kitchen staffs were all very accommodating.

We had a relaxed and comprehensive visit. The Sales Rep was helpful and attentive to our interests. However, the facilty was completely full, so it was not possible to see a unit in person.

Everything was definitely great at Hillcrest. The staff was amazing and took fantastic care of our Dad. The room size was great and it was always clean. Everyone became an extended family member, to not only Dad but us. It really was amazing from the head of the staff to everyone who works there. It was the best decision we could have made. Loved every one.

I was really impressed with Citrus Place. The staff was super friendly and the patients were happy. The food looked delicious. There were activities to do so people wouldn't be bored. I saw a room and they were spacious clean and bright. I would definitely recommend Citrus Place.

Everyone was very friendly and the facility was clean and accommodating. There were lots of activities going on for the residents and I received some delicious cookies when I left.

I like that it is built on one level, which enables residents to get to know each other better because they are not spread out on multiple floors. It is a smaller, more intimate feeling. I love how the staff knows each resident by name, and their needs. I feel very confident that mom is being taken care of better than I ever could!

The staff is vey kind and considerate. They keep the room clean. Laundry is included once a week, one batch.
