I have visited The Commons 1-2x daily for about 6years. I have seen heard and experienced the professionalism and kindness of administration and staff. The facility is prompt and attentive with repairs, cleanliness, medicine and wonderful with special event and handing of Covid restrictions.

My mom is doing great at Sky Vista. It is a wonderful place for my mom and I feel so blessed she is in such a great comprehensive facility. She does feel like she is home even though she misses her own. I was just there for 8 days visiting and took her back to her own house for a day and she was not upset at all returning to Sky Vista. She loves the ladies she has met and they have a sweet cohesive group. The facility is great at putting together similar people when she first arrived. I have been an RN for 44 years and love to help guide people to do the best they can for their family members. I live in NC, 2500 miles away and Sky Vista gives me peace of mind. It's always easy for me to reach a staff member by phone or email if I have questions or need taken care of for my mom.

The experience was great while my father was here! Staff was communicating well with me when needed. Friendly atmosphere when I visited. Food was excellent and available throughout the day.

We looked at many assisted living communities and when we visited McDowell Village and met [name removed] , we knew we had found the right place for our dad. [name removed]and the team there made us feel like family and we knew it was the right place. The food in the dining room was excellent in quality and in choices each meal. The concierge staff that assists with television and computer support is also excellent and prompt. I highly recommend McDowell Village and like to thank [name removed] for his great level of professionalism and compassion.

My husband and I were in need of a place for my mom and loved The Commons on our first visit! [name removed]was absolutely wonderful on our tour. We decided to become a member of their community soon after. Sadly, my mom became ill and was not able to move in when expected. She entered under Comfort Care and spent her last days with the amazing care and comfort of everyone involved with her case. We only wished she could have moved in sooner to enjoy this amazing facility! We are so grateful to have made arrangements with The Commons, and we so enjoyed my mom’s short stay there.

My mom has been a resident here for 1-1/2 years. She loves it here. Everyone at The Commons is extremely friendly, attentive and makes sure my moms needs are always met. I would recommend The Commons to anyone who asks.

We love coming for all the amazing events they out on for the residents and their families!

I had a wonderful tour of Cottonwood Creek. The residents all look happy and the staff all said hello as we walked around. I loved the lovely ladies that greeted me on the outside benches. When the time is right we will move mom is here.

I recently had to manage my dad's transition to Creekside independent living facility, and I’m truly grateful for having found this place. They are affordable and extremely helpful at navigating the transition, which has made a significant difference for us. The food is good, and the staff is as friendly as they were during our first visit, always making sure my dad feels safe, comfortable, and independent. Their genuine care and support have really eased this process for us. I highly recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a supportive environment for their loved ones!!!

The Inn is a wonderful comfortable home for my mom. Although she doesn't take advantage of many of the activities available, there are many to choose from. She has made some really good friends and enjoys the variety of dining options available. The staff always greets her (and me) by name. Building and grounds are kept very clean and orderly. Lovely backyard too.

Inviting and encouraging environment, supportive of individual interests and community activities ! Beautiful dining areas, reading library and TV lounges! Primary care staff and support personnel are always kind, cheerful and compassionate. Dining wait staff and meal service personnel are extremely friendly and responsive to individual requests. Management and supervisors are always accessible and responsive to concerns and questions. Housekeeping is excellent!

All are 5! We are so very happy with the care , the people and the respect and love they show my father in law and we would recommend the Sky Ridge Senior Living community to other families.

Cottonwood Creek has been my mothers home for a few years now. She has so many friends, enjoys outings and activities and the food is really good. I am comforted knowing she has care staff available when she needs extra help.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Meals are good and delicious.

Cottonwood Creek is a safe, very pleasant living facility. They are helpful, very pleasant employees, very willing to offer assistance in any instance.

The staff at Huntington Terrace superseded our expectations. From the moment you enter the staff there speak life! The atmosphere is so welcoming! As you step further in you experience the resident’s cheerfulness as well. My brother-in-law [name removed] is in the best hands and that gives my husband [name removed] and I great comfort and peace in mind. In addition to the immediate care the supervisors have also gone above and beyond with advice on his all around care. We are so grateful!

Staff is great! They make every effort to help residents be comfortable and access all their amenities. The facilities are very very nice. I'm very pleased with that. My mom is 92 and has declining health and she doesn't have a lot of ability to care for herself so it does stretch their capacity to to meet her needs.
