Everyone at Cottonwood Creek was fantastic. My MIL only got to live there just over a week because she ended up needing a skilled nursing facility. But, she very much enjoyed the time she did live there and loved her apartment.

We stopped by on a surprise visit and they were willing to take us around the community. Everything just looked very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. We were really impressed with the community. The staff just seems happy and like working here. Because the staff likes working here it reflects onto the residents and how well they are taken care of. We would recommend this community to anyone.

They are a fantastic community. We couldn't have been more please with them. The food was fantastic and the community is completely remodeled. The staff was amazing and they had continuity. It was the same staff throughout our loved one stay, which was over 6 years. I can't say enough about how great of a community they were. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice facility, beautiful grounds, very informative and friendly marketing staff. Too far from our home for my parent but a great place.

The Commons is a great community the colors are very bright and there is lots of light coming in to the building. It is not dark and depressing but rather warm and welcoming. The staff is really friendly and the community is very clean. The fact that they allow a lot of light in really helps keep a more positive attitude. We are pleased with The Commons and would recommend them to anyone.

It’s a real pleasant place. Both my mom and dad are happy their. They haven’t complained about the food. The only drawback is sometimes I have to stay on them about remembering to call my parents doctors for appointments.

I chose Chancellor Gardens of Clearfield because they were the most friendly on the phone. Then when I went there for observation the staff from administrators to aides addressed the residents by their names, which was really impressive.

Friendly Staff, Everyone is helpful and in good spirits. Move in went smooth. Great Chef. Its like a cruise ship without the water. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Friendly and helpful tenants.

Beautiful facility with excellent staff and buildings. Unfortunately they do not take residents that have a main diagnosis of Dimentia.

Nice facility

I was very pleased with this facility . The director was very informative and made you feel comfortable with your questions and concerns. The room looked very nice, and the bathrooms were pretty easey to get in and out of. Everything was clean no oders were present in any of the areas I was in. There was a pretty good staff ratio and call lights near bedside and bathroom. Staff checks on residents about every hr. and ever two at night. Dale Commons seemed to offer good care, meals were said to be very good, and residents looked well kept, clean and cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone how found there selves needing care beyond what you could do at home. The price for care was very reasonable and makes it a very desireable place to have your loved one placed in. I felt comfortable at all times and it was a very peacefull enviorment for the residents. This would be a good choice for me because of the care that goes into the residents and the overall feeling you get that it is a well runned facility.

It is a great community, with lovely views, and great amenities. They have Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. In Memory Care here, a studio could be around $5000/month, and that includes all care.

My first tour and I loved it there! Roomy and spacious, new, with lots of programs and ammenities. Even if Mom would need to go on Medicaid, sharing a room would still provide her privacy. I loved that.

Mom likes it very well, but Dad is still unconvinced. He does not understand the benefit of location and services all in one place, since others have been caring for him for 10 years at home.

Impressive facility - residents were on a field trip so no interaction or observations.
