Staff bent over backwards to help our sister make as smooth a transition as possible. The friendliness of the staff, the pleasant atmosphere, the cleanliness is what stuck out.

Everything I experienced at Highland Glen was exceptional. My only regret is that my "mom" (friend) didn't end up staying. She has moved 3 times since though. She is extremely anxious and can't seem to settle in anywhere. That doesn't take away from all the staff at Highland Glen did for her! [name removed] was extremely kind and patient! The front receptionist and others we met were so friendly and welcoming. The facility is very beautiful and I felt like the choices in activities were very nice. Also the food options were very impressive. In addition, I have a friend whose mom was there during her final days who absolutely loved the care her mother received and highly recommended Highland Glen!

If I ever need help with anything the care staff is always there, and they're always very friendly. Everything from care to dining to housekeeping everyone is always accommodating! And our nurse, [name removed], is amazing. You can hear her laugh anywhere in the building. She's always right where you need her and she's so involved with the residents. I'm very happy here. I have no complaints!

I would give them all a 5. It wasn't all perfect, but close enough. What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff and the residents. Yes, we would recommend McDowell Village to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff was so nice from the moment I arrived, during visits with my brother, and extremely caring and supportive when my brother passed. That continued when I returned to collect his belongings. I highly recommend Kirkwood.

The staff there is amazing. The variety of activities, which is 3-4 per day. They take a lot of care to make sure residents feel at home and happy. Everyone is very friendly and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

As a wife of a resident apx. 12 years ago, I diligently read the thick book, "Contented Dementia" by [name removed]. I thought all Care Providers should read it, BUT better than that the Executive Directors that followed collaborated with Dementia Together, a wonderful organization specializing in teaching AND practicing all the book's concepts to Care Providers, Support Staff, & Patients' Loved Ones. Book reading not needed & putting in practice all the concepts are encouraged for all involved. The "Contented" means that following these "rules" help make the Patient, Care Provider, & Loved Ones ALL Contented during the difficult journey through dementia. [name removed], the present ED continues with Dementia Together's staff on keeping us all educated.

All great wonderful staff and facilities 5 across the board as very good place for my mom and her care. The staff is great work with and mom's room is always clean and trash emptied daily. The size of mom's room is perfect for her, with a view of the mountains. She likes all the people there and lots of activities keep her busy everyday. They even have a walking group every morning. Inside if it's cold and if it's a nice day they go for a walk outside around the facility. I would recommend this facility for sure.

What we like the most about Sky Vista is that they took great care of my husband made sure he wasn't left in his room alone. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom loves the activities. The people. The facility. The food is good. A lot going on and we would 100% recommend this community to other families. Mom's become one of the people to talk to when coming to visit. She is very happy with Citrus. I loved both places but this one seemed to be a better fit for Mom. She would have loved either place. The staff really cares about her and the other residents.

5 across the board. The food is delicious, staff is attentive, place is very clean. We would absolutely recommend The Wellington community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

All staff from Admin, to maintenance, to housekeeping, to caregivers are all wonderful, regardless of the shift (day, night, weekend or week day). We have recovered from the usual bumps a life transition like this brings. Everyone bent over backwards. My mom is gaining weight from dangerously low and headed towards a healthy weight, so she likes the food. Her overall wellbeing has improved at Seven Lakes.

The people who work here actually care about the residents and their families. The large outdoor patio, especially on sunny days, is a gathering area where residents sit in the sun, socialize and families gather as well. This is what sold me. The community as a whole participates in the bigger activities which makes it fun. In particular the weekly "live music parties" are a huge hit! The residents spend a majority of their day out of their rooms which was very important to me. There is also a good number of men here which isn't always common. Only real issue is parking for visitors can be tough. Truly this is a great place that's affordable comparatively. It may not be the most modern or up to date but it's the people who make it. They try to get the residents active and involved which helps keep them enjoying life. I've toured at least 20 places. You see gorgeous expensive facilities but no one is out of their rooms and it feels impersonal, almost hotel like or some are more hospital like. For assisted living level of care Huntington Terrace is perfect. I can't say enough about it.

Staff is treated well and all care about their residents, going above and beyond expectations. It is always clean, comfortable, bright warm, and welcoming. They are genuinely friendly and helpful staff that all know their residents well. Quality of care is great partnerships with organizations and people that care. Staff- again, absolutely the best I have met anywhere. Food - this was one of the big selling points for my step dad. He did not like the food where he was before and remembered this place for the good food they had when we visited. After many months, he is still quite happy with the food.

There is not much that this community could improve on and yes, I would recommend The Commons on Thornton to other families based on the experience I have had so far. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.

We recently found Island House Assisted Living on Mercer Island for a family member. [name removed] the representative who helped us went beyond herself proving us with professional and informative care. So far everything about Island House has lived up to our expectations which is such a relief. The team at Island house led by [name removed], continue to provide a wonderful living environment for our family member for which we are extremely grateful.

We were looking for a nice retirement environment for my 93 year old mother-in-law. A Place For Mom contacted several facilities who in turn got in touch with us, which gave us the opportunity to review and visit facilities. My MIL fell in love with the amenities and friendly staff at The Firs. We are so happy that she is in a safe and loving environment. Thanks Place For Mom.

I was impressed with the facility on my first visit. My mother was looking for an Independent Living Residence and McDowell Village was at the top of her list. She has been a resident for a few weeks and has already made friends and participated in a number of activities. The food is great and the staff members are always helpful.

The care staff are just incredible. Not an easy job to care for elderly folks who may have mobility issues. The staff are tender, positive, and resilient. When you see other residents smiling, greeting each other, and talking, you know it is a true community. We've been very pleased.

The caring staff and the ability to transition from Assisted Living to Memory Care within the same facility were the main reasons we chose them. Estancia Del Sol has given me "Peace of mind" knowing that my parents are in a safe place, getting the care they both need.
