I feel comfortable here. There are so many wonderful people. Between staff and residents. Everyone is so friendly!

He's been Northgate Plaza three months so far so good. He is tough but they still keep him. I like the overall feel there and like I say he seems good and engaged. Happy with the food and activities and they honored him as a veteran. The staff seem mature. It has been a really good experience so far.

My loved one was previously a resident at Citrus Place and most everything was great for him while he was there. We loved this place! I would recommend this facility to others and have. We actually just recently referred a friend's mom here and they are happy with her placement.

It is a great place, My father really likes it. The food is really good and he likes the entertainment. Convenient parking is very limited? It has been good. They have some very strict rules about keeping OTC meds in the room. His doctor had to do an order so Dad could keep simple OTC meds in his room. We got it worked out finally.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to their needs, the money is well worth the peace of mind that they are in good hands. I would definitely recommend Palisades At Broadmoor Park to others.

Memory care is a difficult environment for staff and residents. I found the staff to be very caring and patient. Many residents are alone and many do not have the ability to communicate, however the staff was wonderful. My family spent Mother's Day with my mom, there were activities for everyone to participate. My mom passed away shortly afterwards but we have the pictures and memories of that day to remember her by.

I think it is wonderful here! I love the activity lady and she is offering a variety of wonderful activities - we even get our nails painted once a week! We also have 3 entertainers a week.

The Wellington is a wonderful place the food is amazing, everyone takes such great care of me. I love all the music that we have and all there is to do.

I have made a number of friends, I try to have fun because am a fun person. I enjoy being a part of the welcoming committee.

Welcoming, friendly people, helpful when you need it. Lots of things to do, you can be busy from early am to night time. Mealtime people are friendly and courteous towards everyone. My seventh year at independent living.

Before I placed my auntie, I toured several places and also took time to speak with the residents. I felt Kirkwood was the perfect fit. The staff is very caring, sensitive and nurturing. I especially value and appreciate [name removed]! This is the best and was my reason I brought auntie here!

Our experience with Citrus Place was beyond great. The staff was caring and very observant of the residents and the facilities were outstanding. The food was delicious and healthy. I would recommend Citrus Place to others.

I moved my parents to this facility a month ago. They are settling into their two bedroom space. I like that they can go outside their own doors and sit outside. The yard area is really nice. The facility is close to the freeway so there is traffic noise all the time. But the birds drown it out. Most of the staff is young. The food is good enough. I ve eaten in the dining room twice. My parents have not engaged in the activities offered yet. Mom likes having the hair salon right there. She gets her hair done every Friday. There are some funny high school like dynamics going on amongst The guest that surprise me. But people will be who they are. All in all I feel they are in a safe place eating healthy food with a nice yard to watch the birds. They are 87 and 92. What more can one ask.

All five stars! We were very happy with everything that Huntington Terrace had to offer. Everyone has been very friendly and caring.

They are very helpful with navigating the care system-including hospital visits, how to decide on a possible transition to increased care (ie- more aid, or move to memory care). Nothing is ever a nuisance to them.

The Firs is across the street from St Peter's hospital and many many professional medical offices. This makes my visits and e.g. hip replacement this year very convenient. The building is aged, but maintained very well. My apartment for instance, has been upgraded top to bottom with a walk-in shower, new carpet and paint. Very nice. As people move out, seems intention is to continue upgrading and maintaining a nice place! The staff have been here--they stay and are dedicated. Ver friendly and aware of what's happening with residents. Do their best!

Smaller property. Residents seem very kind and welcoming. Great location. Dedicated staff. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I would highly recommend it. I picked this place because it was clean, everyone was super friendly and helpful, the facility grounds were nice and they were very respectful of my mom's privacy and let her decide how much social interaction she wanted. They didn't try to force her to do things she didn't want to do.
