I recently toured Northgate Plaza and had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and full of great amenities. I also had lunch during my visit, and the food was very good. It’s clear they focus on creating a vibrant, comfortable environment for residents. I would highly recommend taking a look if you’re considering senior living options.

I recently toured Northgate Plaza in Seattle’s Northgate neighborhood, and I have to say, it’s a really nice looking building. The design and layout are well done, and it feels welcoming and well-maintained. During the bazaar, the atmosphere was especially vibrant, making the experience even better. It’s clear that the space is thoughtfully utilized for events like this. [name removed] was the tour guide and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable by sharing interesting details about the building and its features. Overall, a great spot to explore especially with such a well organized tour!

I will just say my experience with Chancellor Gardens was excellent. The facility had some maintenance issues while my mom lived there because it was an older facility. But they were taken care of. The staff was top notch.

Mostly totally satisfied wonderful staff some flooding/plumbing issue but they are resolved quickly. I enjoy my time here.

What I like the most about Citrus Place is the local, riverside native and I would recommend this community to other families .

MBK Northgate is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained everything is. The attention to detail in keeping the community spotless is impressive. The staff here are simply amazing. Especially [name removed] & [name removed]! They are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Whether it's helping with a question, planning fun activities, or just offering a friendly smile, their genuine care shines through in everything they do. One of the standout features of this community is the variety of floor plans available. There are so many options to choose from, and the spacious two-bedroom layouts are perfect for those who want a little extra room to spread out. The large bedrooms, open living spaces, and thoughtful designs make it feel like home immediately. If you're looking for a senior living community that offers cleanliness & comfort, this is it!

There is such real kindness here. After spending several years as an invalid at home with some help, a fall incapacitated me even further with a bad ankle break. After over three months in bed (hospital and rehab) it was clear I would not be able to go back to life as I knew it. I chose Island House because I have known many people who came here, and it was literally as close to “home” as I could be. After the emotionally hard transition, I have come to know that real angels, for the most part, with smiles and tender care, make up the care/support staff, in whom I have to rely for so many things. Highly recommend,

Highland Glen is a wonderful place. It’s clean and the staff is very caring. The activities and outings were always carefully thought out. I specifically appreciate the kitchen staff. The food is readily available for our loved one and is always prepared fresh. I’d highly recommend Highland Glen.

My uncle is getting great care at The Montera. We are so happy to have chosen a great community.

Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. The director there was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue we had, but it did get worked out was working with the nurse on her medications. There was a bit of disconnect there.

The care at The Montera has been great. They provide excellent communication and made it a smooth move-in process for us.

My parents were hesitant to move into an assisted living facility. They knew they needed help but it was also important for them to have independence. They had outdated ideas of what assisted living was. The Island House has changed all of that and has far exceeded all expectations. My parents couldn’t be happier! The staff has gone beyond helping them settle in and become part of the community. [name removed]has been making them the most delicious food! [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]are ensuring all of their needs are met. And the rest of the community has been extremely welcoming. It’s a very supportive and nurturing environment and one that my parents are thriving in. We are very grateful to have found the Island House!

[name removed], was Exceptional, as well as Everyone from maintenance, service staff. Every level of any employee- greets you, refer to your family member and engage in conversation about your loved one.

They were amazing. My mom was there a little over 2 years in Memory Care which is a challenge for all concerned. Before my mom passed in July she had been on Hospice. They worked with the Estancia team . The last year I was there every day with different shifts and they were always kind and compassionate. I have recommended them to anyone we have met with that need.

Great! Everybody is so helpful and the caregivers come when you need help. There is always someone available to help. The atmosphere is joyful, clean and pleasant. PT and nurse come right to my room. Dt's great here.

We had looked here prior and chose a place that seemed nicer but it was too big for her. This place is the perfect size and the first place she has made friends. Each one of the staff make the residents feel like they truly belong.

Mt 91 yr father moved here from Maui in 2022 and has adjusted well and is very happy. Always involved with the planned activities. Very friendly staff. The outing they have are always a fun time for the residents. I have made friends with many of the residents as well as staff.

5's all the way. It's expensive but they treat their residents very well. My mom loves it there. The staff bend over backwards to make the living experience great. Rooms are very nice and they do so many activities Daily it's really amazing. I was worried that mom would be bored but their activity manager is excellent.

I have visited The Commons 1-2x daily for about 6years. I have seen heard and experienced the professionalism and kindness of administration and staff. The facility is prompt and attentive with repairs, cleanliness, medicine and wonderful with special event and handing of Covid restrictions.

My mom is doing great at Sky Vista. It is a wonderful place for my mom and I feel so blessed she is in such a great comprehensive facility. She does feel like she is home even though she misses her own. I was just there for 8 days visiting and took her back to her own house for a day and she was not upset at all returning to Sky Vista. She loves the ladies she has met and they have a sweet cohesive group. The facility is great at putting together similar people when she first arrived. I have been an RN for 44 years and love to help guide people to do the best they can for their family members. I live in NC, 2500 miles away and Sky Vista gives me peace of mind. It's always easy for me to reach a staff member by phone or email if I have questions or need taken care of for my mom.
