Carol likes the physical attraction, the natural beauty and the ability to roam free outside. She appreciates how kind, active and helpful our team is. "The kitchen, they're sacred. They have to handle a lot, but they try their best." She values how people work together here, especially when it comes to problem solving.

Am writing this on behalf of our resident {name removed} because her hands troubled. '' I love living her! I am very happy with the people and I enjoy playing. Mah-Jong!! I love voluming at the country store and I like to help everybody! The food needs a little help.

Moved in when building opened, [name removed] initially didn't want to leave home. [name removed] fell in love with the architecture; [name removed smiled and said '"it looks great". Maplewood provides living space to seniors who are still cognitively present. "I never felt like anyone was talking down to us." [name removed]reads her activities list everyday because she ants to be present and active and spend time with our residents and staff.

My parents have lived here all of only one week and are having an outstanding experience from [Name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] to [name removed] all outstanding and I know I am forgetting a few. We couldn't be any happier for my parents.

{name removed} is a wonderful Director. Her warmth and friendly demeanor set the tone for the attitude the staff has toward the residents and families. I am continually impressed with how quickly {name removed} responds to emails. I am a Nutritionist and have worked in healthcare. So I am critical about a senior community. I can't say enough good things about Maplewood. Additionally, I have moved both my father and mother into Maplewood. Unfortunately my father became much sicker shortly after arriving. Being new at Maplewood I reached out to {name removed} to help me address our needs and she was always on top of making sure we had whatever we needed. My mother is still at Maplewood and even though we have had some staff changes through the year, the new staff seems as good or better than the former staff. I thank {name removed] for that too. The residents are happy at Maplewood ad well taken care of, you can't ask for more.

Our family is very pleased with the comfort and care our mother is receiving since his arrival this last September. We are confident this will continue into 2022.

Place is beautiful staff is professional. Its a community I have come to love.

My family and I are so pleased with Maplewood at Southpoint. It is a beautiful, clean and lovely community that has wonderful and caring staff, non-stop activities on-site and is constantly at the forefront with ensuring it is a safe and healthy environment. Our mother couldn't be happier and is truly thriving

Our mom lives in this wonderful community and we wouldn't want her any place else! The staff is warm an caring and dedicated to the needs of each individual. Our mom loves it there and things of Maplewood as home. As her needs have evolved, Maplewood staff have been proactive about anticipating her needs, and with their collective interests and experience, they are there to help us navigate. Not to mention that the food is amazing and the facility is new and gorgeous. Plenty of activities available for those so inclined.

Very pleased with community. Neat and clean. Everyone is friendly care is good. Food is excellent.

Everyone here is very welcoming and kind. The food here is great! The best part of my day is when the staff comes in my room in the morning to help me get dressed to start my day. We sing and laugh making my day start off perfect. I love it!

I am very happy here, because everyone is so nice and consider about my feelings. I am never alone.

Everyone here takes cares of me. The food is great. There is always something to do which makes my day go by quicker. In other words I am never bored. The entertainment here is also very great!

My in-laws lived at Maplewood for over five years and we are so grateful to see all the staff there who took wonderful care of each of them. My father-in-law had dementia and was treated with respect and dignity throughout the disease process. He was given lots of love and care and the staff became extended family to all of us. My mother-in-law was involved in arts and crafts and went to the happy hour every day - truly enjoying the other residents she met along the way! We are blessed to have had Maplewood.

The facility is great, especially compared to other facilities I was in. I really enjoy the dining experience. Service and staff is great. Very responsive and cater to your needs.

Other than my home- this is the best place for me! I like that they accommodate me on so many things like painting, games, poker! They keep us busy! I like it that they have meetings to have input on food and other things. And they really Listen to us- that's the good thing.

Having lived in this community since [date removed] my husband and I found it to be secure and comfortable with caring staff members. My husband passed away [date removed] I intend to remain here as long as possible. As with most industries at this point in time finding qualified help has been a challenge, but the teamwork displayed by the current staff has been exemplary.

We feel he was in the best place and received the best care available. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care received. The nurses and aides were exceptional and all involved in his care were wonderful to him. Always showing their best to him. How wonderful to have such an outstanding staff that continuously smiled and went out of their way to be nice to him. We will be eternally grateful.
