My mother-in-law resided for many years in an upscale independent living establishment in Roslyn, New York. The place was elegant but the food, which for her was a high priority, was extremely lacking. We started looking for a better priced, still upscale location with an excellent restaurant. We settled on Tuscany. The move from New York to Scottsdale was very stressful because the moving van broke down 3 times and took over 3 weeks to arrive. With all that happened I haven't seen my mother in law this happy in years. Arrangements were originally made with Cathy [removed], Tuscany's marketing director, and she was with us all the way, helping and providing support. I can't say enough how wonderful she has been! She made the transition as effortless and comfortable and welcoming as possible. And the entire staff including Aida and Jan at the front desk and Suzy, social director have shown all of us great compassion and caring. They really made my mother feel at home. Oh: I forgot to mention my mother absolutely loves the chef! It's been so long since I've heard her rave about her meals. The Tuscany is very special. I visited eight establishments before deciding this was the best place in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I am so happy with our choice!

As a professional involved in the senior living industry, I've been coming to the community for several years. The community has never looked better and in my last visit in the past two weeks, the warmth and hospitality of the staff and residents was so on display. The family I was with was so impressed by the residents they met and the time everyone took with them on their visit. I love coming into the community and look forward to my next visit.

We toured the Charleston and were very impressed. The Staff and the residents were very friendly. So Happy that there was and LDS Branch of the church right there. That was one of our deciding factors. Had lunch there and the food was really good. My mother comments on how good the food is quite often.

My mother has been in independent living at Hillcrest for a year now. The staff - from the director, to the receptionists, to the kitchen, to the beauty shop, to the cleaning and maintenance staff - have treated her with the utmost respect and care. I could not ask for a better place for my Mom to live. The Hillcrest is extremely clean, serves delicious meals, and has lots of activities for her to participate in if she so desires. I am so grateful we found this wonderful place for her to live.

My wife came to be at Seven Lakes after a very unpleasant experience at another facility in Loveland. I truly believe this happened because she was meant to be at Seven Lakes and have the incredible experience she had for the last 1 1/2 years of her life. Executive Director, Cindy, exemplifies the entire staff at Seven Lakes in their INCREDIBLE caring for their residents. Their smiling faces and genuine love comes thru every visit I made there. Any question or issue I had, they were on top of immediately to solve the situation. The facility is very comfortable and cozy for the residents and the staff is so attentive reflecting the attitude from the front office. I would recommend Seven Lakes to anyone who has a family member they care about and want to see treated with love and respect.

Dad has been at Kirkwood Orange for only a short time but the experience has been remarkable! Dad is very comfortable here and adjusting very nicely considering. He is able to participate in the many activities or stay in his room and visit with a friend that comes daily to see him. The food at Kirkwood is fabulous! I had the ricotta cheese ravioli that they serve and it was delicious! They also have an exercise program for the residents to participate in daily. It is a very nice experience overall and if I had to be placed this would be the place for me!

I have been so impressed with Chancellor Gardens, they have been great to work with. Grandpa is so happy there. The residents are so friendly and engaging. The facility is clean and smells fresh. The activities are great and they keep the residents busy and engaged. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they love their jobs and the residents. They are very helpful and great at making the transition as smooth as possible. We are so happy to have found Chancellor Gardens moving grandpa there was the best thing for him and us.

Chancellor Gardens has been a wonderful business to work with. It is such a warm and inviting community that makes you feel right at home. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and I would be comfortable with any of my loved ones staying there.

As long as she has been here , the people here are problem solvers. We always felt like they helped or assisted some way in every one of our needs.

Our family visited numerous senior living communities for my mother and Welbrook was the right place for her. The Generations unit is staffed with caring, attentive and helpful individuals. The staff keeps residents very busy. The apartments are spacious and the food is delicious! We have no doubt she is in the right place and she is very happy!

I was able to move my father into Palisades on my tight schedule. The staff is exceptional. The facility is not too big to get lost in and has a beautiful setting. Pricing was in a workable range for our budget. Somehow I missed this gem during my search last summer but I'm grateful I was able to find it this fall.

They take very good care of the property. It seems to be pretty nice. We're very pleased with the services. He's eating well so I think it's good. If he does not like what they fix they will make him something else.

Well all around I think that Palisades At Broadmoor Park is a wonderful facility. The value for it though, I think, is just a little bit expensive, but otherwise, other than that it really is a wonderful place.

I love that place. The staff is so compassionate and loving with the clients, sometimes it makes me cry. The food is really delicious, and they have lots of events where they put out some fabulous spreads, just gorgeous. We had a few things that needed to be repaired, and they were Johnny on the spot.

Seven Lakes is a bright, clean facility with a very caring staff. The management team is always responsive to any requests. The facility was built specifically for memory care residents -- easy to go to meals, easy to walk around.

As a professional trustee and guardian for 35 years I have worked with many care facilities and professionals. With this knowledge I feel that I can speak to the quality of care my client is receiving at The Palisades at Broadmoor Park. This facility is a cut above the rest! The staff is exceptional! I have confidence that my client is being taken care of on so many levels of care. Thanks to everyone!

We are very pleased with The Wellington. My mother is thriving. She is eating and doing things. It's been great. You walk in and it's liking walking into a gorgeous hotel. She is really enjoying the exercise classes. It has worked out really well. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Impressive, friendly facility. Dementia care unit is on the smaller side which is nice.

Cottonwood Creek was great. They were excellent. My brother was pain and they were really patient, kind, and considerate. They took care of him until he went into hospice. This facility was more like a community than anything. I have no complaints. I was very pleased with this facility.
