It’s fantastic. Every facet of it is wonderful! Visitor parking on holidays can be a little tight. Food is excellent. I’ve eaten there about a dozen times. There hasn’t been any issues with the laundry service at all. This is a really good community.

It's been wonderful, my parents are very happy. We are happy that they are happy. Kevin is wonderful, and the food is good. Everyone is really nice and, it's nice and clean. We have no complaints at all so far. We are just so happy with them.

They’ve been great! We’re very happy with her there! If you want to be in a caring community where people really do care about your loved one, this is a good one. My husband and I have eaten there twice and the food is great, even the meatloaf. You just don’t think meatloaf is going to be good away from home, but it was. We’ve had no trouble finding parking

I have my mother in the memory care unit and have been very pleased with the care. They try very hard to include everyone in the activities and have let her help with setting and clearing tables to help her feel useful. They are very understanding of the little "quirks" that the residents have and are very patient with them. I am a hospice chaplain that visits many other buildings and I chose Chancellor Gardens because it provides the best care at a reasonable price.

So far, I am very satisfied with Cottonwood Creek! The value is great! I looked at other places, and this place is a good $1,000 less than the others, and you get a great value! The main reason we chose them was because they offer 4 levels of care -- from Independent Living all the way to Advanced Memory Care. They have a lot of diversity among the residents, so since my loved one is still relatively young, he feels comfortable and loves the family atmosphere!

They held our hand every step of the way , they have been very gracious, and informative. She enjoys the food, she says, "I can have anything I want." It's a little on the high side in price, but for us it is worth it. We just knew when we walked in, that it was right for us. There isn't anything I would have them change.

We have been very impressed with The Commons! Our experience with them has been very good! We had heard negetive things about other places from a family friend, and we were pleased to see the complete opposite here! It is a very clean facility, and the staff were all very friendly! It reinforced that this was the right decision!

This is a great place! Even if you are in independent living, the staff pop in and check on all the residents and they are very accomodating as well. For example, bringing food up to your room if you're not feeling well. They really look out for the residents and take care of them. We really liked that the atmosphere is homey and personable. It's a smaller place and more intimate. Also, the ammeneties expand through the whole building, rather than just the common areas. This place is always full, which is a good sign!

The faculty was wonderful everyone who works there is just great, the director Cindy, the nurse Jordan (they are very lucky to have her). The C.N.A's were great too, they were very caring and knowledgeable. The other residents were mostly alzheimers and memory care which wasn't a good match for us. She had to share a bathroom which was difficult, and everything has to be locked up even the toothbrush. If you have a person who needs a lot of care, they are very good.

They've been doing a great job here, from the sound of it. When I toured this community I liked it very much, and it really was the nicest place I saw and the only one I'd want my loved one living in. The staff were friendly, it was clean, and the food was great. Whenever I speak with my loved one on the phone she sounds happy, and always has plenty to say about the various activities and social events.

We're very pleased with this community! I really have no suggestions for improvement. Sometimes, it takes them 10-15 minutes to respond when she rings the buzzer, but there are a lot of residents there. I haven't tried the food, but I hear that it's pretty good. My loved one has always complimented how nice the staff is. Also, they have much larger rooms for a better price than other places, so there was a good value as well. Very pleased!

They have just really amazed us so far! This is a newer facility, and everything is very good quality. They offer higher levels of care, which reassures us that we made the right choice! They actually ended up being less expensive than what we were doing before, so the value is great! The flat rate is nice as well - they don't charge for every little thing! The activities are really creative and the staff are all very involved with the residents. I would recommend!

I give them a Six! It's very, very clean. We like the facility and we like the care our loved one is getting. They have an activites director who is marvelous, he has such a good personality to encourage participation. The dining room is beautiful and the food is wonderful. They are very caring and call the residents by name.

It's beautiful and you don't feel like you are in a hospital or old folks home. The other places had a smell, this does not. It's gorgeous, you walk in with an open free feeling, not closed dark hallways. Their level of care goes all the way through hospice. They have their memory care area that is secured. The rooms are beautiful, it's like they are at home and not like a hospital.

Very cozy and home-like atmosphere. When I first walked in I noticed that many residents were out and about socializing, eating (their dining room is open from 7am - 7pm) and enjoying each other's company. The staff was also talking with, and interacting with, the residents. There was much laughter and it was overall a very comfortable feel. The activities and events offered cover a wide range of options. My parents were very impressed when they saw that there were many things they are interested in doing. After looking at many options, I felt that the price and value at Mountlake Terrace Plaza was better than may communities that are close by. It's an older building but well maintained. It smells good, it's kept clean, and the residents and staff are happy. My parents now live there.

The overall quality of the facility is impeccable, they are right there if we need them, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is ok. She says the food could be better. She feels very safe there. They have an activities director on premises, and goes out of her way to engage everyone there. They have three levels of care with independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The whole facility is really quite beautiful, and luxurious. You might think you are walking into a four or five star hotel.

They do a great job here! It's a nice looking place, and they keep it very clean. The staff are friendly, and the entire facility just feels very welcoming and family friendly. They also have an impressive variety of activities here. My only complaint is that it is one of the more expensive options that we looked into.

I am very happy with the Adobe house. I am so glad I picked this place for my Mom. She is very happy in her new community. I think this is what she really needed all along as she was living by herself. She now has a roommate to talk with as well as all the other members of her community.

I thought Oakdale was wonderful. It would have been my second choice. The only thing I didn't like was that it was far away but I was very impressed with the sales person and with everything there.

The care is good and the activities are good too. We haven't been there that long but it's working out so far. We chose them for the price - it's a good deal.
