Chancellor Gardens is a blessing for our family. My sister is in the memory care unit. Communication is timely and reliable. Staff is always kind to my sister even when she isn't kind herself. Lots of activities for residents. They are a great partner in helping us care for our loved one.

They are caring, friendly, helpful and not overbearing or pushy. The food is delicious. Mom loves the desserts. The activities are fun and well thought out. The latest was a luau with tropical drinks in cups that lit up with special straws. A delicious buffet and entertainment.

My mom is in memory care and all of the staff call her by name all of the time. They're very kind and good with her. They have activities that keep them busy during the day. I have eaten with my mom many times and the food is generally good, but low on seasoning.

Yes, I absolutely Loved Citrus Place for my father! They took Great care of him, they had events n activities which he Loved, every single staff member on his wing knew him by name (even maintenance and housekeeping crew ), they served good food, n protocols for safety were at the highest standards!! The price was unmatchable for the amenities and Quality of care!!

I have visited the commons nearly everyday for the past 7 years. It is well-run well -kept and the employee are attentive, kind and efficient. The Commons easily gets 5 stars and is unquestionably a wonderful facility.

My mother has been at Seven Lakes for over a year. Her care has been excellent! The staff — from executive director to housekeeping and everyone else — truly cares for each resident. The staff is highly trained to care for those living with dementia. They are understanding, patient, generous, giving, and respectful. The facility itself is beautiful; it looks and feels like home. It is clean, well-maintained, and the grounds are lovely. My mother loves the food! She is fed well, snacks are provided whenever they are wanted, and the variety of the dishes is more than I could provide her in my own home. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I do not believe you could find a better home than Seven Lakes.

The level of individual residents care is very good, and customizable. The facility has both assisted living and memory care so in the event of serious memory loss a resident can just move to the memory unit with limited disruption. The facility is new and feels like living in a high end hotel.

This is my second time living at Huntington terrace and I love it. Wonderful, caring staff, great selection of apartments and activities. The food is one of the best tasting for residential, senior living.

[name removed]!! So knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations for making things work for us. The facility is also very lovely and many good staff members. But it is people like [name removed] that give u the reassurance that everything will be handled. She was available for questions endlessly and we had many!!! This is always a sensitive time and most families need guidance.

The food is sufficiently varied and of high quality. They offer numerous planned activities and provide great spaces for impromptu games for the residents. The staff is all exceptionally nice and seem to genuinely care about the residents

Their medical director, [name removed], was amazing. Extremely communicative and supportive through the whole process. Caregivers were so kind to dad, and to all of us when we visited. They were especially aware and supportive through our hospice time, which made a hard experience a little softer.

I wish my mom would have agreed to go sooner to enjoy all they had to offer. We were actually looking forward to having meals there with her, as we heard there is an excellent chef! Everyone was very kind, welcoming and caring. Her end of life care was excellent.

Building well constructed. Services outstanding. Staff phenomenal. Can't say enough good things about your staff-always cheerful, helpful & professional. Outstanding!

All are very friendly. I would recommend.

The staff is amazing! They know each resident by name, and what their needs are, and how to help them. Mom forgets to eat, so they come to her room and remind her, and escort her to the dining room. The food is excellent, I have eaten there myself and give it a thumbs up! If the time comes that my husband and/or I need Assisted Living, this would be top of my list.

5 for all. Food may be a 4, otherwise it was fantastic. The staff was supportive and patient in answering my questions, or when I needed an input on something

The intake process was went very smoothly and [name removed] is a great help. There are tons of actives for the residents to do.

It's been a good experience. Great staff and friendly people.

I'd say 5 on all of them. He's broken his hip and had a stoke since he moved in and they have been fantastic to us. Very friendly and helpful. Residents are friendly as well. Very nice, easy to get around, well equipped. They have multiple size apartments and they are very updated. Full kitchens in all the ILF and electric fireplaces which is nice for winters in Colorado.
