When we walked into Welbrook Arlington memory care we knew almost immediately this was the place for mom. There were several nurses interacting with the residents. Residents in the memory care facility were being treated with dignity and interacted with. Not just being baby sat. They really work on getting the residents out and being active, egaging in several activities and being together as a communitee. Love that the double rooms are NOT designed with beds next to each other. They have their own area. There is a beautiful court yard for them to walk or sit and watch the birds and squirrels. The facility is clean and employees are all very nice. I'm so thankful for the help in finding Welbrook Arlington.

My Mom has only recently moved into Palisades at Broadmoor. The staff seems thus far to take a personal interest in her. They approach her with suggestions on activities she may want to attend. First impression of attitudes have been promising. I have only had one meal (lunch) with her so I do not have an opinion in that area as yet but she has expressed that meals are better than her previous residence. This is the third facility for her. Our family hopes this will be the last.

Everything is going fine for my mom who is living at this community. From what I understand she is enjoying the activities that are available and the staff are taking good car of her. The only complaint she has is with the food. My mom thinks the food does not taste good so we bring her meals on the days she requests. I would also recommend this community to anyone who needs it.

I'am enjoying my time here at this community. Everything is working out very well. They do a very good with keeping everything well maintained and nice and clean. The staff is kind, they are always willing to help. There are awesome activities for my to try. The food is fair, but I'am a vegan, and they don't really accommodate my diet.They are treating my fine and I would recommend it.

It's still new to us, but they are doing a great job. He doesn't complain very much at all. The housekeeper leaves us a note so we know they have been there. It's very close to our house, and I had some previous familiarity with the community itself. They are all very kind, and they encourage him to get out and do stuff. We are pretty happy with it so far.

My mother's time at this community was great, we were very pleased. They keep the community very nice and clean. The staff was great to work with. They did care for her very well. She had a very good time at this community. They really treat the residents very respectful and kind. It was a great experience and I would recommend it.

Beautiful, brand new facility, lovely landscaping and high level of care. Sliding price scale based on level of care makes it difficult to gauge and budget long term costs.

My dad has been at Cottonwood creek for over four years. He's had a number of issues as he's aged and they have addressed them well. The staff takes his jokes in stride and they all joke back with him. Their care has been appreciated. The cost is affordable for him - the rooms are nice. The staff has been great with him.

The Firs is a very nice and active place with wonderful staff to live.

I am still getting settled in but so far the experience has been amazing. The staff have such a willingness to help and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable as a new resident. The food here is very good and the activities are just wonderful. Everyday here is an exercise class and they also have a stationary bike and treadmill that I have taken advantage of. Every Friday they have a happy hour where I am able to enjoy a glass of wine a socialize with the other residents which is nice. The community also has a library! With so much to do I am confident this will be one of the best decisions I could've made!

The main building is light and airy. Residents appeared comfortable and content to sit and visit. Beautiful grounds and large apartments. Diane was more than helpful with answering my concerns.

As far as I recall I liked the staff and the facility was lovely. I have not actually made a decision yet, because I have to take care of some things, but they are in the running.

My Dad was not even there 24 hours before he had to be admitted to the hospital. The staff was nice while he was there, but I think he is going to have to be admitted to a place where he can get more care.

Things are going well here. The staff is great, the facility is clean and all in all so far so good. The other residents here are really nice too.

I guess we are pretty happy with it. I'm struggling a little with communication with the staff. They will answer my questions if I ask but they aren't as proactive with the communication as I would have thought. Sometimes the laundry is a little confusing, but things are kept pretty clean. I was impressed by how they handled him in the beginning. I liked their assessment process, and the location works well.

The staff here is really great. They are caring and kind and they really interact well with the residents here. The facility is always spotless and the other residents seem happy, taken care of and well adjusted.

Would like to see more offsite activities.

The Firs is set in a pretty location with lots of trees. The apartments are decent sized and there are lots of activities planned. The Firs is definitely for people who can live independently without help. If a person happens to fall, the employees can only call 911.

The facility is warm and welcoming along with the staff. The apartments are very comfortable.

In my experience, they did well with pretty much everything they did. He was just there for a short period of time, but the staff did well with him and we were pleased with the facility and the care there.
