While I can tell you great things about the assisted living side, this review today is for the Memory Care team and their exceptional care for our mom. I have never seen a staff of so many caring people work so hard to make their clients’ lives better and, without fail, with smiles on their faces. The team members always create a vibrant upbeat atmosphere, have tons of activities for the clientele, and make sure the client’s health is tip top. Our mom’s health increased dramatically once she was in the care of these professionals because they have such an amazing system and culture. Thank you to [names removed] and the entire staff (and ‘entire staff’ is not an exaggeration) for taking such excellent care of our mother. A special Thank You [name removed], the director, who’s made this process so comfortable for us. She’s ten steps ahead on everything, runs an amazing care service, and won’t ask anyone else to do anything she won’t do herself. Cannot recommend enough!

As soon as you are greeted at the front desk you feel like you are at a resort. Every staff member we have met has been so genuine and kind. I can tell they really cares for my nana. This was a really hard decision for my family and we are so thankful to have found The Commons on Thornton. We were afraid that she was going to have a hard time adjusting to community living but we all agree we should have done this along time ago. We have decorated her apartment so cute she feels right at home. She enjoys the painting activities and is happy to have made so many new friends.

My mother is thriving at Palisades. They really seem to care about the residents and work hard to keep them engaged. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, was adamantly opposed to moving out of her house and into an ALF, but now when I talk with her, she seems so happy - and oftentimes we only have a few minutes to talk because she is getting ready to go to some activity or another with her friends.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly and the openness of the facility. I would recommend the Citrus Place community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Our mother tells us every time we visit (weekly) that the staff is so respectful and responsive.

The care staff at Seven Lakes were phenomenal, not just in the way they treated, Mom, but also how they treated our entire family. They gave the love and support we wanted for Mom and didn't know we needed for us. It was better care than we could have provided at home and just as loving.

The staff are outstanding. Caring, polite and attentive! Based on the experience we have had so far, I have recommended this community to other families and will continue to do so

Our loved one has now passed away but Hillcrest was amazing! They took such good care of her and helped us find the perfect hospice company to work with and were so helpful and supportive. 5 all the way!

When I walked in it immediately felt like home. From the minute I came in I didn't want to leave. I felt the warmth that you get when you're home.

My mom passed away the end of December. What made our experience so far, was for the month she was there, the whole staff was exceptional. I was always made aware of everything going on.

My Mom passed away on [date removed]. Palisades was wonderful and respectful with her passing. They went far above in getting her moved to their facility. [name removed] jumped through hoops getting the needed equipment she needed. The room was always spotless and they were very kind to her and to us. When she passed they were very caring to both her and the family.

Just want to say how happy we are with Mountlake terrace plaza My mom was living in an apartment by herself and very lonely Now she has a great room, 3 wonderful meals a day, and tons of activities I no longer have to worry about her Thank you to the wonderful staff at the plaza Happy kids

My loved one received excellent, loving care from the Kirkwood family. I highly recommend this facility. The staff is very responsive to all my concerns. I highly recommend this facility. My loved one was very happy there.

Everyone from the director down makes you feel heard. They understand what you're going through. I highly recommend Palisades At Broadmoor Park to others.

They were great there. The price and distance was to far. I have nothing bad to say about Sky Vista. Everyone that we have encountered there has been very helpful and kind. My Mom is a handful but they did a great job with her.

My dad has been living at McDowell Village for 2+ months now and is doing very well! I can relax knowing that he is being taken care of, eating good food, staying active, and making new friends. He enjoys the activities and appreciates the transportation and outings. Every staff member has been very friendly and seems to genuinely love their work. The facility is kept super clean and the apartments are very nice. I have zero complaints!

I'm very happy for my family member who is at the Commons. He is happy taken care of and seems happy when I visit. The staff is great. Memory Center As always you must be your own advocate in these situations and I'm happy so far. I'm in too of it.

I chose the one bedroo with a den because it fit my budget, and did not feel claustrophobic like the 1br. I am disappointed.that the color of.the walls and carpet is gray ( I prefer ivory or tan). The cabinets are all the kind where the drawers ease shut. I feel like royalty.when I shut them. We get so many services included: housekeeping & bed change 1x week. The food is better if you go early. I am gluten free, and there is always a way to make this work. Some of their meals are absolutely top notch. The steak is hit-and- miss, but melts in your mouth when it is a hit. Some of my favorites: pot roast ( yes, really), pork ( forget the precise name) has a delicious sauce and is delectable. Breakfast is trickier ( gluten issues), but still enough choices to work. Haven't done many activities yet, but are varied & sound fun

I would give them a 5 in all categories! The Charleston was a great place for Mom, though she wasn't there for very long. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The Charleston was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Mom even made a couple of friends, which was rare after Dad passed. I don't know many people that need to find a place for their parents, but I have always spoken highly of the facility and for your service as well. You guys were the best when we desperately needed some guidance.

I had multiple things happen to my parents at the same time which turned our family care plan upside down. Commons at Dallas Ranch worked quickly, within a matter of a few days, to help me get my dad placed in this facility. I found all the staff very compassionate, understanding, and willing to help me with my situation. They also put me at ease during a very emotional and stressful period of time. I would highly recommend Commons at Dallas Ranch be on your short list.
