I would rate CP 5 on all questions EXCEPT the NIGHT crew. They don't pay enough attention. They need supervision. The day caregivers are really good. Overall, I am glad I picked it. They are a good group and the supervisor (name removed) is very responsive to needs.

Dale Commons a beautiful venue and they work hard at trying to make the residence feel cared for and heard. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff is very good at engaging the residents in activities that keep them stimulated. The location of the facility is great, it is also only about 15 minutes from where I live so I can visit often.

Emerald Valley is super clean, really well maintained, have activities that match levels of mobility, staff is very friendly and caring. We would recommend this community to other families

What we like the most about Sky Ridge is everything especially the staff members and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I recently toured Northgate Plaza and had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and full of great amenities. I also had lunch during my visit, and the food was very good. It’s clear they focus on creating a vibrant, comfortable environment for residents. I would highly recommend taking a look if you’re considering senior living options.

I recently toured Northgate Plaza in Seattle’s Northgate neighborhood, and I have to say, it’s a really nice looking building. The design and layout are well done, and it feels welcoming and well-maintained. During the bazaar, the atmosphere was especially vibrant, making the experience even better. It’s clear that the space is thoughtfully utilized for events like this. [name removed] was the tour guide and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable by sharing interesting details about the building and its features. Overall, a great spot to explore especially with such a well organized tour!

I will just say my experience with Chancellor Gardens was excellent. The facility had some maintenance issues while my mom lived there because it was an older facility. But they were taken care of. The staff was top notch.

Mostly totally satisfied wonderful staff some flooding/plumbing issue but they are resolved quickly. I enjoy my time here.

What I like the most about Citrus Place is the local, riverside native and I would recommend this community to other families .

MBK Northgate is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained everything is. They are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. There are so many options to choose from, and the spacious two-bedroom layouts are perfect for those who want a little extra room to spread out. There is such real kindness here. After spending several years as an invalid at home with some help, a fall incapacitated me even further with a bad ankle break. After over three months in bed (hospital and rehab) it was clear I would not be able to go back to life as I knew it. I chose Island House because I have known many people who came here, and it was literally as close to “home” as I could be. After the emotionally hard transition, I have come to know that real angels, for the most part, with smiles and tender care, make up the care/support staff, in whom I have to rely for so many things. Highly recommend,

Highland Glen is a wonderful place. It’s clean and the staff is very caring. The activities and outings were always carefully thought out. I specifically appreciate the kitchen staff. The food is readily available for our loved one and is always prepared fresh. I’d highly recommend Highland Glen.

My uncle is getting great care at The Montera. We are so happy to have chosen a great community.

Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. The director there was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue we had, but it did get worked out was working with the nurse on her medications. There was a bit of disconnect there.

The care at The Montera has been great. They provide excellent communication and made it a smooth move-in process for us.

My parents were hesitant to move into an assisted living facility. They knew they needed help but it was also important for them to have independence. They had outdated ideas of what assisted living was. The Island House has changed all of that and has far exceeded all expectations. My parents couldn’t be happier! The staff has gone beyond helping them settle in and become part of the community. [name removed]has been making them the most delicious food! [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]are ensuring all of their needs are met. And the rest of the community has been extremely welcoming. It’s a very supportive and nurturing environment and one that my parents are thriving in. We are very grateful to have found the Island House!

[name removed], was Exceptional, as well as Everyone from maintenance, service staff. Every level of any employee- greets you, refer to your family member and engage in conversation about your loved one.

They were amazing. My mom was there a little over 2 years in Memory Care which is a challenge for all concerned. Before my mom passed in July she had been on Hospice. They worked with the Estancia team . The last year I was there every day with different shifts and they were always kind and compassionate. I have recommended them to anyone we have met with that need.
