Everyone from the director down makes you feel heard. They understand what you're going through. I highly recommend Palisades At Broadmoor Park to others.

They were great there. The price and distance was to far. I have nothing bad to say about Sky Vista. Everyone that we have encountered there has been very helpful and kind. My Mom is a handful but they did a great job with her.

My dad has been living at McDowell Village for 2+ months now and is doing very well! I can relax knowing that he is being taken care of, eating good food, staying active, and making new friends. He enjoys the activities and appreciates the transportation and outings. Every staff member has been very friendly and seems to genuinely love their work. The facility is kept super clean and the apartments are very nice. I have zero complaints!

I'm very happy for my family member who is at the Commons. He is happy taken care of and seems happy when I visit. The staff is great. Memory Center As always you must be your own advocate in these situations and I'm happy so far. I'm in too of it.

I chose the one bedroo with a den because it fit my budget, and did not feel claustrophobic like the 1br. I am disappointed.that the color of.the walls and carpet is gray ( I prefer ivory or tan). The cabinets are all the kind where the drawers ease shut. I feel like royalty.when I shut them. We get so many services included: housekeeping & bed change 1x week. The food is better if you go early. I am gluten free, and there is always a way to make this work. Some of their meals are absolutely top notch. The steak is hit-and- miss, but melts in your mouth when it is a hit. Some of my favorites: pot roast ( yes, really), pork ( forget the precise name) has a delicious sauce and is delectable. Breakfast is trickier ( gluten issues), but still enough choices to work. Haven't done many activities yet, but are varied & sound fun

I would give them a 5 in all categories! The Charleston was a great place for Mom, though she wasn't there for very long. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The Charleston was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Mom even made a couple of friends, which was rare after Dad passed. I don't know many people that need to find a place for their parents, but I have always spoken highly of the facility and for your service as well. You guys were the best when we desperately needed some guidance.

I had multiple things happen to my parents at the same time which turned our family care plan upside down. Commons at Dallas Ranch worked quickly, within a matter of a few days, to help me get my dad placed in this facility. I found all the staff very compassionate, understanding, and willing to help me with my situation. They also put me at ease during a very emotional and stressful period of time. I would highly recommend Commons at Dallas Ranch be on your short list.

[name removed] the marketing director is exceptional and always goes the extra mile! [name removed] the exercise Coach works with mom 5 days a week on site. Exercise classes sitting yoga, awesome. Front desk is always kind and I Love the fresh floral bouquet in the Lobby!! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this to others especially when they have the same on rent

Staff are very friendly and helpful for all questions and suggestions. Facility is always clean and food is great with lots of variety. I would definitely recommend Citrus Place to others looking.

I am a retired LVN & retired Correctional officer. I was invited by my friend [Name Removed] to attend his event for celebrating National Senior fitness day. I was toured by [Name Removed] ( director of sales ). I was so overwhelmed… & I can see myself there in the future. I highly recommend this place.. a beautiful home for the aged. Quiet & decent environment. I got interested in coming for more visit to know more about the place & help & share my experience to the community of Stockton . Special mention to Andrew Coronado ! Job well done !

My loved one was previously a resident at Sky Vista and the overall experience at this facility was great. The move in process was great. The staff, housekeeping and communication with the family were all excellent. I would recommend Sky Vista to others. I am 85 years old and I told my kids that Sky Vista is my next home!

Memory care is divided into 3 neighborhoods with 10-15 residents eating in their own kitchen/dining room together with resident given 2 options for each meal. Doors open into a relaxing shaded quad area to sit, exercise, visit others or stop in the ice cream bar anytime. Each day starts with an uplifting reading and a couple activities each morning and afternoon are interspersed with bingo, music, art, exercise and memory games in different small group areas. Staff is upbeat but sometimes short handed. Jack & Jill rooms are clean and allow some personal touches for their own things, a TV and some privacy. The atmosphere is homelike rather than like a “cruise ship” and is a better fit with the small groups learning to function more like a family.

We like Citrus Place community so well we have placed a second family member there. The staff is super friendly! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would 100% recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

5 for all. My Mom loves it. They are very helpful with her advancing needs of care. [name removed] the sales director was super personable but I checked the Social Services website & spoke with actual residents during my tour of the facility to firm up the plan.

I really feel this is a wonderful place to be. The staff bends over backward to accommodate my special food allergies. Everyone is so nice to me.

This place has been the best for me. I have been here for 5 years. I am so grateful for the gym and physical therapy program. We have the best chef too!

This is my first experience with assisted living. We have been here 1 year and 5 months. We have nothing to compare it to but our experience has been pleasant and comfortable. The staff works hard to make the experience welcoming and beneficial.

I have been a resident for about a year and a half. This is my only experience living in this kind of environment. I would rate the Wellington as "very good."
