Living at Tuscany is a unique experience. There is a warm comradeship which pervades the atmosphere. I feel truly blessed to have found a home here. The atmosphere is fair, friendly, and challenging, as we have many activities to engage our interests and assure our welfare. The accommodations and food are excellent. Living among 80 seniors would be daunting if it were not for a definite harmony which we all feel, right from the start.

I found them to be very welcoming when I first went in to visit the facility. They were more than happy to sit down and listen to my needs and determine if they were a good match for my loved one. I really like the way the facility is set-up in small communities. I am very happy having my father there.

Everyone at Chancellor Gardens has been very helpful and understanding with my Mom and her special needs. As well as what I may need to get her settled in. They have made a very difficult move much easier for one and all.

Hillcrest of Loveland was very open to the family and all the staff members were very friendly and also very inviting to my loved on. It was all good. The experience was a five-star rating in all categories.

The staff at The Wellington are all very friendly and everyone is really cordial with you. Everything they had to offer was just as it was represented to us. It has been a great experience with them so far.

My loved one has been here for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with how things have turned out! The staff here is absolutely wonderful, from the nurse to the management to the front desk staff! The place is always immaculate, and they take wonderful care of the people who live here. My loved one can be difficult to deal with, but they've shown nothing but patience and compassion when working with her. I highly recommend them!

It would be impossible for me to write a more positive review. I moved my parents in about three weeks ago. One of the primary reasons we chose Tuscany was a real sense of intimacy and caring that went above and beyond other, larger facilities. I can very honestly say that the staff at Tuscany has far exceeded my own high expectations, and have been true partners to make my parents move as easy and positive as possible. While I could write pages and mention so many people here who have made a difference, the first person you will meet is Cathy who is the head of Marketing and Sales. But unlike other facilities, her role and involvement goes far beyond. From the first meeting to today as I write this, she continues to be a true partner with my parents and me. She cares, and it shows. The advice, recommendations and friendship through a tough process have been literally priceless. I can't ever thank her enough. As for the facility itself, it's beautiful. Smaller than many other properties, it has everything my parents could want along with a sense of intimacy that is unmatched. The apartments are beautiful, and more spacious that some others including the ability to fit a king-sized beds in the unit my folks are in. And the food. They said it was good. They were wrong. The food is FANTASTIC! I live in NYC and eat at some great restaurants. The food here is on par or better than many of them. I'm not exaggerating. Overall, if you are considering moving to an independent living facility, you owe it to yourself to visit Tuscany. It's just that good.

The best thing that they do is they have good food. Certainly for my mother that is real important. I suppose there have been some complaint about the number of activities, but that's because it's a smaller place. I think they are very good.

I'm pleased with it, very pleased. I can go home at night and put my head on the pillow and feel like my mom is getting the care she needs. The staff is excellent there. Everyone is pretty friendly, and on top of things. She is assimilating and doing very well there. It would be nice if they had a different food arrangements where she could go and get seconds. The staff is wonderful here, It's a wonderful place.

I really felt like the staff at Chancellor Gardens was very hospitable and everyone at the facility was very accommodating to our all of our needs and looking at the individual and assessing their care.

They worked really well in getting my mother situated there and have done a great job coordinating her appointments and care. They keep her busy with various activities (and they have very good ones for dementia patients) which is very good. It is a very nice facility and I am happy to have her in there. The biggest goal here was to keep her safe, as healthy as possible, and as happy as possible, and they have done a great job in all these areas. I am very pleased with them.

The people at Cottonwood Creek have been the most helpful and encouraging staff. They are all truly, truly wonderful people and they all want what is best for my mom. The staff members all very genuine.

I think they do a great job. We had a little misunderstanding about the clothing, but it was our misunderstanding and not theirs, so we got that squared away.

It's been going very well and they are enjoying living there.

I looked at most of the places available in Loveland and the Hillcrest is by far the best. My parents have been in the Independent Living side of the facility for about four months and I could not be more pleased. I feel like I have checked them into the Ritz Carlton, the staff is impeccable, the facilities are lovely, very well maintained and they are extremely happy with their dining, the food choices and the quality of the meals presented. Everyone from the director to the servers and the cleaning staff treat Mom and Dad as if they were well cared for family members. The other residents are friendly and gracious and it is an absolutely ideal environment. I cannot recommend The Hillcrest enough. Thank you to Jeanne and all the wonderful staff for taking such good care of Mom and Dad.

The Northgate Plaza is a nice place. Everyone is extremely friendly, the residents and the staff. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The facility has a nice and clean atmosphere. The value is excellent for the services that you receive here. They offer activities. It has been a positive experience. This is an excellent community. We haven't had any issues or anything negative happen. It has been great.

So far it's wonderful. He is really loving it. It's immaculate, and the food is wonderful. The people are friendly. It's a very nice place. I also liked the location. It's more convenient to get to the doctors.

Beautiful facility, and very clean. I was pleased to see how friendly and helpful the staff is with the clients. They have quality planned activities that encourage socialization and they work to preserve the dignity of all who are there. There is a waiting list for admission for a good reason.

My mum and I first visited Tuscany at McCormick Ranch 8 years ago when we were in the early stages of looking for a suitable residence for her ... it always stayed uppermost in our minds as the perfect place for her to call home. When she finally decided she was ready to make the move to independent retirement living last year (with all of the great perks), the first place we went to was Tuscany! She went on the waiting list in order to get just the right apartment and it was worth the year's wait. She is thrilled -- as am I. Not only does she love her apartment, but she and I got to know the community in the time we had been waiting, as we made many trips there to attend events and just visit to see what was going on during that time. The staff are always incredibly friendly, genuinely interested and amazingly helpful! Cathy Leonard has been an absolute angel ... we love her and cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! She is the best representative for any retirement community we have ever visited (and we visited many over the years). After seeing over a dozen places for Mum, Tuscany is by far the tops. Now that she has been living there for a month, she has been treated so well, I feel very relieved that she is in great hands and has many of her needs attended to so I can rest easy knowing she is safe and happy. She has made nice friends and there are always fun and interesting activities. We cannot recommend Tuscany at McCormick Ranch high enough. You will not be disappointed. From the moment you walk in and are warmly welcomed, to the fine dining experience, the rich decorations, beautiful grounds, cozy small family feel, and all else, there is everything to love!
