This is a great place. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, depending on their situation. The staff are kind and nice. They are very caring and friendly to the family and our loved one. The staff are great at keeping me updated about my loved one as well, and this is very appreciative. There are lots of activities during the day for the residents to participate in. There is music, bingo, and more as some of the activities offered.

We toured at The Montera and found nothing wrong. We just didn’t click with the staff as much as we did at another place.

The service is pretty good and the staff are fairly friendly. Every time I visit, they are helpful and always wanting to help me and my mom while I'm there. They accommodate us; if my mom needs something they'll do it. It's clean, I haven't seen any issues with cleanliness. The grounds are well-kept. My moms room is typically clean, although I have found dust in the corners, so it looks like they just clean high-traffic areas. I'm unsure if they do or have ever done a thorough cleaning in her room. It might be done once or twice per year, but I know cleaning every single room is a lot of work so I would understand if its not done all the time. Overall, I would recommend The Montera to others.

I looked at a few different facilities and I chose The Firs because I felt really good about it at the time I was making the decision, it just felt like the right choice and it has turned out to be so. The apartments are a pretty good size. The food is very good, what I like the most is the ability to make a meal out of all of the things that are available. No matter what your likes are -you can make something out of it. The staff here have all been extremely friendly. Overall it has been been a good experience.

This is an excellent community and experience for me. Overall attitude of everyone here has made it an excellent experience for me. This is a smaller community. The meals are from very good to excellent. The meals served are lunch and dinner. There are minimal activities outdoor due to it being a smaller community on smaller grounds. The staff communication is excellent. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment.

I feel favorably about McDowell Village. I haven't participated in things as much as I would like to yet. But they have exercise classes and things I would like to eventually try out. I think the staff are quite nice and quite pleasant for the most part. I'm amazed at how quickly they remember your name. The kitchen needs more space, and there are plans to enlarge it, which should help improve the food.

I picked this place as my home because it does feel like a home. people are just awesome, nice, friendly, and they are like family. the care staff are wonderful. they ensure I get my medication, doctors appointment on time, meals on time and great activities to keep me active. the menu sometimes does not present as it was printed, the food quality was a little off my taste and expectation. I enjoy my privacy, the community also acknowledged that. I love it here.

This was one of my top choices and I really liked this community a lot. I felt like they treated me like an adult while also being there to care for me. They did a great job with the tour and was able to answer all of my questions and give me all of the information that I needed.

Love my apartment and good views great people! I am ready to get back to more outings like dinner and museums.

It's a nice place. The people are nice. It's also a very clean facility. And they do a good job with all of the residents who are having a hard time.

During our loved ones short stay, The Wellington community was very friendly and had a lot of activities.

The rooms here are great. The staff we met on our tour were really nice. Just location-wise, this wasn’t going to work for our family.

Everything has been good. Our loved one has been well taken care of. The staff I've met are all great. My loved one says she likes the food. And the indoor and outdoor spaces seem very comfortable.

I would tell others that you can't do any better than this community in Riverside. The community takes great care of the residents. It is up to the resident to integrate themselves into the community. They have a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. The food menu looks great!

Our tour was very good, and the food was good. The rooms were a bit smaller. They had rooms where you had to share a kitchenette, which was kind of weird. But it was very clean, and the staff was very nice.

This is a medium-sized community and fits our needs The community is neat clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is good and they have activities going on at the communty. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff is exceptional, they do a great job providing safety and assistance when needed. The apt sizes are good, and the food is average. I would recommend this community to others.

The ladies that work here are very caring and attentive. I can summon help and people come so fast, usually less than 5 minutes. I truly stay here because of the care I get.

It's a great place to live. Facilities are calm and well kept. The staff are wonderful, caring, and helpful. During our lockdown months, they have worked hard to make our stay here as pleasant as possible. They work hard to call us by name.
