Bringing Mom from her home to a strange place was one of the most difficult things I have ever done.  After meeting with [name removed], my decision of where was taken care of. As hard as this transition was to imagine,I knew this was the right place.  [name removed] ,and her staff have made a very scared and timid person feel at ease. I’m starting to see her feel like family. What started out as fear on her face is now replaced by a smile and laughter. She is safe and happy! We have had some family visits and we have been made to feel very welcome.  Thank you for making this move a very positive experience.

MuirWoods Memory Care is the most family-oriented, warm, and friendly environment I have had the pleasure of being in contact with. The staff is so nice and always willing to help. They take great care of each resident respective to individual needs, they take the time to get to know each resident and that residents likes and dislikes. It feels like home when you walk into the building, from the warm greetings to the lovely refreshments, and everything in between.

[name removed] and [name removed] are fantastic, they give you such a feeling of confidence that your loved one will be well cared for at this facility Residents continually came up and hugged them on our tour, and after 48 hours my mom seems happy, adjusted and well cared for at Hacienda Del Rey.

First impression- people are everywhere! Residents, guests and staff are interacting, participating and smiling. My reason for being here- daily security and safety. Lock and leave when I travel. But bonus! Full service if I am unable to leave the campus. Entertainment, food and exercise!

This is a caring community. The staff and people are very friendly and helpful.

In most cases the staff goes above and beyond in trying to please. Very receptive to suggestions. Everyone cares about everyone. The administration got us through covid without any deaths.

My mother was a resident for nearly two years until she passed under hospice care at the facility. The staff was excellent in caring for my mother. They kept the facility clean and bright for the residents. I highly recommend this facility.

This is a wonderful place to be if you need senior living. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and I enjoy sitting outside. The work the employees put in to all the decorating for the holidays is spectacular. I moved in during Valentines and was so impressed with all the work put in to all the decorations and parties. [name removed] who is in charge of the activities is very sweet and i really enjoy her personality. The servers are all wonderful in the dining room. [name removed] always has a smile for everyone. All the staff is wonderful. Plus I enjoy all the amenities like the gym.

Caregivers, even though I don't receive services, will stop by every morning and say hi. And that means a lot.

My experience while living here has been fine- assistance from those stationed in the hall, food in the dining room is great, many are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities available.

I have lived in The Village for two years and I am blessed (and spoiled). That are so many wonderful, interesting people. The staff are always busu, making life interesting and fulfilling. I have no complaints- all is well. I'm very thankful.
