She's been there only a month. The cost is expensive. The meals particularly stand out; they are excellent. It is assisted living; there is no kitchen. My mother needs more attention. They are very attentive to her needs. The caregivers are very attentive, and they work well with me. They keep me informed. I would say they do an excellent job. There aren't enough activities. I wish there was more entertainment, particularly more music. They have one field trip a week, and more would be nice. The location is just down the street; it's very convenient. It is working well for my mom. She is much happier.

So far it feels like a great environment. Staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. Safety seems like a priority. Some issues with smell in areas.

Their food is great, they do a wonderful job at that. I really appreciate their hands on personal approach to residents. They're really accommodating. The interest of the sales staff doesn't end when you sign the dotted line; they know the residents by name, and they continue to interact with them. "Hello, how are you doing", and when I walk in, they know me by name. I think for what they provide they are very reasonable. Care services isn't applicable, because it's independent living. They provide everything from outings to card games; the calender is full. They have a movie theater and show movies several times a week. The location is very convenient for us; it works out fabulously for us. I'm very pleased, and happy to have been referred to them.

It's amazing, a five star joint. It's basically independent living, it's gorgeous. They do have assisted living, but it didn't offer the level of care we eventually needed. it's gorgeous, they have a movie theater, and a restaurant where you can order off the menu. There are a lot of residents, and that can be overwhelming at first, but there are plenty of social opportunities. They have champagne bingo, and the staff is outstanding. I would live there!

As an advocate for the elderly and their search for an appropriate setting, I've had some exceptionally good experiences with The Firs over the last 24 months. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and sincerely works to provide all information and services that are within their scope. Their follow through is very good. Although all is kept very clean and well-cared for, the facility is not sitting on its laurels. They are currently remodeling and upgrading all of the apartments, and they look gorgeous. Services and activities are continuing to be upgraded and staff are encouraging input from residents and following through on those suggestions. I hear very good reports from my clients about the quality of food served at lunch and dinner too. Price is very fair. Specials are always worth checking out, and I always like to have my senior clients compare prices to get the best option available...while remembering all that is included. While it is not licensed to provide assisted living, residents needing light assistance can easily have home health services brought in. This works very well for many active seniors.

Our friend lived here for a while. They did very well, we never had any complaints about anything. The staff was good, and it was a nice and clean place. It is an independent community and it worked great while she was independent. When she needed care we had to move.

I would highly recommend this community to anybody. I liked best, the personal care and the cleanliness of the community.

Warm and inviting. Great patio space and residents can go outside in a secure area when they want to go outside. Quiet room is a nice place to relax. Dining area looks like they are in a home.

I just returned from seeing my Mother at MEMORY CARE at SEVEN LAKES! She's been there approximately 6 weeks. This was my 1st visit since she entered and I couldn't have been more thrilled with how well she has progressed( she had been in hospice with not much hope). The facility is immaculate and the scope of wonderful activities are very appropriate!!! I was especially impressed with the staff and their level of competency and the degree of caring afforded each patient!! The director and front office staff are equally as wonderful and have been an excellent resource for both my brother and myself. He is able to visit our Mom several times a week and again is very happy with level of care and competency given to our Mother. I live in California and my visits are obviously less frequent, so having experienced the extremely high quality of care and dedication afforded the members of the community at SEVEN LAKES brings me a peace of mind that I have not experienced prior to this. I am happy to say I would give MEMORY CARE at SEVEN LAKES the highest recommendation possible!!

They are very good so far. They are very clean, and the staff is very friendly. It is expensive, but there is a level of comfort for both my mother, as well as for us. They don't have quite as many residents and they are able to pay attention a little better to the people that are there, and are more able to recognize whether something is up or down. They are able to adjust the situation to have certain residents meet, based on personality and compatibility. They only get one meal a day, but it is an extraordinarily good meal. They have both quality and quantity, and are encouraged to take their leftovers to their room. I think they have a good variety of activities, I don't know how much my mother has been participating.

Love the staff and friendliness of the facility.

Amazing. 10+. They are so kind and loving to my mom. The facility is warm and cozy like your own home. The care givers really take care of them and form relationships with them.

Love this facility! Pros: Lots of activities, can have a small pet, great food options and beautiful facilities. [removed] the high end of our budget and has a 6-9 month waiting list. Still, definitely a contender.

Could not have found a better place for my father. The staff knows everyone by name and is kind and friendly. The residents are very nice and interesting. The facility is beautiful and offers everything needed.

I think that there lots activities to do, but my loved ones are still settling in. The staff is amazing. The facility is excellent. The care that my loved ones are receiving is over and above. The food is good.

We are very happy there. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They were significantly less than another place we looked at. Communication among themselves, and with us. They need to be a little more organized, and more disciplined with their logging and passing the information to the next shift. They are very good with having activities. The food is about the same as most of the places around, it's cooked with no salt, but you can add it if you want, but it's very good. The chef is the nicest guy and he cares about the residents. In the literature, it says they have an RN but there is one gal on the weekend staff, and she is an RN, but the medical director is an LVN, it's not a big deal but they have her more as a management, I would think they would utilize her more. They could use her to train the girls a little better. I felt like this was a little misleading. There isn't a RN, on staff all the time.

I think their chef is excellent. They do an excellent job with the food. There isn’t quite enough parking so that could be an issue. They have a very friendly staff and the community is very clean and well kept.

I found a very informative couple who showed me around and informed me of what their facility offered. A very nice, clean and current community for seniors. If both of my parents were only growing older this would be good choice.

Too early to know Care or Activities. Looks like many other quality places. Move in won't be for two more days.

They had a lot of things they did like take them to the opera and the Theater. Their dining room is open to the public, so you can't have birthdays or things there. This is good for those that have a life outside of the community. They have a car service that will take you and drop you off for shopping and such. They have enormous walk in closets, which my loved one loved.
